Thanks for confirming.
And yes, Nick owns quit a few shares. From the PR:
"Mr. Brusatore now holds directly and indirectly 16,200,000 Shares, 2, 200,000 Share purchase warrants and 1,000,000 options, representing approximately 26.58% of Affinor's issued and outstanding capital on an undiluted basis and 30.24% on a partially diluted basis. Of the total securities holding in Affinor, 12,500,000 Shares and 1,000,000 are held directly by Mr. Brusatore and 3,700,000 Shares and 2,200,000 Warrants indirectly through Vertical Designs Ltd."
My vote would be for US-OTC>Medical-Drugs but I don't want to step on anyone's toes so I'm leaving it.
If the board was for AFI then it would be Canadian but RSSFF is an OTC stock, so I would have put it under OTC.
In comparison to other Canadian MJ tickers that trade on the OTC, ATTBF and SPRWF are listed under US OTC while NXTTF is listed under Canadian. So I guess it could go either way.
It's not all that important to me. I'm just glad we are Affinor Growers Inc now!!!!!
Cheers
I don't have a strong preference and it seems as though Mr.Schmid2013 already changed it to Canadian - Food - Agriculture and Processing"
I'm not sure that is the correct category but I'm willing to go with it.
Even though we are a canadian company, I wonder if we should be listed as US OTC since that is the exchange we trade on. People might think that RSSFF is a canadian ticker and might not realize that they can trade it. Could keep some away at first glance.
RSSFF
I'll have to research further but at first glance It sounds like these are the 2.5 million shares that Nick gets for the acquisition of his company and not an addition 2.5 million.
Anyone care to clarify?
.
Aren't the categories pre-set and we just choose the one that fits best?
It seems like our choices are either what we have now (Medical-Drugs) or:
"Canadian - Food - Processing and Agriculture"
or
"US OTC - Food - Processing and Agriculture"
The title will just be the company name and ticker "Affinor Growers Inc (RSSFF)."
I requested that the board name be changed to Affinor Growers Inc
I wasn't sure what the category should be changed to. It is currently "Medical - Drugs" which seems appropriate for an MJ stock but perhaps we should be more of an agriculture category?
Let me know what you think.
Thanks for the heads up!
RSSFF
It was nice to see us not close below the MA200 @ .06.
Good to see that .06 support held and we head into next week ready to blast off with fins.
oh, I agree. I don't think Nick will be dumping his shares in November (or an time soon). It's just good to know when the restrictions are removed. The other share holders are a whole different story but since only 10% of their shares become unrestricted in November, not a whole lot to worry about at the moment.
RSSFF
Right, which makes Nick's shares available in November.
90% of the other half of the shares (given to the other shareholders of the company we acquired) aren't going to even be transferred until an MMPR license is secured.
In other words, 40% of the shares are being held in lieu of us being granted an MMPR license. Great way to write up the contract IMO
RSSFF
I'd have to go back and look but I think I remember that Nick's shares become tradable in November.
In addition, I believe the other shareholders (of the company we acquired) only got 10% of their 2.5 million shares now and they don't get the rest until we secure anMMPR license.
RSSFF
Great news! Canadian exchanges are open monday, yes?
Will give AFI a chance to catch up to us if they begin trading monday.
RSSFF
Well, if I'm not around here anymore, you'll know what happened!
I'm not scared of being banned. I'll still report spammers.
Thanks for the warning though.
FLPC
That would effect other MJ plays much more than RSSFF> We can at least grow strawberries and other produce until things are solid with MJ. It's nice to know we have a contingency plan in place to bring profits in even without MJ. Most other MJ plays don't have that.
RSSFF
Looks like this board is picking up a bit. I missed all the fun.
RSSFF
You;re not going to get many people to listen to you by just screaming your opinion without any facts to base it on.
Even though many of us are frustrated with the current share price, we also know that this is not a scam and certainly not garbage.
How about telling us what you are basing your opinion on?
$FLPC
I agree to a certain extent and have many of the same questions. I am willing to wait for the 10q to get most of them answered but would welcome any information you find before that time.
I will say that even with the reduced communication over the past 6 months, that we still get as much, or more, information than most OTC stocks I've been involved with.
We hold FLPC to some pretty high standards. I don't mean to imply that we are being unreasonable, just that our expectations are higher.
FLPC
Mainesbest, I welcome people posing questions about what management is or isn't doing as long as it's based in reality (and reasonable expectations) and not just some made up conspiracy theory or "worst case" scenario.
Also, some people just like to complain because the share price isn't doing what they would like but don't really have anything useful to add to the conversation.
I support direct actions (like the ones you have taken) to get more info. Contacting the company, searching public records, etc.
FLPC
Slap that ask! That will get us going up!
$CWIR
If it existed as a strict rule, you wouldn't still be here ;)
Nothing has changed here except the share price. I'm still holding for the mill by the end of this year.
FLPC
lol, ok, do you realize what percentage we were UP yesterday? And do you realize how low the volume is? And do you realize that we are temporarily halted on the canadian side?
RSSFF
Hmm, I don't find it a distraction. Nick is in a band, having Affinor on his tour bus just shows that he supports his investment here. It probably won't make a huge difference but it's still cool to see the exposure.
Also, I feel like the halt has has created lots of anticipation and suspense. I haven't felt impatient because it's obvious that nothing has changed and that there is a lot of great things going on in the background. I'm confident that we will continue moving upwards when AFI starts trading again.
RSSFF
Did you see Nick's pictures of his band Franklin's Dealers on FB?
The tour bus has Affinor info on the side!
Apparently they have been in the studio the past 3 days. Here is Franklin's Dealers FB page
https://www.facebook.com/FranklinsDealers
And here is the bus!

Yes sir!
RSSFF
Hmm, but wouldn't they have to be sold on the open market to be added to the float? In which case, wouldn't they be accounted for in the volume?
FLPC
Nope, there were 6.9 million total shares traded for the entire week. Only 1.8 million volume on the 16th.
Yeah, you should probably sell your shares and go invest more in ENTI.
GLTY
Thanks GO4 but I'm talking about the difference between the float increase and the VOLUME, not the float increase and the OS increase.
I'm wondering how the float can increase (and the OS as well) by 15 million when there was under 7 million in volume for the week
FLPC
I'm confused, how does the float increase by 15 million shares when the total volume is under 7 million?
Thanks for the numbers as usual marexx. much appreciated.
FLPC
Why should we look at it that way when the evidence shows completely the opposite?
Your wishful thinking won't make it any different.
FACTS:
ENTI = RS and paying off Anglers
CWIR = No RS (Per management) and starting fresh with many fewer shares than ENTI ever had. (5 Bil vs 20 billion for ENTI) Plus CWIR low float.
$CWIR
No, you are thinking of ENTI which only exists for debt purposes. CWIR is the actual business being built. Still time to get in on the ground floor. GLTY
CWIR
Scare tactic FAIL.
#1 FLPC would have to fall and STAY below .01 for 30 days in a row. Unlikely.
#2 Rule doesn't go into effect until 120 days after companies final quarter. Not happening for months.
#3 We are a long way off from having to worry about a RS
FLPC
Yes, I am betting there is a lot going on behind the scenes right now. Especially while it's halted. Lots to be excited about here.
I'm thinking it will be Tuesday when the halt is removed since CA has a holiday on Monday.
$RSSFF
Not likely Rat, now that we know that CWIR is totally separate and that ENTI is going to have to pay for Anglers by themselves. CWIR is safe.
Unfortunately for folks here, it looks like ENTI is taking the brunt of debt and dilution.
CWIR is totally separate and will handle all MJ business. Furthermore, there are no plans to RS like we saw here and the Share structure is much smaller and not in need of a RS.
GLTY
Yes, and their new website is coming soon as well!
It's actually up but not complete. However, you can sign up to be alerted to any developments by email:

$RSSFF
Great job! You bought cheapies. I think I'm going to try for some high30's or low 40's tomorrow.
$RSSFF
MasterBidder, those 200m shares got us an open antimony mine (Fencemaker) and the beginnings of a mill operation as well. It also sent the PPS from .004 to .08 and many of us profited along the way.
FLPC sent their first trial shipment of antimony ore to china this year so there should be some revenue from that in the next 10Q. We also have another antimony property nearby (Arabia) as well as two Lithium properties and a Uranium property for future development.
Many of us here are waiting in anticipation of the Mill being built in Lovelock which will allow for increased revenues ($$ Millions) and further shipments of ore to china.
In addition, two members of management just made serious share purchases at .014, giving us a huge vote of confidence.
There is a lot more to add but this should get you started with the potential for value here.
FLPC
I was surprised how big their facility already is. 18 Acres of land and buildings! That's huge.
FROZ / APT
IMO the 2013 Revs aren't so important. They didn't meet expectations due to TOO MUCH demand and not enough cash flow to meet that demand. Going public fixes that problems so the future looks bright.
FROZ/APT
Just got back from a meeting and saw that! Crazy! Probably won't stick but it's nice to see where we could be soon!
RSSFF
True, it's just strange since it seemed to have been halted Friday and yesterday.
Also, I don't quite understand the relationship between the exchanges. I mean since we are trading the same shares, you would think that we would trade at the same price but that doesn't seem to be the case.
