True we shall see before long. Could be so many things. Might be that personell. and infastructure used to produce could be used for a developed drug that would be more profitable.. Absolutely no telling what they will get for brand name even though it is horrible for your body.

I thought i came into the board in a mild and meek manner. Cant believe you would call me a basher. Just kidding.

Tried to go back and read some of my first posts to see why anyone could get that impression and i coulnt find any because they were all so bad they got deleted.

Sure thing... Their reason given for dropping was to concentrate on their many products on line, mostly prescription type drugs that they are working on.
They have everything from earwax removal product to life saving heart health drugs, just on and on, some involving a lot of research and trails but seem really promising for certain diseases.

I agree totally.. At present it would be very foolish to ever consider that. As PHAR grows it might be a plan a lot of drugmakers use to increase market share,just buying out. If its in Howards control we reap the benefits.

I do agree AQUAPRIN is such a superior product on its own merit will capture its market share.
If the ##2 drugmaker is dropping these pain relievers it will be picked up by someone. Brand name is to well established. Most dont know who makes it.they just buy it... Just hope that whoever does doesnt do the huge promotions that GLAXO does and sales drop and Aquaprin hopefully will be rolling out during this time to capture some of that easier picking, empty shelves of Goodys,BC ,Stanback filled with Aquaprin and its complete line.

Looking back at Howard on my research he sort of deserves a break of things not being so hard to accomplish. The giants he is going up against if they can knock themselves down a bit, then i think Howard when ready has a mighty one two punch . Good chatin with you.

You know what really gets to you sometimes when you hear someone that has this kind of money almost looks for a way to legitametly loose money for tax reasons...Makes me want to throw up.

I am sure most of us here just want to better our lives for ourselves and family. If your like me you cant help but worry on some investments whether you did the right thing. Just human nature.

I would truly love to see the board to pic one day to have a "free for all" for new investors. Advertise all week long in big bold letters each day inviting interested parties to join in a conference call chat... Have moderator and asst.'s be the only ones to respond but have other board regulars to be able to offer possible newsworthy info for you to decide if it deserves sharing. (not sure how that would be handled PM i reckon )

The thing we have going for us is that we dont have to make up anything , all the groundwork is based on pure fact from Howard and PHAR and we can stir them in the right direction to get info for themselves,, what links to go to , what potientials are out there, where PHAR is now and staging steps in near future, etc.

Worth a shot one time. Might be a dud. Conference calls can be very informative sometimes. Conference board room chat for new investors might be good or help others just raise their position.

From what i gatherd Goodys was 60%. Beano was the least.

Wouldnt it be awesome if Howard was in a position now to purchase the brand and basically eliminate them as he gets AQUAPRIN really rolling.. Talking about busting out of the gates quick

Maybe im looking at these things wrong but i just thought this type info would garner more interest from all on the board to post about thereby hopefully catching someones eye.

Trading stats are good and helpful to be repeated and for most that are investors,they are watching this carefully anyway.

There are a lot of wealthy people that will only dabble in pinks with some of their money. That sum is usually more than all of ours combined.....Ive worked for one such man before(passed away now) and i and 3 others did nothing but do research and cruise boards to get feel for a stock. We would gather info and present top 5 and he would buy into some or all. He had money,, we didnt. Ive seen him put 100k into 3 of the 5 stocks picked and never blinked an eye. He only would be concerned about investments combined, not individually. We would then monitor stock and then present to him our decision of to buy more or sell... Most of the time it was H--L no on either.. Learned a lot from him. Most of us have to do this in a totally different safe manner but we must get this type investor.

What im saying is i really think this type news from us all can help us gather in big investors that use small guys to find them something that is not so risky. I had to give him something other than info he could see daily.

IM hoping that nobody will take anything the wrong way but until we can get this type investor the more eyecatching news we can put on the board to fill that gap until real PR 's come out,, we might can keep this on a steadier path, instead of the 15-20% mood swings daily.

Remember I MEAN WELL IN EVERY POST.Tremendous amt. of good info comes through this board between us. The us's are not going to get us over the hump. Just not enough of us yet

Been doing some research on products that would be in same market share as AQUAPRIN and i found something interesting.

GlaxoSmithKline, the #2 drugmaker in the world is dumping GOODYS,BC,STANBACK, and another product BEANO from its line. They are on the chopping block and will be sold they say starting late summer. They are looking at private investor so far to buy.

Goodys uses same pain reliever drugs, ASPRIN AND ACETAMINOPHEN, but is very corrosive to stomach. Aquaprin solved that problem with its superior technology. Goodys ,BC, STANBACK according to GlaxoSmithKline brings in about 3/4 billion in annual revenue, (includes beano as well). They say they want to concentrate on their many other drug lines in other fields. A huge multi billion dollar company, the revenue from this is a drop in bucket, to PHAR in their infancy, nice add to revenue if they could capture a piece of.

My point is i would think that (GOODYS ,etc) opponent of AQUAPRIN would now be weakened so as to allow a challenge for gretaer market share.With all the PR put into these products,,they have a huge advertising presence in Nascar and country music stars promoting them, that part might go away.

In the long haul when aquaprin goes retail its Superior product will put up a stong challenge. Getting part of that 3/4 billion revenue would be huge for PHAR.

I went hmmmm when i discovered. Would be interested in anyones take.

It takes all kinds of players to build a strong team.. Good relationship between players to mesh and accomplish goal is i believe what is happening to the board.

Good QB's good talented players that want to enjoy one day the spoils of PHARS victory.

I say this because when i go through a lot of boards and many are stale bread...no meat. we have it all

As you say you almost kringe daily when you are sitting -50% average...BUT i tell myself...YOU MAKE IT ON PAPER,,YOU LOOSE IT ON PAPER..If you are in for longer term and have built confidence ,UNTIL YOU HIT THE SELL KEY, your still in, your money is still there and soon it will ease on by your average PPS.
People shorting stay furious and angry now but still do it with minimul gains.. NOT US I HOPE, we dont need them

If it only helps one investor checking different boards to find a stock that they want to research to sink some money into, if research proves worthy,, that first info being not good might have caused them not to go further.. Bad for them and us as well..ONE by ONE we need them all. volume must get into 3-4mil range to sustain a pps growth. Look at a lot of pps highs and look at volume for those periods. Very telling

The partnership possibility is interesting. Have heard you speak and wish for on many posts.

I love to get everybodies take on different subjects.. Hope yopu dont mind me trying to get inside your brain. If i give you a headache ,,take some AQUAPRIN.

I think a partnership marketing,distribution,and public relations might be the smartest move Howard can make in a few months when he returns from his own marketing tour. That sort of the reason i was wanting to know in an earlier post about states he will cover. That type strategic partnership in this area will allow ,i think Howard to be the eyes,ears,nose in the facility to get his invention into those foil packs and keep the operation smoothe in its infancy.

Just curious as to your thoughts and i do agree a partnership or an allignment with a pharmaceutical marketing distribution team will put PHAR in another gear, but i hope Howard has full control on plant operation for a year or two. Have a good day

Before calling IR and bugging them does anyone know what states Howard is covering on the tour to introduce AQUAPRIN to Docs, emergency, nursing facilities etc. Cant find info on travel area. Think i might have read Fla.

One other thing that i have know clue how to do and i figure with others IHUB contacts might can get this changed. Gives obviously wrong info about PHAR ownership. PHARMANETICS IS A NORTH CAROLINA BASED COMPANY but has bad bad history.

You and i know this is just an innocent mistake,,but i just notice details and if even one investor cruises by board looking for a stock to do research they might stop with this incorrect info and not dig to see this gem..

Yea me too. You had sent 3 apology posts that i had not read while i was typing in my final post. That post would have not been sent had i read prior to sending.

Ive come a long way on this board and might have as much relevant knowledge as anyone as to the Company. I just dont like to be treated as if im a new poster coming in just ranting, like i was in the beginning.

#1 i have no doubts and the fact that Asian ,or whatever markets when i mentioned i had seen pr on worldwide had been brought up and highlighted,, i know had been brought up... MY point was that RUKMUSHER put words in about some countries firmly believe in asprin and so reception would be easier than maybe here at home.THAT WAS MY SOLE PURPOSE IN POST..

#2 He mentioned neighboring Mexico and i assume he must have knowledge of the fact of their belief in asprin products and i added that this easier on the stomach ,soluable form would just add to that. I dont know about ASIAN or Europian countries whether that readily use asprin product over non asprin already or not, but because i directly answered the notion given of neighboring Mexico, i limited my answer to just that.

#3 Just for the life of me cant understand why you would insult someones intellegence saying you disagree, that Asians and Europians want a soluable product and have acid problems too,,not just at home and neighboring Mexico. Surely i know this.

#4 I ask in my case since i do send sort of lenghthy posts not to reply before you fully see what im saying. Might not be politically correct but its meaning is good.

Nadendla your posts between Rukmusher and his speaking of many countries that are not so bent on buying into what this doc says and that doc says not to take.. Many go with time proven asprin products for many remedies.

The fact that Howard has added anti acid ingrediant and made it fully soluable only makes this product valuable at home and our neighboring countries.

HOW can you and Steve and other moderators really bring this tidbit up to get it some spotlight time. I as an older shareholder have not thought much about this even though i know when worldwide is mentioned that it in fact means just that,, this observation from Rukmusher highlighted the fact there are countries that dont bother with the notion asprin is not the best pain alternative med.. They already convinced it is. BIG MARKET AS WELL..

My grandmother @93yrs old was asprin inventor i believe. She was convinced it helped her longevity.

I know you guys can come up with a way to bring this to spotlight. As i said im an older investor and it immediatly clicked with me.. Even though we all have different theories i am proud to be a part of the board. I get overly passionate sometimes but i mean well.

What has thrown me the biggest curve ive ever been thrown in investing is PHAR. Usually if it looks to good to be true, i say, RUN FOR THE HILLS. Not this time.

Ive done so much research trying to convince myself to go away i cant find the evidence to cause me to do so. Have there been bumps along the way that cause a second look. Absolutely, but when i look at portfolio every single one has something that knocked them off course.

I notice details that maybe some dont having loads of kids and grandkids. I know you of anybody on the board with your gang can see what im about to say.
Look closely back at your last set of picks in the new facility. Or even first set of pics ever. Those that havent please go back and look at.... More than any of views of the outside and the nice office and conference room there is one item that hits me the most . The little boy. Dont know if its yours or Howards grandchild but you being a family man you will understand this .

THE DRIVE FOR HOWARD TO SEE THIS THING THROUGH AND MAKE IT A SUCCESS AND GOING THROUGH ALL THE HURDLES AND AS WELL TRYING TO PLEASE INVESTORS,,,,PALES IN COMPARISON AS TO THE DRIVE AND SATISFACTION OF PLEASING A CHILD OR GRANCHILD AND RECIEVING THEIR PRAISE. This child for me brings this personal. This boy is not a paid prop or photo op. It was natural for you to take it and natural for Howard to have him there.

For me with all my research this just solidifies my stake. I believe for Howard this might be his biggest driving force, a legacy and dream to leave his family. NOTHING STRONGER THAN THAT!!

Like i think you or Steve said in a post one time in his first plant visit. JUST look at the man. Like a young Santa Claus i believed is the way it was said.

Point being Howard is either one of the best snowjobbers on earth or just a good man that is extremely intellegent,,had a dream years ago and tried to do it privately and ran into a few obstacles.. Because of all this it led him to perfect his product with the technology that puts it way ahead in this liquid pain reliever market. He went public because of what he learned.

I choose and i think we all do the latter. Just a good man that has had a dream that is on the verge of success and he really wants his investors to share this dream with him.

If i were Jammer and i got your post for sure i would come back daily to gather in more info as it evolves and possibly tell a few more friends and discourage them from dumping all @ .04.

If you look at my posts i always refer to this as building a solid foundation phase and the tremendous headstart Howard has from his years with this one product, not moving all over the board with different dreams..Time waiting in my opinion is the largest factor in this sort of up and down neautral stage we are in. Always there is some off the wall stuff going on but dont think its the key.It will take double the volume to get double the pps as more phases to roll into place..I think for me that has a strong position as you do yourself,, you sort of need to see that to help validate yourself that you have made good decisions getting in at different PPS. For me this is for affirmation to stay the course,,,not sell off cause of uptick.

So im with you that this phase is just that ,,a building phase and we should get in at any point funds will allow as investors that are seeking to get on board and stay there.. To me a huge key is promote investors to build and stay long.

Sure hope you added one too many zero's.. No way i think personally it will go that low... Lately its been hit over the head with sledge hammers so much but it still hangs in . That really says a lot.

Just in my opinion the reason this stock wont get down so much lower is the benchmarks getting closer every week. Time is moving faster than it seems. Howard hasnt gave any indication of being way behind on his projection dates or changed strategies.

But the best thing about this stock compared to many pinks is it has a tremendous foundation built by Howard in his private venture. He has a well tested, approved ready to market product that can capture some market share. Market share even a smaller % of a multi billion dollar industry is huge..Some pinks speculate to have big dreams, they promise there might be gold in them thar hills , you give me money and ill try and find.

Howards already found the gold, just crossing all his T' and dotting all I's this go round...I think investors have noticed and as benchmarks of getting closer to product moving they will dive in..They are stingy with money working other areas till then.

But that means at any point prior it could jump easily 100-125% They wont wait till its gets back to .04

My pledge to you Steve as our moderator and your larger role in building this company.

Howard has been Founder and CEO of private company with private investors. Tremendous passion and desire to champion his product. He now is CEO of a public company. He still has all the drive, the passion to put his product to market. But due to going public he knows that he has to be really careful about what he says and who he says it to until he puts it to the public through Reuters, Market Wire, Newswire etc. He can promote very loudly his product and dreams as he has done so far in keeping us, (investors) informed.

Your resume, which a lot of it has to come from being moderator of this board was filled with what Howard wants as a business partner. You earned and built that resume.
But you ,Just as Howard, once private and now a public CEO. of our board you were our moderator private and now you are public.. Your passion will still show through and your drive to promote AQUAPRIN to see this thing through.

As i know you are keenly aware of the do's and dont's,,
My pledge is i will be careful and cautious as to posts i make and we all should , making speculation appear to be fact and falsely give new investors putting in hard earned money the wrong idea. I for my part, dont want you to have to constantly reign us in on these possibly damaging posts to the chain of command to the SEC.

We need you as our Champion to push AQUAPRIN as you have done but respect you enough not to overload you with your somewhat now new rules of engagement with your board.

Said it many times in my posts Howard would be very wise to utilize your talents.
Just another confirmation he is very wise . Takes a lot of drive this day and time to start a venture of this scope with economy as is. Takes passion and ive noticed youve got that, whether it comes out in anger, sad, happy, comical, businesslike,, to me its all measured the same, you have or you dont.

Your exactly right on all. Going in through the purchase of the shell just shows he doesnt want to waste money. Even though he and his company plans and goals are as different as night and day to the former shell it just will take some extra time for the stink to go away and for Howard and his vision to reach investors that are not quite lookin yet.

I like you have confirmed for myself this is real and is sort of one of the good guy needs to win stories. Only thing is we sure could use new investors getting volume up in the 2 mil range.
