Revisiting Hank`s June email re GNBA, " hopefully will be an overnight success one day. We`re certainly hoping that 2014 will be a good year for us ". Just 2 months left in that wish.
Any trader will tell you that somebody over 300,000 shares at preset buy. Dumped 100 at the market first, driving the price down- then bought big.
Last time I checked,in order to have a Corporation, you must have an annual meeting with minuets recorded. These are not partnerships and David is not a bad guy, his string just ran out.He remains as we do, with a ton of GNBA public stock. He also, under the new structure,has been told to remain silent,if he wants to get some value back.He no longer calls any shots.
New Idea !!!! ALL stockholders are entitled to go to the annual meeting. How about writing a letter to both GNBA and GNBA Global and ask to attend ?????
That was interesting, however still believe this thing is still locked up in government certification somewhere and they don't appreciate us getting mixed up in the process.

Tex. This just fell on my desk. 60 company's are now at work in Corpus Christy at the Texas A& M airport. All working on Drones.The FAA is giving them free reign on air space. Do we have a friend that might eyeball a Groen product, and could that be why the Feds want no news comming out of Groen in SLC ?

This week Tex heads to SLC and finds the Hawk 4.
Somebody from the MLER board posted that in retaliation for my negative postings on their site. However I do remember after calling Hank,that they were in fact calling back some of the old employees. Just don't know, but you can pick up the phone and talk to Hank and report back if you will. Also ask him for the location and activity of the HAWK 4/ Ranger.

In my book, its certification of the Hawk 4, AKA Ranger 5 seat.Two years of silence. The Feds lips are sealed, as in all Fed affairs. The GNBA people have been told the same, as there is a public stock involved and no one needs to end up in jail over pump and dump ALLIGATIONS.But,having said that,info can leak out at a Cocktail party on the weekend, even a thumbs up. Hence a jump on Monday.
Market down,GNBA bid and ask up.

You are 100% right ! Further, under new Mgt. we have zero public announcements. That a good sign, as there have been so many false starts over the years.Further speculation on the certification issue, Hank pointed out "success in 2014". That only leaves 6 months at the most.
Hawk 4 put 2 years into the 4 year certification process. If that's what they have been doing for the last 2 years on the Q/T, then 2014 should complete it. Bingo,start production.P.S. Remember, Hank mentioned two craft. Both completing certification ??????
Me wonders why Hank pointed out the two "new" aircraft. The Hawk 4 is now the Hawk Ranger [ think it was 50% certified at one point]. They may be finishing certification and intend to build it here and promote it for public transit. Scout Hawk my be on the same path.Me wonders.

Think you are right on the Patent transfers. Later this A M, I got an EMAIL from Hank.Gracious indeed. He notes the Two "new" aircraft. Take a little time to review the Creds on the new CEO.Would give today a thumbs up.
Talked to Hank Parry at Groen today. He reports that "things are going on behind the scene, but he is not able to share them at this time".Noted new website and CEO. WELL !!! At least someone picked up the phone and reported that the lights are on.

Tex, would it be to much to ask you to call Hank and ask him " What is going on in GNBA that makes him think HE is going to recover value on HIS 500,000 shares of GNBA". That puts him on the spot and gets to the heart of the matter. All other questions seem to circumvent the bottom line. If you wont, I will. Please advise. Thanks
Would that be GNBA hiding in area 51 ? Suspect thats why we have not heard a thing for two years ? Are the sharing their Patents with either AVX or Karem Aircraft,for an unreported profit? Right now a market order for 500,000 shares would send the stock into orbit.
