So after she said it was working flawlessly there was a problem that required an upgrade?
Is she happy now?
Also can I ask you if you invested because she knew about Iosoft or is it just a coincidence?
That’s nice to see.Their first update on the website for years.
Seems something is moving.
Their 0016504345632 number might be operating as well now.
First time I called they ended the call immediately and the second it rang 6-7 times before I think they declined the call.
Perhaps someone else should try it too.I will try tomorrow.
It is like a cat their website. Will not die that easily.
We may see the shareprice rising as a result.
Didn’t see this the other day on their updated website. At the provider portal:
PlutoXPay is a colaberation between PlutoX and iosoft.
System design by: Norman Payson
Jeffery Payson
David Gillman
Vincent Valentine
Lead Developer(s): Vincent Valentine
key sites: A & G Health, Inc. 1-866-942-4427
io|soft 1-214-377-6078
We should know soon if they printed new shares but I would not think so.Last time they disclosed about new shares at a very depressing 0.005 was end of January. Can’t see any excuses for doing anything similar from now on.
I guess if he wanted to share something meaningful with us he would have done it here.
He was watching this forum and probably still does.
But I think he has not posted anything this year.
White label licensing might be the reason why they don’t want to disclose their clients.
And what will the new management be able to do, if the receivables cannot be collected and they are not guaranteed in some way?
Solomon has just to prove that the receivables can be collected. That is the biggest question mark at the moment.
Solomon was saying there was zero bad debt in every 10-Q and 10-K.Your colleague and the rest of us were made to believe that the receivables was money in the bag making SIAF a great investment indeed.Let’s see...
They didn’t even mention the updated website or anything about PlutoXPay and A&G Healthcare or anything about who their clients are.But overall much better than nothing, confirms progress, clients and 2018 targets.
Just waiting to see the profits in their Income Statement.
Down for about 2 weeks now the website.I guess we should soon consider it as permanently gone for better or worse.
RD, In 2014 the shareprice was under $2.Now it is over $6.
You think it is possible to pay the loan by diluting at 60c and below?
It looks like the partnership positions them perfectly to start making money.
The only question I guess now is how much money and the growth prospects and opportunities.
It's mind boggling.
It means that as the website says, they have formed with them a partnership which guarantees huge re-occurring revenues at lower costs since it looks like they will be operating from their offices.
Just look at these figures from the PlutoXPay website:
Our Free Analysis for a health plan of about 150K members - PlutoX Code Editor detected approximately 5% more in errors even after the claims had already gone through their current editor. The result was a savings of $3.3M per month.
Midwest Health Plan,
Our Free Analysis of about 10,000 members – PlutoX Code Editor detected 8.3% in errors. The result was a savings of $305,435 per month.
Medicare Advantage Plan - Puerto Rico,
Our Free Analysis for this TPA with 25,000 lives – PlutoX Code Editor detected errors on HCFA’s and UB’s. The result was a savings of $1,470,195 per month.
Third Party Administrator - California,
Solomon has just to prove that giving non-secured,non-guaranteed credit was not a mistake.
We have to wait and see how much of those receivables are collectible and don’t turn into bad debt.
We already know that the TRW are not paying in time. That wasn’t the idea was it?
PlutoXPay is actually the payment system of A&G Healthcare. They predicted about 30M in revenue I think just on this partnership alone last year. And looks to be going very well!
Don’t think too many will hurry to take any profits tomorrow after this.Should be having a PR too tomorrow.
"Our relationship with IO|soft has been successful and solid from the first day. They have great knowledge and hands on experience bringing systems and new technology from the ground up to full implementation"
....Norman Payson, CEO A&G Healthcare Services, Inc.
This is really great news!

Good find. But yes, do they really need to get involved in these schemes?
The problem no filings or PR’s about them. Why?
Webpage down for a couple of days now.Let’s see if they plan an update this time, if they get the same stuff up or if it goes forever this time.
Totally irrelevant information at this point.Nobody cares anymore about how many fish, cattle or chicken they are going to sell.
You expect to hear what is going on with the loan, the Triway dividend, the collateral loans, the receivables, the AGM,the recent shares they have been issuing etc.,etc. and they go and issue something quite poetic that might have impressed someone six years ago!
Just hope it was something for the New Year only and some really important PR follows and certainly not a desperate attempt to raise the price a little to be able to keep issuing shares.
How do you know that?
If it is simple dilution don’t they have to disclose more information on the QX.Such as at what price etc.?
On the other hand admitting that it was probably dilution and not trying to hide it like in previous filing where they said nothing, maybe it is a sign that they are confident that despite unacceptable dilution at this stage, they are close to announcing something good.
Probably. And from now on having also to explain what the new shares are for.
Perhaps we need to ask Merkur what “validly issued and are fully paid up” means.
Hopefully it is that or anything other than what it sounds like;pure dilution to get some money.
Explains nothing I guess and doesn’t sound good.
So far so good with the latest dilution.Apart from the fact that it is very small in dollar terms it doesn’t look as if it is entering the market.
There is tax on their imported products and things they don’t produce themselves but resell. But to be honest I didn’t know that there in no tax on agricultural and aquaculture in China, which yes makes it very easy to show as much profit as you want to.
But I still believe the problem here is that when selling on credit, buyers can accept much higher prices if there are no guarantees for paying back.
Are Peter and KCSA still with the company? The last time I sent them an email asking about what the O/S increase was for, they did not reply.
tell me about one "too good to be true" Chinese story
I think most here have forgotten the deal with Tesco.
They will not let you into their shops if you are a nobody.
Just unfortunate that that deal didn't work out.
Anyone remembers what went wrong with that?
Ok.Thanks for the confirmation.
Hopefully Iosoft news then, this week or next.Would be good if it was included in today’s PR but either they were not ready or Ron prefers to have as many as possible.
So was that email about Iosoft fake?Ron was supposedly saying no M&A news just “worthy Iosoft ones”.
The opposite happened.
Hearing Nils say “we are working hard to solve the problem” or even “they” and he was really honest about it, makes this the bargain of the year.Of course everyone here and every shareholder of SIAF knows that it all comes down to how honest Solomon and the rest of the board have been with us.
Any other problems cannot justify an 80c shareprice even if they can’t collect most of the receivables.
However I’m not so sure that, if the % of the receivables that are not collectible is too high, whether even at 80c this is cheap.Because that would bring their whole business model into question.
Just announcements and late already with delivering.About a month now with some of them.
You haven’t mentioned if he told you anything interesting.
You just need a non-Chinese CEO that’s all.
Just check ATV if you want. The best performing Chinese stock by far compared to Financial Statements.
