I agree 100% with what you are saying dont get me wrong. It doesnt surprise me really though it was pretty straight forward progress has been pretty limited this summer.

This new partnership today I think shows they have shifted plans somewhat and decided to use these guys to help raise money.

Like I was trying to get at over the weekend, this is NOT an easy time to be raising funds.


Anyhow hopefully with the updated report, even if only updated by 2 holes maybe we can get rid of the CTO and get rid of that black eye.

Remember the public outcry prior to this PR being released? Im of the opinion that PR with the 5 steps was just to quiet the uprising about not hearing anything in a long time. It really didnt tell us much we didnt know. Reinforced some things but not much new there.

It now makes more sense to me why they have been "quiet" so to speak this summer. The paperwork part of the business is not near as flashy to PR as drilling results and the like.

This new team they partenered with really seems to be credible and sounds like we should have an updated report in next 15 days or so.

Now in my opinion we appear to be currently lacking funds and the ability to raise funds. For example we only have 1 drill working, I doubt that a decision has been made to sit on cash that could be used for a second drill. Other, somewhat minor things such as uplisting and having a truly presentable/professional website (this is the FACE of the company that a large amount of investors use to gather info) are also being put off. I understand each of these come with a cost and I would much rather wait for some of this until SRSR can afford it without issuing more shares.

My question to you is since you feel so confident is why do you feel it hasn't happened yet? Its now been more than 12 months since some of the reserves have become complaint, do you think they are waiting until more reserves are complaint? If this was the case take out a loan and get more drill(s) and speed process up. Or do you feel that given the current state of the world wide economy that the funding is just not there right now. I am starting to be of the opinion that until things really turn around worldwide and in North America that funding may be out of the question. Depending on your picture of the economy it may be years until money comes back into small business market.

Hopefully I'm wrong but curious why you think we dont have any sort of funding today?

Interesting... its not new news and the website doesnt look too updated but found this interesting.

It will be interesting to watch as Africa and other countries start to build up. We kind of think part of growing will come a phase of oil/gas consumption but in reality in these places where none of the oil infrastructure is in place they could start on the solar (green path) right from the get go. and Africa is so big.... man so much potential in Africa over next 100 years.

I agree. There's absolutely no way this stock price is where it is because thats the actual value of the company. There is absolutely no way this is fairly valued we have domain names for crying out loud!!!

ya I hope so. Lot of potential good things COULD happen. Ive just been hanginng on for these "pretty exciting here in the next few weeks" for quite a few weeks/months now.

But i am preaching to the choir as we all have been waiting. I am so tempted to buy more at these lows but I am at a point personally that I am not investing any more money into SRSR until I see a change in how they relate to their shareholders.

you are right I guess I dont know. I am assuming these people have lots of money and would want to buy a lot of shares at a cheap price. I dont see this happening so I assume they arent involved.

I could be wrong but looking at this I wouldnt say they are very many true big/smart money investors involved in this.

i dont doubt the assets are in the ground. My concern comes with there being an afforable way to get them out of the ground. I know we all like the 100 Billion dollar number but if there were truly 100 billion in the ground I imagine that more than us few little guys on an internet blog site would be invested in it. If we could really prove there was 100 billion in the ground we would not have any trouble getting 100 million raised in order to get things moving.

I understand what happened, and if the info you wrote in your reply was also PR'd I imagine people would understand things a little better. Its not the end of the world but when nothing else is issued all people see is the "Cease Trade Order" and they stop reading, hence the large drop in price today.

What about the NI report thats coming "soon", is this a new report or is it just fixes to the old one in order to lift the Cease Trade restriction?

I dont think its fair or correct to make posts aluding to millions of shares being shorted when in left its closer to 5,000. The price of this stock is what it is because thats what the market values it at plain and simple. There is no super secret manipulation going on here...

Im not one that thinks the CTO or lack of communication in 2010 is a good thing. Im not saying this in an attempt to pull off some magic slight of hand stock price manipulation, I am saying it cause well its a valid concern. iHub is such a small collection of traders its absurd to think that a few posts can really alter the direction a company is going.

Hi all - well it seems to be the consensus here that gold is going to keep going up. While I agree I still struggle with what the best way to invest in gold is. I own some GLD and am thinking about buying more but I am attracted to the idea of owning physical gold. If shit hits the fan and we really have economic fallout a share of GLD doesnt seem near as comforting as some gold bricks in my safe.


Are any of you here invested in any miners? I am invested some in a few junior miners but always interested in ideas.

Long time reader first time poster....

I def appreciate all the insight I've picked up over the last 1.5 years. I have had limited communications with Merle but have gained most of my mining knowledge thru all the awesome DD posted on this board.


Im not one for posting on the internet normally but am getting frustrated because I dont know whats going on. I realize more mining needs to be done on the property but why do you think we dont have additional drills turning? I realize a cost is associated with a drill but isnt it about necessary to do this, 1 drill at a time seems painfully slow. Is anyone aware of a ballpark price what a drill and a team to run the drill would cost for 6 months? I have no idea and maybe its more than I think but this cant be a staggering number.... Did anyone ever find out what the deal was with the big drill they were going to bring on property while back? (the poster formally known as Texas Ripper posted the question a while back and I missed the answer)

I read these posts a lot at work throughout the day and I wonder what is Scott, and the others (advisory board) do on a day to day basis. Is everyday filled with phone calls about JV's meetings with other people? I dont imagine they sit around all day but im curious what the business people behind a mine actually do at this stage day in and day out.

The gold property is something I am curious about... Scott for some reason saw significant value in that property but really hasnt expressed what his intentions are with it. How much has gold risen since he bought the property? Thinking outside the box a little but man if he could sell that property and maybe gain on the investment and then put that money to use with another drill or 2 on the monster property?

Also I am curios to Sarissa other projects. When I first invested there were 4 or 5 projects listed on the web site, now I dont see those. Does anyone know if these were sold or if these are still owned by the company?
