intrinsic value is the most important for any kind of offering to buy out. World prices may be skyrocketing with china tightening up exports.
This could go BOOOOOOM real Soooon. IMO and DD
SHANGHAI, Jan 29 (Reuters) - China is urging the country's top six rare earth companies to consolidate all miners and processors in the sector by the end of this year, a move which is expected to push up prices.
China is responsible for more than 90 percent of global rare earth production, giving it a chokehold over the supply of a group of elements used in sectors such as defence and renewable energy.
China's six biggest rare earth groups must submit timetables for the restructuring, and will be subject to government inspections on a seasonal basis, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) said in a statement on its website.
The country is searching for new ways to strengthen its pricing power over rare earth metals following its failure to overturn a judgment by the World Trade Organisation (WTO) last year which branded the country's export tariff and quota system as discriminatory.
China's commerce ministry decided at the end of last year to abolish the quota system on rare earths as well as tungsten and molybdenum, and it said last week that it would remove taxes on rare earth exports from May. [ID:nL4N0V11L5]
Bringing output under the control of major state-led groups will help it regulate the sector and serve its campaign to eliminate illegal production and smuggling.
The consolidation is expected to improve market order, reduce rare earth supply and push up prices of the metal in the future, official Shanghai Securities News reported on Thursday, citing people in the industry.

China’s new blueprint for rare earth control to reduce supply

The Chinese government has recently cancelled the export quotas on rare earth, tungsten and molybdenum, and it said last week that it would remove taxes on rare earth exports in May of this year.

With the revenues this Co. makes they would be better off just to raise the A/S to what they need to cover the financial loans (convertibles) and then pay them off before maturity with cash and regular financing. Then cancel the shares as the loans are payed off.
Of course that would be done in a perfect world which we do not live in.. LOL
P.S. they talked about raising the A/S after the split which will Fk us later any way.
The last time weather prompted at least a two-day shutdown of the markets was in 1888.
Snowstorms have prompted several single-day shutdowns as well as delayed openings and early closes. A blizzard led to a late start and an early close on Jan. 8, 1996. The NYSE shut down for day on Sept. 27, 1985 due to Hurricane Gloria. The Sept. 11 terrorist attacks prompted the markets to shutdown for four days.

RickN, you will find that through out history of infant companies that become successful that what we see on the surface was put into play months if not years ago. Look at the quality of people that are involved/associated with this action of the company that became public today and tell me that it was just a fly by night decision to execute. Don't think so. Any way there is a ton more of DD to do in order to make a educated investing decision. We have not even come close to scratching the surface of the MMJ sector. Only a hand full of companies will withstand the sands of time and IMO GRCU will be amongst the last standing.

HOSS, I don't have a lot of time to follow up on this in depth but I am sure this connection may be of value to us through Phytosciences.
Phytosciences seems to have a staff (The Team) who are well educated and connected in the world of MMJ U.S./Canada. You all know the sayings, success follows success and it's not always what you know that counts in business but who you know. This is a well diversified portfolio of people that our new CEO is involved with and I see great future potential to this move for GRCU.
I think that we as shareholders should count our blessings for the time Robert Calkin stood in as CEO and thank him for his services and knowledge he contributed to GRCU. IMO It is time to move forwards to bigger and better things for 2015 and beyond.
Have a great night all.

Vapor has played by FINRA's/S.E.C. rule book from day one. Vapor Grpup might not have chosen the best way to finance operations but I don't believe bad or not so good choices of financing is against any securities law. Have a great week end.

elbinoskunk, there is always a few in the crowd asking good questions. Back when I sat down with Dror I asked the same question relating to how their distribution network was set up and with who. Dror would not go into details due to contract agreement. Who ever these companies are I am sure some one doing their DD will be able to find out soon enough. I spent a few hours last night searching again and narrowed it down to a possible few but can't confirm any one of them as of late. Vapor is and has been executing a business plan and the proof is in the Q after Q they have filed over the last year. Sit tight folks and we all will reap the rewards.. IMO

That was by design as the MM where overwhelmed across the whole sector by such great influx of buying, causing massive MM short positions. I am sure their books looked scary up till their buddies at the SEC stepped in. I wrote a few posts dedicated to such criminal acts by both MM and SEC, you can find them in my archive posts. (March/April 2014) The MM and shorts have devastated this sector since then. The good thing about the E-cig businesses is there are very few to pick from unlike the 250+ companies that PRed MMJ and alot of them with bad intentions. Most all E-cig's companies have posted financials. Not to say none of them are crooked but your odds at investing are extremely better to be able to profit.
Hang tight folks 2015 is going to be explosive IMO
ST
As you can also see that Q3 report was about 12 days earlier. Meaning that any revenue making (distribution) deals would not show up till Q4 2014 or Q1 2015.
Then in the last pot stock radio interview, Vapor Group (Dror) said they should be debt free by early to mid 2015. When I sat with him on my visit to HQ, Dror made the statement and I quote "It only takes one (distribution) deal". Here we are folks Jan. 2015 and 2014 Q4 with audited end of year 2014 financial's coming. This will be the biggest teller so far as to the future of Vapor Group Inc. growth potential IMO and DD only.
It's going to be a GREAT year in the sector folks, sit tight a little longer.
ST
rbloomqu, I don't believe the business trip Dror had just returned from was to Colorado. If I recall correctly it was in the North Eastern states.
Here is the PR I concluded some of my DD on after my visit with Vapor Group.
Re: Distribution 2014/15/16.
When Lowhdcp and I sat down with Dror a few months ago there was a hint to a distribution deal that may or may not be divulged to the shareholders due to a distribution agreement. I will say this tho, Dror at the time had just got back from a trip and was very exited and pleased with the results. I believe we are all going to see a huge increase in revenue and gross profit growth in 2014's Q4. If Vapors management has stuck to the business plan that I percieved from that meeting, 2015 will be explosive IMO. I still believe we will see multiple dollars in 2015/16.
We should start seeing some PR's as to Corporate happenings/guidance in the near future IMO. Vapor had a lot of thing in the fire back then and I'm sure they are exited to be able to share them with their shareholders when they can. I will be making plans to take another trip to Vapor HQ in the very near future and I suggest that anyone that has the time and ability to visit should do the same thing. Vapor Group Inc. has a open door policy to it's shareholders/investors, Call and make a appointment.
Have a great day folks,

Amercanex Plans Launch of First Cannabis Commodity Exchange in New York
Oct 31, 2014 9:34 AM EDT
NEW YORK (MainStreet) - Although Amercanex is currently a mere match-maker between cannabis grows and dispensaries with offices in Colorado, Washington and California, its founder has a bigger vision that involves launching an international marijuana commodity exchange.
Read More: Pot Investors Dodge Penny Stock Stigma
“We were approached by several of the largest off-shore foreign exchange brokers to provide them with the data stream of cannabis pricing and indexes so they can build binary options or CFDs with which people can speculate on the price of marijuana,” said Steve Janjic, CEO with Amercanex.
However pundits aren’t convinced of the immediate feasibility of Commodity Futures Contracts for Difference (CFD).
“For a cannabis commodity exchange to succeed and be a true platform, investors need it to be a bigger market for trading because options are based on future products and sales,” said Michael Swartz, analyst with Viridian Capital & Research. “It comes down to regulation. If more markets open up, you’ll have bigger demand, activity and more buying and selling in those types of products.”

Although federal laws around marijuana will have to change dramatically before Janjic’s dream of a marijuana commodity exchange can come true, he’s already building the infrastructure for a brick-and-mortar exchange in New York to be prepared once marijuana is declassified as a Schedule 1 drug or in the event that the plant is suddenly legalized.
"Any of the existing exchanges will be able to connect to us in hours and have all that data," Janjic said. That infrastructure includes 22,000 virtual seats that are selling for $5,000 a piece. Some 2,200 have sold so far.
“Investors feel purchasing the seats now gives them an edge because once the seats are sold out they will have to buy a seat from members or lease a seat on the exchange to transact,” said Janjic. Much like eBay, the marketplace division of Amercanex was initiated in June to service dispensaries such as Red River and The Clinic.
“We don’t touch the physical product,” Janjic said. “Instead, we provide for the entire transaction then a delivery service or stored facility takes it from there after a seller posts the product they have for sale and a dispensary purchases it.” Internationally, however, Amercanex may face obstacles in launching a commodity exchange.
All the sellers back in Nov. want back in.. I see a continued increase for the next 30 days w/news and Q4 driving us into the copper mark...
Hope everyone had a great holiday and 2015 will be the year for the MMJ/vapor sector.
