Yeah, and the word "intend" from yesterday wasn't too promising either. Sass is using language to protect his integrity, but the fact of the matter is, he has made it appear that they would meet the deadline today.
Yeah, that seems a bit inconsistant with what he's been doing, but I'm not expert on these rules. Thank you for posting anyway. I have to admit, I am becoming very concerned because obviously if this isn't filed in a matter of hours our investment is a complete waste. This is only an opinion.
Anyone emailed Sass today or had any contact? Maybe we should all email him at the same time. jk. If anyone hears anything from him please post.
There better not be another extension. Sass has repeatedly implied that this thing would not need an extension, and has kept many in this stock as a result. It is kind of hard to get around things when you've put so much out there to be referenced as a record. Just my opinion.
I agree with you. To me, it would have been perfect for them to release the 10 today and let it simmer leading into the weekend, and then, release the merger news first thing Monday morning. This stock would have been primed for a huge run up.
I am glad your so confident. Why they would wait until this afternoon to release it is beyond me.
Good luck with that! Now is this a third grade class, because I don't think I've heard an adult speak that way about another human being before.
Is that all you got for us Sassafras? What about taking on snizzle bo dizzle as a Temp for needed help.
Just curious, has anyone attempted to call Sass today and check on things--or email?
You're right NYC, but I can't understand the wisdom in letting this hang in the balance until the last possible second--unless they are strategically releasing the news on the day of the last possible deadline to draw in a bigger bang.
I hope that SLMU is prepared to atleast announce the 10k tomorrow--the idea of not knowing which way this is going to run come Friday is very frustrating.
Yeah--who knows. You very well could be right on the money. I hope your wrong, however.
I don't think that the price has anything to do with people in the company buying or selling. Isn't that considered insider trading? I don't think all companies are corrupt in that department. I could be wrong.
Why not just post your take on this on the board for us all to enjoy : ).
I think that is pretty sound logic. I think we may have an announcement tomorrow sometime--hopefully in the morning!
What the company has done is essentially tell shareholders to stand at the edge of a cliff and say, "stand here and on Friday you will either be given wings to fly or we will push you off a cliff--you will have no indication which will happen until then." It is very frustrating considering their word has not been good so far. All the company may have given us is some guy that reports on a blog (not even sure if he is legit or not). The above analogy and concerns are just my opinion and my personal concern. Here is hoping for wings and not a shove.
All we have to go on is the word of the company and some guy named Sass, and so far, neither has been reliable. I am still hanging on to some hope here, but that hope is waning as no reliable information has been given. They told us there were no obsticles in their view in a PR update in March--well, obviously there have been some major obsticles. This is my opinion.
And now we are under .07. I am baffled as to how they can say they don't see any reason why the merger wouldn't go through over a month ago and now they have had obvious problems. How could they have such poor foresight--or is this really a matter of dishonesty? Either way, it isn't very reassuring in my opinion. I'm glad I'm losing money while they make us wait and wonder what they are doing behind the scenes.
Looks like this is going last minute again. It is frustrating that they are going to wait until Friday to finally give us real information. If we wait until Friday and nothing goes through we will all lose a fortune in my opinion. We deserve an update.
That also seemed bizarre to me. Does anyone have an explaination of what he meant?
I agree that this is make it or break it time. It would be nice to have some sort of reassurance from the company because this thing will drop fast Monday Morning if they don't file the promised paperwork. This is my opinion.
So, is the current belief here that we will see the merger now sometimes prior to the 15th?
It is only ridiculous if they were reasonably able to complete the merger and did not out of laziness or whatever. Nobody knows what all has to take place--my guess is that it takes a lot of work. Anyone who has ever built a home knows that a contractor can guess how long it takes, but the odds of the home being completed on an exact deadline is rare.
Logically it doesn't make sense that Sass was leading people down a bad road. What gain would he have gotten--the stock has remained around 9 cents for a while.
If it is any consolation, I just noticed that most of their pr's have been released in the afternoon. So, who knows, maybe they will release something later.
Is that about the range people think this will go to after the merger? 1.38 would be nice.
It isn't a matter of anyone telling anyone else how to feel. The point is, it is pointless to whine about it on a message board. People can feel how they want, but what most people want on here are comments that actually contribute something--not a bunch of whining. The deadline hasn't happened yet--so, complaining that it hasn't happend yet because someone made up in their head it should have happened sooner is nonsense.
Let's say the volume does go south--so what. If the merger goes through 10 days later in will head right back up north and in a flurry. This all in my most humble opinion, of course.
They set the deadline with the approximate time they needed to finish. Things don't always go perfectly, but I don't think it is a big deal if they wait until the deadline to announce the merger. Strategically that is very smart, considering everyone's eyes will be focused on that day, whereas if they did it today or some other time less people would be watching.
Wow, that is a ton of shares. I have to admit I have some concern with these recent delays, but I do believe that if SNRS will release a substantial news release with accurate and verifiable information we will be in good shape.
Can anyone give a straight answer with an actual link proving the A/S was increased to 30 billion? If you don't have proof, don't post it.
There has been no evidence that there will be news Friday. It doesn't help the board or the stock to put out unfounded pumps.
I have to admit that waiting for more news isn't always fun, but again this is evidence to me that this isn't a scam. If SNRS was just trying to scam people why wouldn't they issue a bogus PR ontime? There would be no need for a delay, especially one that is now 2 or 3 business days late. My guess is that they had or have something in the works that isn't quite ready to be presented. Any scam company would have no need for a delay, that just wouldn't make sense.
Havent seen this 23 million buy
I think Monday will be interesting. A $40,000 buy at the of Friday and pending news. Again, if this is a scam, why would any news be delayed? There would be no need to ever delay something. It is very possible they have something in the works they thought would be ready to announce Friday, but wasn't quite ready to be presented to the public. GO SNRS.
I have no absolute certainty of SNRS, but I think this will at least hit .0003 or .0004 and maybe much higher. One question I would bring up that may be an argument against the notion of a scam is this: why would this weeks pr be delayed? If they are just making these pr's up it would make no sense for any pr to ever be delayed. SNRS may slowly but surely be putting together a real business plan and implementing it piece by piece and the fact remains that no one knows for certain one way or the other--that is in my most humble opinion.
The calm before the storm.
Uh, it already has been. In fact, last June.
I am a shareholder and have been for about a year. I think that SNRS has erred in telegraphing what they deem to be major announcements--they should just make the annoucements and consolidate them as well. I think they would pack a bigger punch. The news they have announced is difficult to validate in my mind. How am I supposed to know that they actually went to Germany and what actually took place? It sounds good, and I'm not saying they didn't--but I think this is part of the reason many are not jumping in and this thing isn't moving: the news sounds great, but most of it is hard to really validate. I am hoping for the best here, however.
Does the mm placed at .25 mean anything? I thought retired mm dispelled any notion this was any indication of anything significant but I may be wrong??
