They have assets. I have bought this stock at low at $0.0041. I think I may cancel all of my sell orders now and let the dust settle. The biggest BK in history should have some scraps left for us vultures to pick on. I will be happy with 10 cents on the dollar from par $2.50/share. How about you?
What's 174 Boardmarks have to do with it?
Why are these stocks going up?
I just made you an assistant for the board. Feel free to update anything.
With wars on three fronts we should see a rise in this stock.
The Transfer Agent was WRONG, our restricted shares from 2010 didn't earn the 2011 dividend, only our unrestricted shares. I just got mine today.
Can you explain what the "short volume" is? And how does someone short a penny stock?
Indeed, who is complaining? We're not. However, we are still waiting for the www.hemienergygroup.com to respond with any information. Does anyone know what's up with the web-site? Is there any news forthcoming from anyone with any connection to the stock we own?
It's only logical that being ready for the laws in New Jersey and others states to change means we are best served by looking at implementing a "Quick Change Over". Like in manufacturing. The applications in the cannabis medical marijuana sector is best executed by retro-fitting older systems either obsolete or abandonded. Like using an old nuclear missile silo, or an old closed military base like Fort Monmouth to grow on. With the recession there are numerous bankrupt Animal Hospitals with the adiquate screening rooms, waiting rooms, bathrooms, parking and pharma-logistics/security for medicine to be stored, they could be a profitable investment for companies looking to expand to a national market.
I am not one of the investment advisors or a lawyers who created this mess, I am just an American who can prove this nation treats people worse than animals and the proof is we all agree that an Aminal Hospital is a step UP from the grey-market this medicine currently trades on in the prohibition states like New Jersey used to be.
Currently there is a company registered "Doing Business As" "UNAMED" in Hunterdon County, New Jersey with a network of abandonded animal hospitals ready to do a "quick change over" to dispensaries as soon as the laws in New Jersey change to allow free enterprise, not Government interference, rule the markets. The website is down for maintenance, but the UNAMED is buying up CBIS, PCIO, MJNA, and GRNH stock and holding it in the New Jersey DBA's name with the hope that someday New Jersey will end the discrimination and bigotry towards medical marijuana users and begin producing & selling the world's largest cash crop (medical marijuana) and its secondary products (cellulosic bio-ethanol, hemp, oil) here in the Garden State.

New Jersey dispensaries are opening. News just reported that 6 vendors will be the first to start.
Agreed, the others are starting to rise back up CBIS, GRNH, MJNA
where will it run to?
Check out Compton Petroleum CMZPF and Samson Petroleum SSN...energy stocks that have been beaten down under a dollar like red-headed-step-children are recovering. I bought SSN under a $0.25 last year and just sold over $3.00 a share. Shucks, I am even looking at HTOG in nano-land these days wondering if their natural gas assets are finally going to be worth something.
I have a feeling this stock is going to rise to $30.00 in the next 6 months. Check out RSO. It's another REIT on my radar.
Blackrock High-Income Shares HIS and Compton Petrolium CMZPF are my other two picks for this quarter.
I hope so.
We will see this rise to $2.00 or higher in the next 6 months. This is going to be just like SSN Samson Oil & Gas which was at $0.25 a few months ago.
This stock was at $25.00 a share a few years ago.
The ladies all know about each other, and I would be suprised if they read anything besides their Facebook & Twitter accounts, Tori Burch, Ralph Lauren, YSL catalogs, various fashion & NYC/Hollywood entertainment magazines, the crossword puzzle and their daily horoscope.
Is there any news about when we will get our dividends?
That's fine, I will buy back the shares I sold yesterday for half the price I sold them. Again.
OK, here is what it has to do with Hemi. If you have owned Hemi for a few years, like my brother, my girlfriends Candace, Stacey and Anna and I do, and you have followed this company's press releases and video broadcasts, then you would have a hunch, like I do, that this cat isn't bouncing, it's prancing and laughing at weak hands who would disregard the fact that "life" in something that is always imaginary to begin with, is relative, to the extent of the imaginations and dreams of those whose reality it can exist in.
I think there is more here, like rising energy prices, cheaper and more efficient Natural Gas and Solar projects with federal and state grant applications seeing more approvals from TARP money finally filtering down to the "little people" after being played with by Illinois politician-bankers and Goldman Sachs executives for a few years. Now that the Japanese will need to be working, and rebuilding their entire country, and they have the money to hire a lot of people to do that labor and work, we should see other markets recovering with new money invested in public and private projects in recovery and rebuilding of an entire nation. It's what happened after Nagasaki and Hiroshima, this will only make Japan stronger. They will adapt and overcome this like they have every other time, and come out with newer infrastructure with 2011 engineering and roadways, energy grids, and other things updated in uniformity with each other because everything will need to be rebuilt at the same time. I think if we look at the overall long term effect of a massive natural disaster on an economy like Japan's, whose resiliance through time to overcome the most challenging of disasters will only result in them becoming an international super-power. Espcially if their military that is now mobilized, grows out of a defence forse, and into expeditionary forces, that can help us in Afghanistan and Iraq.
What is causing this rise? Who is buying these shares?
Indeed, but some people like their stocks a little on the trashy side.
Why are the preferred and capital trust stocks going up, but the common is going down?
I have this showing $0.0005 bid with a $0.0006 ask at 9am. This went to $0.0014 last time in October.
This showed up on Scottrade today under FFGO's symbol. It has to be an error.
"JP Morgan Private Equity In $150 Million Credit Facility With Lloyds

By Marietta Cauchi
Of DOW JONES NEWSWIRES
LONDON -(Dow Jones)- JP Morgan Private Equity on Thursday said it has secured a new $150 million credit facility with Lloyds Banking Group (LYG), effectively refinancing its existing $100 million facility with Fortress Credit Corp.
The facility comes at a competitive rate--it works out at around 3% compared with the 4.5%-5% offered by other lenders," JPEL co-portfolio manager Gregory Getschow told Dow Jones Newswires.
Lloyds, which inherited the private-equity lending business on its merger with HBOS, is one of only a few banks still prepared to lend against private equity interests, Getschow added.
The funding will be used to make investments as well as satisfy unfunded commitments. JPEL purchases private equity fund interests in the secondary market, buying stakes in smaller and midmarket buyout funds private equity funds from existing investors, and has a promising pipeline of opportunities.
"We have a strong pipeline of potential deals in Asia as well as the U.S. and Europe," Getschow said. "We are seeing plenty of restructuring interests in Europe while we are buying senior debt--often at significant discounts--in the U.S."
Like the majority of listed private equity vehicles, JPEL trades at a discount to its net asset value, but its 14% discount is considerably less than the industry average, which is around 32%. At 1250 GMT, JPEL shares were up 1 cent, or 0.6%, at $1.09 and its estimated NAV $1.27 a share.
The reason for the discount is that private equity funds give their investors valuations of their portfolio companies on a quarterly or half-yearly basis. But the listed private equity companies that invest in those funds are traded on a daily basis--so there will be a time lag for the good news to feed through to the public markets.
"The main problem is lack of activity in the market--less deals means less trading in the shares--but we are holing to see more come in," Getschow said.
Even so, the company is looking to boost its share price and is considering the payment of dividends on the basis that investment companies with a high and stable dividend yield have been shown to trade at much tighter discounts or even premiums.
In November, JPEL also re-instigated its strategy, on hold for a year, with a tender offer to buy up to 3% of shares outstanding at NAV--another strategy aimed at boosting a company's share price.
While many other listed private equity companies have repurchased or bought back shares in the market, JPEL is the only one to offer such a tender facility that buys shares directly from investors.

Any guess on where we will close?
Watch for a rise to $12.00
News about the alternative to our "Class-A" dividend.
How so?
Breaking a dime today, $0.25 close of week.
Do you think this will go above a dime?
We are the "press release" for now. It's up to us. Management is keeping thier "gun powder dry". The media is doing all the due dillegence for us. The fact is Radio, TV,CABLE, and INTERNET News agencies alike; CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, XYZ and even WKRP in Cinncinatti are putting out press releases for them (us) every day in greater numbers than our shareholder money can spend. Why waste money shooting copper bullets (pennies) an enemy we can let the rain and snow kill off without any effort at all. "Billy Clinton" this story is what I say; let the hounds that led them to this Trojan Horse drag it right back to their master's table to feast on it. The truth takes no effort to promote, it always exists. Lies are what takes effort and energy to sustain. Just like the Clintons use "false or meanlingless negative media" to their advantage and at no cost to their personal expence. So too can we. I have in many ways. I write in this public forum, I have called in to radio stations and promoted our stock sybmbol on talk shows such as NJ 101.5FM and 91.5FM. Most important, I go to the same employer I have gainfully worked a professional job for over 17 years and counting, and do a good job, earn a paycheck, pay taxes and vote. Most important I speak up at my church when misguided and undereducated people try to claim a moral outrage over a physician's supervised use of cannabis products in an adult.
The walls of right wing fabrications are tumbling down my friends, and when you see the Republican House speaker on the cover of Time Magazine with a cannabis leaf smurking with "profit" and $dollar signs in his eyes, you know it. Like Bill Clinton did with the internet stocks and tech stocks, we know that a wave a profit is about to come. Still with every wave, comes a retreat, and a crash. So load up, sell half your shares for twice the cost, always retain your basis in cash and some in shares. THis is not a stock to 100% drop. Imagine owning the next Merck, Microsoft or Apple for about a nickle a share.
Agreed, we haven't had a press release in months. What's up?
This could see some action soon.
Good question.
I have a feeling something is about to happen here. Just a gut hunch.
Any predictions for this week? Any guesses on what management will do with that dividend they were talking about?
Nice! Now this is a Green issue, not a Red or Blue one!
