I do admit, that it would be nice for Dr. T to give us at least a small update via CEO letter again about the lawsuit - but they are doing pretty good here... There must be another PO sitting in the wings with how fast the Thermofocus is selling everywhere, so it's only a matter of time before this is back to 2c.

yeah, besides that. :) Amazing how 20k volume takes this down. I wish I had not bought at .14 and bought 3x as many here. This still has a hugemongeous upside, but I could have made more profit!

fla - if every investor in ASFX bought a thermometer and then gave 2 more as gifts, the retailers would have to restock, and ASFX would PR another order, and then the stock would go up.

anyone know why NITE continues to lower the ask ?

excellent buy - IMHO this is the ground floor and we're looking at some good returns from here.

I have a slightly different opinion. I was thinking that it was the Seller (NITE) or whatever, selling at the bid, to irritate people or bring in people who like to buy cheap shares, resulting in some people hitting the Ask or at least raising the ask.

Or at least, a few people who will paint the close at worst case.

exergen has a huge place in the hospitals. At phoenix childrens, every forehead-swipe thermometer I saw was an exergen hospital model.

I also got a reply from Ron yesterday that indicated that the company has not dipped into the extra 250M shares they have issued.

Basically, the note was something like "We haven't heard that the company has used them - nor have they told us - we'd know because we review the MM Daily logs and we'd know if they weren't telling us" extrapolating that into "they haven't used them"
Not a direct quote mind you, but if the lawsuit is really settled, then the Walgreens profits have come in now and the company shouldn't need financing.

Any more PR's company!?!

Let's look at the current numbers...

250M outstanding shares, right?
Exergen is already in Walmart AND hospitals etc - so the door is open
they just need the thermofocus
So, $.10 a share is $25M
$.30 a share is $75M

I think our little company is worth that, don't you?

Especially, since they could save R&D costs, testing, FDA Certification, etc.

What is holding this down? Lots of buying pressure . Release it!

Guys - what was the price target for this again? Like $2.60 ?

Well, I complained to my broker today, we'll see if they can get me on the Bid. I might try bidding .105 or .11 tomorrow just to see if it shows up... sigh.
