Who is that everyone that is losing faith in the company? Be specific, please. I am not. I know another dozen of people who are far from being disappointed too. Who are you talking about then?
What evidence do you have that there are no major investors? Hell, my group alone holds a quarter of the last known float. Is that major enough? I am also sure that there is at least one big MM accumulating as of the moment.
I might be in denial, but at the very least my posts do not contradict themselves.
You call 40 million sell-offs withing an hour SLOWLY DILUTING? Diluting like that means intentionally cutting the tree branch while you are sitting on it. Nobody would do this.
If CWRN succeeds, some of us will, indeed, make some good money. But not you, as you have just stated your intention of selling the rest of your position tomorrow to protect your investment.
I guess that means we will see another staged dump tomorrow at noon. Thanks for the heads-up!
We might have converted the guy to the bright side after all :)
Bud Light it is :)
I am fairly confident that I am correct. I have witnessed my share of dilution with many other stocks. I have been trading pinks for awhile now, but CWRN is the first one I am actually invested in long-term. The pieces just do not add up here. It does not look anything like dilution. If I thought it did, I would not be here, sitting on my hands, waiting for my shares to turn into toilet paper. But it really doesn't...
I am not a trusting individual, before I listened to anything the company has to say, I have done my own DD.
As to the Indian trades, I am not aware of the national origin of all these after-hour shares, yet it is painfully obvious that it IS manipulation, and CWRN itself is unlikely to have anything to do with it.
You, joev2, is not one of those individuals. You lost money with CWRN, and it looks like you are truly intended to warn the rest of the people here of the possibility that CWRN is, after all, a long-running scam. I don't have anything against that. Every stock has someone like you sharing their negative experiences in relation to the company. For that, I can thank you right now.
What I was talking about are people who just post messages with capitalized scary headers and no content (Yahoo), or people who join the board and start expressing long-term sentiment, just to loudly announce their doubts, and their sell-offs a couple of days later. It's not you, CohibaMan, or Sylvre, but it is people who have CURRENT interest in CWRN going down that I was talking about.
Wow. T-trades are on fire today. 30(!) even blocks of 500,000 shares traded after close withing 3 minutes. Some of them as late as 6 minutes after the bell. People will still insist there is no manipulation here?
I mentioned those strange 500,000 and 999,999 trades (often after close) in my post:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=55194135
How often do regular investors like you and I buy 999,999 shares instead of a million? Most of the time, we would go by the amount of money we have available, and it would hardly ever result in an even block, much less dozens of those every day. It is definitely MMs playing games.
I think those after-hour trades are them exchanging shares back with each other bypassing any kind of trading day history logs.
HERE'S THE TRUTH
I am glad I am not the only one noticing what is going on. The way CWRN has been trading recently is far from a typical dilution pattern. It is obvious that someone is putting in a lot of effort into bringing this as low as they can. Both recent huge dumps happened at noon (the slowest part of the trading day), some below-the-bid sells were executed to paint the chart red, many blocks, bought or sold, are of odd volume (often going through as T-trades) that would be unlikely with regular investors, etc. The whole purpose of keeping this low is to accumulate the shares until the shipment is out. But whoever is doing this has to also compete with the regular retail investors, and here's where certain individuals begin spamming CWRN message boards with illogical, fear-evoking messages to keep other potential investors suspicious about the company, and thus NOT buying. There is one such prominent member on CWRN Yahoo board, and it seems like iHub got one too now.
If someone is wondering where the shares come from for those huge 40 million dumps, they come partly from short-selling, but also from artificially generated volume. MMs, having access to Level III among other things, have ability to selectively sell their shares. They simply sell to each other. While the volume looks huge & scary and PPS rapidly drops, all of the shares stay in their hands, they lose none. Regular small time investors, in turn, panic and sell theirs.
If one finds any flaws in my logic, please point them out to me.
THIS POST IS NOT OFF-TOPIC. IT IS NOT REFERRING TO ANY SPECIFIC INDIVIDUALS ON THIS BOARD, AND IS DIRECTLY DISCUSSING THE TRADING PATTERN OF CWRN.
Exactly. Whoever manipulating this down knows that there will not be any substantial activity until the end of the month, and thus is using this opportunity to the fullest.
I wonder what one's cost average has to be to be able to make money by selling at ALL TIME LOW.
This shipment speculation is coming from the source who was claiming that there will never be any permits or equipment on site.
I might be mistaking, but at least I am not lying about my position and sentiment.
Well, you got it all figured out. Sell out and move on.
No, another delay won't kill the stock. There have been plethora of those in the past year, and, as you can witness, a huge 40 million dump could move it only only tick down. The bottom from here is really deep on MMs. The top, in turn, is as thin as it gets.
Bigfoot, what happened? Earlier today you were raising all kinds of questions regarding the company. Hell, you even sold 30% of your alleged position at a loss during today's shake-out. And now, all of a sudden, you are long and strong again? Is that a joke?
This company IS kind of a big deal for me. Despite of what you might respond, I believe this is a real mining company that will be quite soon generating some great revenues. I also believe that once it does, PPS will catch up. By my approximations, fair price at that point would multiply my initial investment many times over. While I can afford to lose the money I invested in CWRN, the potential profit here could easily change my lifestyle. With that in mind, it IS a big deal for me.
As for today's volume, well... you are right, it was only about $30K, and is nothing to worry about.
I would not rest too many hopes on that date. First of all, it is only a target date, it is not set in stone. Secondly, even if the shipment does take place on that date, we are unlikely to see a PR until a couple of days after. So stop creating that false milestone, just so you can later use it as another negative argument. I very much doubt that you are one of "us longs."
Textbook manipulation. They did it to paint the chart deep red. Why would anyone, including the company, want to sell below the current bid? Some big MM is manipulating this all the way. I will try calling SEC, see if they can explain to me what is going on.
Great opportunity to add. Someone is trying very hard to bring it down, I would love to take advantage of that putting in no effort on my side.
No one should ever accept anything as gospel truth, but from where we stand today (without coloring it with the retrospect), everything looks quite legit. The company publicly stated the beginning of the production, the execution of the contract and the anticipated shipment. Moreover, multiple pictures were provided with all sorts of equipment and management on site. Tell me, if CWRN just went public a month ago, with that body of information, and even some third-party evidence, would anyone venture to doubt the legitimacy of the company? No one would.
It is only that regretful gazing upon the company's somewhat unsuccessful past that makes people doubt all the good things we are currently seeing. But, trust me, no business and no man is ever successful 100% of the time.
Let's just get over it, and move on with what we are witnessing today.
You keep bringing up the past lack of the company's business success as if it was absolute and undeniable indicator of things to come. Circumstances change, people change, you admitted this yourself. Why then do you base all of your criticism on THE PAST? If things had, indeed, changed, the past is no longer relevant.
There is no evidence of Bob passing out any inside information. The fact that some poster on this board assumes there is some floating around does not say anything. It's funny how fast you issued a judgment on person's professionalism relying solely on fallacious assumptions of others.
Great post!
joev2, if you are too implying dilution, please explain to me this regarding yesterday. If it was the company selling, why sell EVERYTHING at 0.0007? Why not let that 30M in aggressive buys yesterday push it up to 0.003 and then sell? If Bob is so experienced at dilution as you say, he should have definitely figure this much out. Sell at a higher price = make more money. But there was a wall of shares at 0.0007 to keep it from ever getting any higher. Why would the company do this? Thanks.
So if it was the company selling, why sell EVERYTHING at 0.0007? Why not let that 30M in buys yesterday push it up to 0.003 and then sell? Dilution does not add up either.
On the other hand, if someone else is holding it down to accumulate, where the hell did they get that 30 million shares to sell? That would be counterproductive if they were accumulating.
I have no explanation as to what is going on with PPS.
All this is, indeed, fishy.
I wish we could submit a complaint to SEC to investigate what is going on, but they hardly ever look at the PinkSheets. It would just be ignored.
Well then you and I have been through all the same delays. And just like you I know how frustrating it is. But I am sure that Bob was not doing this on purpose. The project had bumped into a lot of underwater stones on its way to the current stage. There is no way any businessman could ever anticipate every single thing that can possibly go wrong.
But as you stated, it seems that Bob learned his lesson with concrete deadline promises. The shipment is promised to be at the end of October, but even early November will be fine with me. I am sure that all of the longs will finally start seeing their patience rewarded then.
Listen, things aren't THAT bad in Mexico. People do show up to work, and people do show up sober.
If Bob found money to finance all of that heavy machinery on site, I am sure he won't have much trouble coming up with transportation money either. After all, only one of those shipments will result in nearly $5,000,000 in revenue - should be enough to pay off everything afterward.
Nobody is resorting to personal attacks here. The common thread among all of my posts is that at this point it is unreasonable to keep denying that the company's project in Baja is in progress. And if it is in progress, shipment of the product and revenues are mere logical ends of it, delays or not delays...
Yes, PPS is in the gutter, but it truly looks like the company has nothing to do with it, nor is the company concerned with the price at this moment. Revenues and time WILL fix this.
And how exactly did you deduce that, Ember?
It is so obvious that someone is holding the price down on purpose here. Nearly all buys today, and we didn't even move. Don't even try to tell me it's the company. Anyone familiar with dilution knows that this is not the pattern. In my honest opinion, someone BIG is manipulatively accumulating BIG here. It is logical to assume that the purpose is to let this fly afterward.
4) Bob has not mentioned any trucking contract. 2500 runs are needed per month. Even at 50 miles per run ( i think its more like 80 miles ), each truck MAY make at most 2 runs a day. Would you want to drive at night with the drug problems in Northern Mexico these days? Doubt there are that many trucks in Baja.
---Excerpt from the recent News Letter---
Several people have asked about trucking and shipping; we have a tentative agreement in place for both operations, some have stated that there is no trucking available in Baja, well for your information, this is one of the busiest areas in Mexico for trucking firms, in fact so much so that there are three (3) commercial U.S. truck border crossings, Tijuana, Otay and Tecate, in the San Diego area; and I could not start to tell you how many trucks are in this area, the highways are full… So much for that…
I wish I could scramble more too :)
We are in the middle of a very rare opportunity to be invested in the company that is developing and working its way out of the PinkSheets. There are very few that ever make it out of the pinkies, and I am confident that CWRN will be a vivid example of such case. Bob WILL pull through.
I am too happy to have stuck around. The price is low right now, but, trust me, real revenue will cure everything. I am not even mentioning the potential buyback.
Good luck to all!

A lot has changed since the August news letter, we have progressed a great deal, although we are a couple weeks behind schedule, there are plenty of iron materials to crush and we have a target date of October 25, to complete the first shipment crushing of 30-35,000 dry metric tons of crude iron ore under contract sales agreement.
For those of you that call and write us, we do appreciate your interest and time; I’m sorry that on certain occasions I may have come off rude or not interested in chatting, but I must tell you that we are really busy and there never seems to be enough time in a day to complete the task at hand.
We have said that the company will put out one news release per-month for the near future, I have stated this to several people who have contacted me, well, this is the last day of September, and really didn’t have the time to write a detailed report, but I promised a news release and it will be on the wire Thursday, as promised.
Several people have asked about trucking and shipping; we have a tentative agreement in place for both operations, some have stated that there is no trucking available in Baja, well for your information, this is one of the busiest areas in Mexico for trucking firms, in fact so much so that there are three (3) commercial U.S. truck border crossings, Tijuana, Otay and Tecate, in the San Diego area; and I could not start to tell you how many trucks are in this area, the highways are full… So much for that…
For those that asked about the project status, what more can I tell you, the project has started and we will work hard to achieve the goals the company has set forth. For those of you that asked about equipment, we have equipment and more is coming, as of this letter, the project equipment for phase I is as follows; 1-D6, 2-D8’s and 1-D9 dozer, 2 excavators, 1 hammer, 3 wheel loaders, 1 tracked Terex-Pegson AX400 Jaw, 1 tracked Terex-Pegson 1300 Cone, 1 tracked PowerScreen 2100 finisher screen, 1 PowerScreen – PowerTrack 800 scalping screen 7x10 box, 2 Cat 740 articulating 40 tom off-road trucks, and shortly our 30x60-inch 1500 mga magnetic separator will be coming in.
We have made some videos and will be placing them on the website next week of the early work at the Guadalupe iron mineral concession and in addition we will be opening a Facebook account for posting pictures and notes.
I have posted some recent pictures here of the mine and current operations…..
Thank you for your support and participation as a shareholder.
