So if it was the company selling, why sell EVERYTHING at 0.0007? Why not let that 30M in buys yesterday push it up to 0.003 and then sell? Dilution does not add up either.

On the other hand, if someone else is holding it down to accumulate, where the hell did they get that 30 million shares to sell? That would be counterproductive if they were accumulating.

I have no explanation as to what is going on with PPS.

All this is, indeed, fishy.

I wish we could submit a complaint to SEC to investigate what is going on, but they hardly ever look at the PinkSheets. It would just be ignored.
