Looks like the Pros win out. The cons are fixable, and going to become outdated IMO.. Put out a worthy application and this will rocket, and if not let Rebel set up customers on the cloud and work on new software or partnerships for some. So many options for revenue.
Some pros and cons of cloud-based or web-based EMR systems.
Cloud-based EMR systems – Pros and Cons
Pros:
¦Less up-front costs for licensing
¦No server hardware or software to purchase/house/maintain
¦Possibly easier to transition to a different system
¦More cost effective for solo/small group practices
¦Better support
¦Easy to set up hot-site in case of disaster
¦Host companies typically have more sophisticated security measures/data protection
¦Vendor more likely to meet HIPAA regulations than the practice can
¦Onus more on vendor to meet Meaningful Use
¦Good for physicians who are not office-based or travel alot
Cons:
¦Customizability limited
¦Latency or lag time accessing information across web/ slower response time
¦Patient information may be compromised if co-mingled with other clients
¦At the mercy of the vendor regarding backups, security
¦More expensive over the long haul
¦Captive client – host controls your data
¦Practice is dead in the water with internet outage
¦May not be viable for rural practices with limited internet options
¦Practice can lose data if vendor goes out of business
¦May be impractical for uploading larger imaging files
¦Bandwidth limited by practice’s internet connection
Respect. Like ive said 10 times before. Many smart people on this board, and many read and dont comment. Please keep posting Sir. Cheers!
Mdfi- going higher. Good management! Substance enough for the board? Lol
Going to take alot of upward pressure , and only ADHC knows when.Good and often news will do it!! I think with the right news many more investors will see the worth of this.I Would love to see ADHC jump to a higher tier in OTC. that would pull in many newbies. All the news earlier this year and into this summer should pay off soon, and boomarang back with bigger and better news. IMO
I knew in the mid to late nineties that internet sites would need to be secure, and started doing DD about a fairly new company called VERISIGN and fell in love with it............
I get the same thoughts and feelings with ADHC. Its up to them, and the value of it excites me. Dont invest based on my posts.DD
Now my .0064 is in the red! Sell something BIEL!
Put the products on the shelf in Tibet. I dont care where just sell it.
Great info on the cloud. ..From the website it looks like Rebel is charging about $2,500 (Starting) a month for "the" private cloud service. I guess that figures in the lowball "organic" growth target...No adhc app included...Looking gooooood.
To focus on a secure application for EMR's and PHR's is going the right direction. IMO
Industry analysts separate cloud-computing demand into five categories:
•Software-as-a-service (SaaS), which licenses an application to customers through a subscription, often in a "pay-as-you-go" model.
•Platform-as-a-service (PaaS), which lets software developers lease all the resources needed to build their own applications.
•Infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), through which customers lease storage and servers.
•Communications-as-a-service (CaaS), which is an outsourcing model for business communications including voice over IP, contact center applications, and voice conferencing.
•And Everything-as-a-Service (EaaS), which involves bundling some or all of the services listed above
Benitfits of the Cloud - Rebel
Other businesses can customize the cloud computing models to fit their ambitions and general brand image. This is the great value that the scheme can add to the appropriateness of technology to the business activities that an organization specializes in.
Collaborative working methods are enhanced by the presence of cloud computing. Therefore the work initiatives of a business can be easily realized.
This seems to be the route that Rebel is taking with the application for the medical profession or EMR's.
In a cloud computing environment with a requirement for continuously available data centers, a memory-oriented data management platform can provide clustering of the applications by dynamically replicating and partitioning data across multiple servers.
A cloud application can be set up and will be set up by ALL companies in the healthcare field who are now relying on dedicated servers and in fact have made them obsolete.
Medefile is losing alot of people money right now.(Including Myself) . Not very uplifting for a Medefile social board.lol! Cmon Medefile hit us with some great news!
If Medefile does not show good progress we will all be kicked off the board sooner than later!
Thank you! Good points.Financials will tell us how the deal got done is all. My thinking about Rebel is the massive amount of new data going Forward. What is the client customer relationship application? Rebel is setting up to cater to the medical profession..The sharing of EMR's through a unique application in the secure cloud network is in its infancy. In addition, a very strong distinction from the big boys and does not put all the pressure on the new "apps plural" success. Making our investment in ADHC safe as a kitten. IMO This might sound scattered, but I am trying to sift through somewhat limited info. Please give feedback all. This is from the last PR below.
"Rebel Networks is developing a client customer relationship application that is catered to streamline patient medical records. The main application will be hosted in the Cloud within the Rebel Networks data center and cloud environment. As part of the ongoing project and development, Rebel Networks is also developing iPhone, iPad, Android, and Blackberry apps that will allow the medical profession to access private client records through a private cloud"
I agree. The financials will show us how big a hit we took for Rebel. I cant imagine there is anything but more debt."obviously" I will be interested in how the deal is structured and if we have lots more shares or maybe they got funding somewhere else?? Either way they need to pop us with more PR's with details soon, and often..The revenue should start flowing real soon and plenty from Rebel.
Played half way right by ADHC and we got a 10x pretty quick. IMO
No problemo Mit. The guy NEVER acts courteously and is always "attacking" a poster or two..Lots of smart people on the board and I would hope he does not run them off. GL
..You dont go to church and pole dance and you dont scream at a ump in baseball and call it free speech. You get fired at work if you just repeat yourself. You get kicked out of a library if yelling. You dont talk during a golfers swing. You dont cuss grandma and say its free speech.. I have a million of these..You know better. I guess you will just have to be banned.
ConnectCare and Medsave only partnerships since April.
Awful, just awful. IMO
Not looking good.I would love to see it change. They might want to finish the languages on the website and update the new single DR price..Cmon guys get organized and streamlined.

Anyone that thinks this is a scam is not looking closely. Rebel Networks is real, and the market for the ever expanding cloud is MASSIVE, and Rebel was doing pretty good before it.They are in business with RIM!.Look a little deeper next time. Looks like ADHC set there sights on this last year and have pulled it off.GL
Looking forward to the details of the EMR news and the new apps..
I am starting to think this might be a year away from .02, and then the product might be out of date... or at least the bracelet! Stop blogging Kevin and put out some concrete projections or deals.
Waldo, I love Waldo by the way. What you say is true ONLY to a point, however when do YOU want to get in? We have to have this type of PR before your type of PR.. The moron lol - explained it very well in his "story" theory, and by the way. No moron with this guy,but that is one of the best finishes to a post all time.LOL
I agree, I was not too focused on todays PPS thats all..Mill is and thats ok.We both sound like longs and want the same thing. That I comprehend. lol Best to you Mill323 and lets keep posting. Sorry if I offended you.
Right on! Everybody knows this is nowhere...
I love the No Wammies........Stop!!
Did you know that there was a guy who beat the game? Michael Larson. Cool story
I comprehend that you have no idea what you are investing in. Not one comment on the actual NEWS. You just imply that the PR they just put out is not enough when it was put out just for you...lol Rebel Networks is involved in BIG THINGS, and the current PPS or PPS since July 7th is not a big concern. Do you comprehend?
" Its quite obvious this one didn't do the trick."
What kind of short term game are you playing? What trick is involved? Move the price NOW for Mill323.Do you see anything of substance to the news today? for FUTURE PPS
"No one is paying attention." I would not be too sure of this.
No doubt you are correct about lost momentum, and that has an effect on todays PPS, but build it and they will come.
MDFI
It's gonna take a lotta love
To change the way things are.
It's gonna take a lotta love
Or we won't get too far.
It's gonna take a lotta love
To get us thru the night.
It's gonna take a lotta love
To make things work out right.

Rebel is developing. Very interesting. They will offer the app and host it..I was wondering where the app would come from..Offered thru Rebel, and ran by Rebel in the cloud..In addition to Rebel cloud hosting data for EMR's.Very nice and the pieces are coming together.. Designed by Com-Guard?? and ???
any info to add anyone?
ADHC needs to shear the sheep. Love it, nurture it and you will get 1,000 fold back.
Do not kill it!!! Just to eat it, like so many do.
Going forward. Lets go!!
Feels good to be right about a stock! My DD sniffed out a PR coming and I suspect like most here that more will follow fairly soon.. Not sure how fast, however I think the drought is over. The need for cloud data service is so BIG that if Rebel Networks is managed and handled competently.....??????......!!!!!! PPS- Please stay cheap for awhile!!!! I would love it
I understand.I might try and call sometime too, however I think the news will start flowing often and soon!..I have been reading on cloud computing and checking what is working in the industry with what Rebel Networks provides and they go hand in hand.. There is a certain amount of dreaming going on in pennyland. I am not stupid, but let me tell you that what Rebel does is the FUTURE and ADHC owns them... That is no fantasy.
Your hired Mo! I assume you mean she did not know details of Rebel Networks plan? as far as merger.
I do like that frame of thinking..Probably not too smart to assume members are going down here..Real tricky with the dips lately...That is the most info on Connect Care I have heard and I am glad to hear that it has depth..Good stuff. Not being a wise guy either
Your points are well taken. However with all the info available the PPS "market" is free falling. That is all I meant, and I do believe it could be due to a slowing down of new members. The revenues may be delayed until the 3q. Past revenues will not be as impressive if new members are not signing up DAILY and if the new member count is down it could have a negative reflection on the stock.. I am looking at it that way.Moody's is not putting out a report on Medefile and I understand that, but little signs show up like the infamous "Facebook" likes are going DOWN in the last two months, and the amount of partnerships have slowed down...Not a full picture by any means, but my take from two years of following all scraps of info on Medefile.... You never know when a past deal could yield results or a new and fantastic coming deal... I just have noticed a slow down in new members in my perception... The PPS fall is not happening in a vacuum, or all due to OS. IMO --- I will know when the product looks self sufficient. Will know more soon
The way you describe it sounds like a much better marketing idea..The very idea of "pain relief" sounds like a pocket full of pills or 1/5 of whiskey. Sorry but true for most..Look at the most prescribed pills in the world or US for sure and its hydrocodone. The idea of it healing the "source" sounds much more attractive to me not to mention true.. Thank you and Point taken
I think they must have got in a little deep with the deal they are working on, and have kept plugging ahead instead of communicating about it. Just a theory from my DD, however it does not justify no communication!. I hope they are putting some together NOW. Even a comfort update. This PPS is priced to make money even on fluff at this point, and I dont think it will be fluff either.. I am getting the shares I want to have......
Great points Delta and true.. Am I the only one thinking the 3q was not good, and they are scrambling to turn it around...I think the market sniffed out poor "current" numbers and dumped some...I hope Im wrong, but Medefiles market spoke loud and clear for now.
Thank you Gman. Great and much needed info, and just about what I thought. The price looks really good from here based on your "the" info. IMO
What are the reviews on the products themselves? Anyone tried and liked? Real pain relief? if FDA approves, it will spike big time.
I usually buy during the freefall....! Bottom buying is a rarity if I am honest...I know the waiting game to say the least.Could be my year!! GLTA
LOL! Kamil I think it is possible for Kevin to suck and blow at the same time in the Quantum world. Where the PPS lives.. Much like Neutrinos Medefiles shares pass thru our bodies by the millions per second, however they are too small to detect....
DEEP SPACE
Started tracking this from a tip and so glad I just bought in at .0064!! couple days back. FDA says what???
This has been mentioned before, but at what point does this turd sandwich become a BUY????? I am not to dizzy to leverage down a big scoop and make some back>>>>, but at this point who knows????
Although this freefall has built up speed like the hydron collider right now, and could snap all necks who get in the way??
Jeezz
If Ernest skipped the country than he took his email with him. I got a return email and he said he is "very excited" about the goings on... I am looking for news soon. That is not a far fetched Idea. We did get some pretty good news just this past summer. Probably working on the software app to be integrated with Rebel. JMO
When you are right GC you are right. Medefile has lost shareholders a boat load of money!! You cant spin that or talk AROUND it with technicals.More time has been spent by Medefile selling this as an investment than a product. That is a fact. Dont tell me thats how it works because it does not. I dont need this explained to me. Even on the IHub page it used to have up here projections from about 2008 going to 2012 in the 20 million dollar range or something close?? Well what happened to that???No explanation??Just because Medefile fooled investors with fuzzy "fundamentals" does not make you a bad investor, it makes Medefile incompetent or perhaps fraudulent. There is a template to make money in pennyland for hustlers who play the cards right, and so far Medefile has followed this template to a tee. This could change, but the fact remains TODAY they have followed it. I am here to get my money back and maybe more if things change.
