SANTA CLARA, Calif., Aug. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In response to yet another massive security vulnerability in Microsoft's Windows operating system (the MSBlast Internet worm), Sun Microsystems, Inc. Project Mad Hatter, Sun's open source-based desktop, addresses the risk and expense associated with Microsoft Windows and Office platforms. Maybe I'm crazy but I saw a close of 5.2 million shares and now it says 7.1 million shares. Anyone else see this?
Snackman
Correction, make that 2.1 million shares the last hour.
Snackman

A big thanks to all this morning. Just to clear up a couple of things: I am not going anywhere. I am not selling my stock. I will be here. I will read the board and answer all my e-mails as I have in the past. I will still monitor the board with 2Bs help. I just won't be as active as I once was. I don't want to give those that want to take shots at me the opportunity anymore.
I've always said sit back and relax and let this investment mature. I plan to do that literally. I am going to sit back an relax and if I see a post that comes at me or a post that bothers me I will just ignore it and move on.
Wave is for real. I always said "watch the volume" Is there any question what the volume is saying?
Looks like we lost some of the day traders and momo traders yesterday and that is a good thing. I would rather move up slowly than in big moves. We 'only' traded 8 million shares yesterday. LOL.
Things are good,
Snackman
After doing much soul searching through a very sleepless night I have made the decision to take a giant step backward. I thought I needed to explain to this community why I am doing this and why at this time.
I state the following not for sympathy or pity but to state the facts for my decision.
You all have no idea what I have had to put up with over the last few years in trying to bring a peaceful place where we could call home.
I will not mention any posters names so that this post is not deleted.
First of all I am Jewish. I have received hate e-mail where a poster that refers to me as ‘snakeman’ in all of his posts instead of Snackman, sent me a picture of Adolph Hitler with a caption that I will not repeat here. This same poster has taken most of what I posted on the DD board and brought it over to the Wavx board to degrade and manipulate the posts that were not intended for that board.
A couple of days ago a poster wrote a sarcastic and attacking post paralleling me and Moses.
Another poster has attacked management and me relentlessly, and has offered all kinds of scenarios that have been completely false, misleading and just plain wrong. And then he signs off “of course I could be wrong”. But the poison has already been released in his cart bagging posts.
Yesterday was really the day that broke the camel’s back so to speak. I was attacked and accused through about 36 posts that I never deleted. But yet everyone one of those that attacked me accused me of deleting them.
Contrary to belief of a few, negative posts were always welcomed and hundreds were posted on the DD board. The only ones that were deleted were manipulative, disingenuous posts that were printed without facts behind them.
I was described as leading the flock to their doom. I never told anyone to ever buy Wave stock. Contrary to that supposition, I always pointed out the risk and reward of this speculative investment. I always said is was an all or nothing proposition and it was up to each individual investor to decide for himself or herself is they should buy or sell.
I reported (I think now a mistake to do so) everything I could remember at my dinner in San Francisco a couple of weeks ago. I was only the messenger. We asked when we could expect an announcement. We were told in more that a week and less than six months. On the eighth day after that dinner we got an announcement about Cubic. On the ninth day Intel. On the twelfth day, IBM. We were told that some in management had been trying to buy stock but were told not to do so by their lawyers. This was diced as a lie. There were other things that I reported, but will not go into at this time, that called management liars and thefts.
Last June I proclaimed that “June was ours”. Whether you believe it of not, JUNE WAS OURS. Without MFST declaring hardware was needed with software to secure the computer, Palladium would have never have been born, or at least it would have taken a lot longer without MSFT's endorsement. And we would have not had the money to stay the course for another 2-3 year until it was brought up again.
I have been saying for some time that “it is written and it is a done deal” Looking back now on those two statements they were true, but again I was attacked for saying it. Intel and IBM were a done deal when I started saying that.
There have been many pieces of the puzzle we have seen and figured out. We have now seen some of the picture. In this corner is Intel, in another corner is IBM, Maximus, Cubic, MSN and so on. It’s been there for is to see for a long time. Why were we demonstrating in three different booths in the last Intel Development Conference? Does anyone think that this Intel deal just happened last week? While certain posters were calling management inept, liars, thieves and whatever else they could think of, management was putting together deals with Intel, IBM and all the other dots we know about. How many more are there that we DON”T know about?
Many get on my case for calling out the criers and whiners. I never did this until they cried or whined over many many posts. It became too much. And guess who the biggest and happiest cheerleaders are today? You guessed it, the criers and whiners.
My whole goal over the past few years was to keep us focused, as management has been, and to give HOPE to those that might have lost it. I never lost it because I could see what management was trying to do and the quagmire they were in because they had a product but the market was not there yet. That changed last June. Overnight the market finally arrived.
Why and I writing this? Because I feel my job is done. We are going be awesome, just as I was told a year ago (but was maligned about that statement months on end). Again, I was just the messenger, sharing a very good hint for our future. Management could not say anything direct, so in conversations, one had to read between the lines. Some of us did, and were ridiculed for doing so.
I have decided to step back a few steps, not down. I wanted to have a Las Vegas Party. Parties are supposed to be fun. I realized yesterday, after seeing all the posts attacking me, that these same posters would be coming to our ‘fun party’. I then realized I wanted nothing to do with making it happen. I will leave that to someone else to do if they wish.
I am burned out, tired and frankly do not want to take the abuse any longer.
I have my health, my family and I am enjoying life to the fullest right now and I will not let these posters get to me anymore. I am finished.
I feel very confidant Wave will succeed and will succeed big time. Will the stock go straight up? No. But I am confident we will make new highs and beyond in the due course of time. I am not needed here to give hope anymore. Wave has arrived.
This is a great community. There are great minds here. We have a lot of specialist. Those that do great DD, techies and educators. I felt my role was that of evoking hope, reason and calm. I am sure that there are many that will not agree with that. If fact they are the reasons I am stepping back.
This post has gone on way to long and I am sure I can fill up a couple of more pages but I will end it here.
I have made great friends here through dozens of e-mails I receive daily from around the world and from all the dinners and shows where I have met great people. I will still be here, but my role has ended.
The best of luck to all, and may we find peace in this investment and learn to respect one another without having to send hate e-mails or humiliating other human beings through
e-mails and message boards.
Snackman
I just got home and I find that there were about 36 posts deleted this morning for reason I won't say, so that this post isn't deleted.
For all your information, especially those that attacked me, I want you all to know that I did not delete one post today.
I was able to see all the deleted posts that many of you accused me of deleting. Never happen from me, not one post.
Matt has the responsibility of deletions. So, for all of you that accuse me of doing it, I had nothing to do with any deletion what so ever today.
Snackman
You all can thank SlateColt for the suggestion to put awk's updates in the intro.
Snackman
Awk, I have put your Wave DD with updated links on the introduction to Wave on this board. As you update them I will update the intro page as well.
Snackman
Weby I think a lot of the new posters were traders and a lot of them made the easy money and moved on with their trading to some other stock and some other board.
Hard to drive down a stock that has positive momo.
Volume is to low for them mow to make that easy $.10 and $.20
But the will be back on the next announcement that will take us to 30+ million shares again
Snackman
We are talking about duplication within minutes and hours. Another day is another story as newbies are coming on board. But to beat something to death in a matter of minutes or an hour is not allowed.
I hope you understand now because we will not waste anymore board time on this discussion.
Snackman
24601 I have no problem with the discussion you had but all that needed to be said has been said. End of story.
Snackman
flyer you are correct. 24601 please don't engage hhh on this issue anymore. It has been discussed enough and anything going forward will be duplications that are not allowed here.
Snackman
hhh just to let you know we will not beat this share issue to a pulp. You have made your point. Any more posts on the subject will be considered duplicates.
Snackman
oknpv it looks like we are here for better or for worse. They do have an ignore feature that you can turn on and off rather easily. Unfortunately I do not have that luxury as I have to read every post.
Snackman
What do you think the Intel announcement was all about? But you know the answer to that don't you? If you don't why did you buy in?
Snackman
Flyer it's a dirty job but someone has to do it.LOL
All the best,
Snackman

The thing that happens automatically if the share-price remains above $1.90 for 15 days is that the series H preferred shares convert to class A common (thereby ending the preferred dividends).
"Subject to certain conditions, each share of Series H Stock carries a mandatory conversion provision whereby if the closing bid on Wave's Class A common stock exceeds $1.90 for 15 of 20 consecutive trading days, the Series H Stock shall automatically convert into Class A common stock at the conversion price then in effect."
But any forced exercise of the warrants (thereby yielding cash to Wave) is at least 18 months out.
"The Series H Warrants have a five (5) year term and an initial exercise price equal to $1.13 per share. Commencing eighteen (18) months after April 30, 2003, Wave may call up to 100% of the Series H Warrants if the market value of its Class A common stock exceeds 250% of $1.13 (subject to adjustment pursuant to the terms of the Series H Warrants) for a minimum of fifteen (15) business days during any twenty (20) consecutive business day period."
Best wishes,
John
There are no options to exercised at $1.90 that I know of.
Snackman
Oneputt I don't think so. They are talking about chip production. Wave is not in the chip business.
Snackman
weets, we know, and they don't, and quite frankly they don't even care. They are day traders and manipulator in for the fast buck. We are long term investors that will make more in the end.
Did you know that the average day trader loses about $6,000 to $8,000 EVERY MONTH. That only a small percentage, under 10% even make money?
Wave is for real.
Snackman
24601, thank you. I believe they would be exercised very quickly and that would bring more money into the bank.
Snackman
24601 Question? If the stock is $5.00 and you had options to buy Wave stock at $1.90 and turn around and sell it for $5.00 immediately, don't you think there are some PP investors that would do that?
It seems to me if they shorted out of the box to pick up the 25% premium at the beginning that they would exercise as soon as possible and cash out. Am I missing something?
Snackman
cpa but the fact is they did and we are up big time so far today. Something must be right.
Nickpicking this and that is not going to stop this train. It is ramping up to full speed and by Fall will be unstopable.
Snackman
cpa you must stil be out, no?
CPA, the street doesn't seem to agree with you so far this morning.
Instead of them being idiots as you say, I think the street thinks SKS is a genius for pulling the Intel deal off.
Snackman
P.S. MORE TO COME
Folks stay focused. We are getting a lot of manipulaters on this board now. That is the only negative of this board over the DD board at RB.
Cassandra was confronted last night because he said that IBM was only going to use Wave in two lap tops which was completely misleading. IBM will also be in desk tops. Cassandra asked me for the link to prove this which I did three times. No answer from Cassandra. We are going to get posters like this. It is time to just forget these posters.
From now on when I see these guys I think of the Johnny Carson show and I say to myself: "Heearrrsss another Johnny" and forget them.
As you can see their tactics have not worked so far this morning. The truth will come out and that truth is that we are on Intel's mobo and we will be in millions of computers selling tons of trusted services.
Keep your eye on the ball and don't be distracted. Great times are ahead for Wave and for us. Make no mistake about that.
Just stay focused and relax, it's done deal.
Snackman
RWK, I don't think you are correct. Warrant totaling $4 million will be sold hence bring in $4 to Wave's checking account.
Snackman
TANNERDOG do you think Intel is about to put Wave on their motherboards if they are going to run out of money? Why would Intel say anything or do anything with Wave unless it was a long term play?
Snackman
eamonnshute he gives out misinformation and then asks us to prove our statements. When we provide the link and content that he asks for he side steps the facts. And we are suppose to take him seriously?
Snackman
You can read your PMs for free. You have to be a premium user to respond. I believe they have a happy hour on Friday evenings where it is free to respond.
Snackman
Come on Cassandra, you asked for your misinformation lapse link. Why won't you comment? You asked for the link and here it is. This is the IBM announcement. Playing games?

You said two lap tops only. How about the desktops?

Cassandra you posted 5 minutes ago. Why won't you answer?

Oh no??? How about this missing information?

Snackman
Folks we have to stay focused. Don't let some of these new posters get to you. We know where we are and where we are going. Stay focused.
We will be on Intel's mobo. That means we will be in the box. What can be sweeter than that?
Snackman
Cassandra what about the 'missing information' you didn't post about IBM desktop computers in ADDITION to lap tops. Found it yet in the release?
Also, it's funny that the DJ writer didn't mention the announcement with CUBIC made a day earlier. Why is that?
Snackman
awk, that's funny. When he said he bought @$3.00 I went back and checked AH. There was never a trade under $3.09 that I could find except for one trade of 100 shares at $3.05. Most ah trades were made in the teens.
Snackman
Bigd have no idea about what the SEC needs or is doing.
I am sure that Intel knows all about Wave's financial conditions. With that said why did Intel agree to use Wave's technology. DOn't you think that they think finances won't be a problem. Who knows, maybe they buy in as a SP or maybe they have been buying on the open market. If 13d's are filed next week for anyone that has accommulated more than 5% of the stock, maybe Intel will be one that is filing.
Stay tuned,
Snackman
