My understanding of the agreement with WalGreens

1. More than Walgreens can have it on the shelf now - the exclusivity ended.
2. Walgreens used to have thermofocus on the shelf and the deal was that ASFX placed the units there for free and then got paid when a unit was sold. I believe this arrangement wil be changing (no confirmation yet)

1. Company previously trading $1 plus after starting up
2. Company did their initial offering at $1-$2.50
3. Company acquired patents (7 of them)
4. Company got Govt Grant
5. Company got approval of China to deploy
6. Pilot projects and agreements in place
7. Stock price drops to .10 because of a pissed shareholder
8. Stock price drops to .02 because of more pissed shareholder selling
9. Selling stops when that shareholder runs out of shares
10. Price goes from .02 to .06/.08 on regular buying
11. PPS Target of $2.30 by research institution

With that information that *I* know, I'm invested here, looking for some good returns starting next week into next year. The company appears to have some good news on the horizon.

Where this is right now - .06, it appears to be an easy 3x at a minimum, and if the $2.30 target items come to fruition, we're looking at 40x

absolutely puny considering that (a) there at least 3 people here with 10M shares (b) there's 2 more people with > 20M shares (c) there's a few more with >5M < 10M shares. I think I calculated once that we have at least 80M shares locked up in 5-6 people here.

so, I'm not sure I agree with that. If I'm busy running a company and deal with the day to day operations, phone calls, sales calls, I can see how with limited employees how you could lose sight that you have actual shareholders who invested in your success. You, as the owner, might be on a 5 year growth cycle, but unless you TELL your investors that you're thinking that way, they'll get irritated as the price continues to go down.

If I make the assumption that UBSS has been the only one selling at the Bid all morning, they've dropped a total of 967,400 shares on us.
