Flip some $HTZ
Entertainment!
Jun 05 Total Volume 296,510 Short Volume 171,410 57.81%
$HTZ will find a new home on the Pink Sheets as HTZQ. I own a Pink Sheet stock that's gone up over 1,000% in a little over a month so don't worry where $HTZ ends up. You can make good money trading this stuff.
$HTZ $2.57 up 1.07 (71.33%) Volume: 342,081,318
Zombified Ponzi left to unhindered market forces, even the SEC in FINRA will avoid meddling in this one. I bet their employees are even trading it! LOL
$HTZ will become zombie HTZQ for eternity.
Shorty's head in vice.
$HTZ can be another "VW short squeeze" in the making.

TMMI is like a cat, it has multiple lives.
Maybe TMMI will go up another 800% from here? I certainly hope so.
What are you talking about? 2M shares have been shorted this month. In case you haven't been paying attention TMMI has bounced 800% off its recent low and has attracted shorty once again. As for old shorts, just because old MMs retire or lose their jobs doesn't make their open short positions magically disappear, that's not how it works. At this point you are lucky TMMI is still here and hasn't been recycled as a shell. Hopefully there is plan in the works to finally turn TMMI around, the bounce in price is encouraging to see.

The crooked penny stock shorts are probably out looting tonight.
The good news is...... TMMI is still here.
MM's are criminals, they manipulate markets. The SEC should do away with them.
So rather than allowing free markets to achieve natural price discovery based on supply and demand crooked Market Makers engage in brazen market rigging and front running of customer orders.
"Short "Volume" Example: 1,000,000 buy order comes in. MM doesn't have 1,000,000 handy to fill the order, so quickly shorts 1,000,000, fills the order for the customer rather than keep them waiting. Then after taking a sip of coffee, covers the temporary short."
There is no guarantee the crooked Market Maker will find 1,000,000 shares without moving the price higher, so the naked short remains open. As a result the stock price is depressed from where it would be otherwise.
Crooked Market Makers keep this criminal activity going for years hoping the underlying issue will fail and eventually get delisted. Most do but sometimes this strategy backfires and eventually they are forced to cover.
Crooked Market Makers are a throwback to the past, they are parasites on the system which no longer needs them for order execution.
Its funny how the naked shorters start squawking at a lousy $0.03. Imagine what they would do at $0.30 or $3?
Only 50,800 volume so far today but 17 trades. Back to their same old games.
"MMs often short stocks briefly as part of their job"
So MM's often short TMMI, interesting.
Based on our trend formula, TMMI is rated as a +90 on a scale from -100 (Strong Downtrend) to +100 (Strong Uptrend).

2M TMMI shares have been shorted in May, interesting.
https://otcshortreport.com/company/TMMI
The last 3 days:
May 28 volume 1,249,784 short 243,509 percentage short 19.48
May 27 volume 654,152 short 285,438 percentage short 43.63
May 26 volume 453,250 short 194,250 percentage short 42.86
For some reason TMMI has always had a high percentage of its volume short compared to other stocks.
Bailout?
Maybe the Fed has run out of things to buy and is now sucking up pink sheet stocks.... or did the Dentist finally throw in the towel?
"Dim offered the olive branch but has been received with continued stubbornness!"
It appears the Dimented one tried to set a trap. Kudos for TMMI by wisely avoiding it.
"There are demos. Are there really? Is it TMM's IP or is it VP9, or some other iteration?
Yes, 4retire, the demos are TMMI's .fvf TRUDEF fractal video files.
If you look at the downloads page it interesting some of the demos date back from 2013:
TRUDEF_NWFX_4096x2048.fvf 1165184 KB 7/16/2013 5:00:00 PM
TRUDEF_STEM_3840x1712.fvf 12624997 KB 7/18/2013 5:00:00 PM
So TMMI had 4K working in 2013, but the lawsuit had just started at that point. How can Panik patent something that was already patented by Iterated in the early 1990's and wave them at TMMI? Isn't that deceitful? Not to mention claiming ownership of all the code.
Did you think TMMI was just going to sit back and take this from him? Panik only has himself to blame for attracting the lawsuit in the first place.
Jay, why would TMMI settle for whatever is offered? It appears Panik is putting conditions on software TMMI already owns which is plain ridiculous.
I agree, he has been carrying a grudge against TMMI (and all of its shareholders) for 25 years which has been very damaging. He should face the legal consequences.
What does code Panik extracted from Iterated in 2003 have to do with the PVS/SGI settlement agreement?

Total Multimedia Announces Development Agreement With Digital Focus
December 9, 1999
"TMM is integrating its existing SoftVideo technologies into today's high-speed super computers to offer SoftVideo Compression Services for online broadband users. Haskins continued, "With the rapid increases in the computer's processing power and increased availability of broadband at cost-effective rates, the Internet could rapidly become the leading source of entertainment worldwide. This will cause a huge demand for video compression services that can accommodate changing bandwidths. "TMM SoftVideo is perfect as it allows content owners to compress their product on SoftVideo at a single band rate. As bandwidth changes and expands, the SoftVideo product will accommodate the changes. We need to integrate the existing TMM codec into superprocessor codes and they will be ready for business." TMM anticipates that the video product will be available for demo as early as spring 2000."
How can Panik possibly claim ownership of software TMMI owned before the PVS/SGI agreement was even signed? The 2000 DFI deal was to get the PVS/SGI superprocessor code back into TMMI hands for faster compression. TMMI already had its SoftVideo CR-ROM player and PC compressor. Somehow Panik thinks he owns the entire codec and has damaged TMMI ever since 2000 by spreading false and misleading information i.e.

As a director of DFMI let me set the record straight. We own sole rights to the fractal video codec based on the patents originally held by Iterated Systems of Atlanta, GA. We are not in negotiations with TMMI and have no intention of doing so.
Please contact TMMI for any information about them.
Lawrence F. Panik
VP of Business Development
Self delusion is a costly mistake. Unfortunately Panik's delusion cost TMMI many years of lost business opportunities by spreading lies it had no fractal codec. For this he should be sued into oblivion. TMMI still has thousands of shareholders and every time it tries to step forward with its legacy technology it faces the same lingering problems. Panik, its time you just go away and leave TMMI and its remaining shareholders in peace.
Larry Panik wants 4 BILLION TMMI shares and all of the company's assets handed over to him, including VDK3 that cost millions of dollars to upgrade.
What has Diminishing Inc. done with their old PVS/SGI code for the past 20 years?
TRUDEF™ Video Player - April 3, 2020 Free Version 40.0.129.0 has been released
"Porting of the TRUDEF™ VDK3 Fractal Video Codec for specialized high performance use cases in underway."
"TOTAL MULTIMEDIA's TRUDEF™ VDK3 Fractal Video Codec for AMD64 hardware provides visually lossless playback quality up to 8K on 2020 commodity hardware. TRUDEF™ has been upgraded from VDK2.1 originally licensed from Iterated Systems Inc. in 1994 to an improved VDK3 code base using Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 for Windows 10-64."

20 years later and TMMI is still haunted by "Larry Panik". Give it up already. TMMI doesn't want or need anything he thinks he has. His so called patents are unenforceable nonsense based on 1994 prior art. What a complete waste of money applying for them in the first place, they are absolutely worthless. The only purpose was to extort TMMI, its hysterical he's still waving them around like some hammer over TMMI. The last lawsuit filed by Panik he expected 4 BILLION shares of TMMI as a settlement and all of the company's assets. Does that sound reasonable? LOL
I thought the lawsuit was about the 2000 PVS/SGI code. What code from 2003 are you talking about?
What patent rights? This is old tech from the early 90's.
"Dim signed agreement with TMMI to include(bonus) the fractal code tmmi had sued for."
What a deal, the Dentist offered TMMI and agreement to use code it already licensed from Iterated in the 1990's? What's going on here?
At this point TMMI should really think about suing for significant damages it has suffered for all these years.
