Trust me, 10 cents a share is not even qualified as dreaming at this point. More like the matter of time.
Idk, man. This looks far from being over.
There is definitely NO diluting. Look at all the equipment on site, diluting at these prices would never even come close to this. The company has some solid financing.
Sell sell sell, so we can buy buy buy...
This will prove to have been worth the wait.
I personally really want to see what Nov. 20th meeting will be all about.
The board marks increased by 3 over the weekend. Doesn't seem like that much, but this is why they call it momentum, 3 this weekend, another 7 on Monday, 40 over the week... Next thing we know, CWRN is the hottest board on iHub. We certainly have all the pre-requisites in place.
Great words!
As to the "...billion dollar plus project...", I have been saying this all along:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=49864259
In addition, China is pushing up iron ore prices again. Things are only getting better for CWRN. Right now is the right time, and this is the right place. I am happy to be here.
What important is that certain posters claim a lot of insight into what is going on, making authoritative posts that then turn out to be based on nothing, and plain wrong.
I don't know everything about mining business, and only say things that are within my knowledge. I had no idea if CWRN had been drilling or not. In fact, until someone mentioned it, I did not even know that this had to happen. But apparently it is a vital step to ensure the quality of the product being mined. It kind of alerted me when someone started saying so confidently that this has not been done, and thus the whole project was a joke. So there was some incidental proof that they were wrong. And just another example of how deceptive that alleged experience and insight behind so many posts really is.
End of rant :)
For sure. Momentum is building up.
I was hoping someone could use their mining business expertise to explain to us the origin of that hole, but no one replied :-/
Sel sell sell, so we can buy buy buy. Works both ways. Thanks.
The pics were emailed to me when I inquired if the production begins today, as promised. The guy in a yellow hard hat is Bob.
The next carrot might just be too big for you to swallow.
I think the email is too outdated to draw any meaningful conclusion upon. While I do not expect the float to be drastically larger than it was in the of 09, the share structure had most certainly changed since then.
I do think it would be fair for a company to release the current share structure after the Nov. 20th meeting. At this point, it should be settled, and no further financing seems to be necessary. Let's see if this happens.
As to Bob's "most pressing obligation ... to lift the share price over a penny without any reverse split," I think it is still relevant. Like I said, after the production hassles are over, the company will shift its focus to the share price. They have about 1.75 billion reasons to do it.
Just as a simple courtesy to the sender, I usually edit out any personal information from emails if I choose to post those online.
"...the company will put out one news release per-month for the near future..."

Not AT LEAST ONE, but ONE.
Now read this:

If I am wrong, and the company IS diluting - 100%, and very soon.
If my theory is correct, it is very unlikely that we will see another R/S. Primarily because "Pan American Mineral Ventures, LLC., State of Nevada, is the largest shareholder controlling 1.75 billion common shares" Bob and Sharon own the largest stake in the company, so once the production is afoot, it will be in their best interest to take care of the stock's price. It's their shares' worth too. With the help of the buyback, it would be MUCH EASIER to run the price from triple zeros to, let's say, 10 - 20 cents, than to reverse to 50 cents and then try to run it up to a dollar or more. Bob has been dealing with the stock market enough by now to realize that PPS runs much faster at lower prices.
What about Nov. 5th? It looks like we will be seeing one PR per month at this point. Do you think they will announce on Monday that the company is in full production and then quote the iron index at the end, or wait until the end of the month to provide the summary of B.O.D. meeting and perhaps some more pictures of that full production, perhaps even with trucks that should be hauling iron to the port at that time? I think the latter seems like a better use of our November news release...
I don't know. If pressed, I would say around 3-4 cents a share shortly after production starts and the revenues are confirmed. Much higher afterward, if everything goes well.
What the buyback will do is eliminate all the manipulation that is going on now, and will allow PPS to catch up to its true value. I had posted my thoughts on all this some time ago. The way it trades right now just doesn't add up to dilution. If it was, it would be the most illogical, self-compromising dilution ever witnessed. You can go over some of my previous posts to find my reasons behind this statement. Certain people are trading shares withing their group, this creates artificially high volume, makes the share price drop like a rock, and scares investors into selling. Whoever is doing this is not losing any shares (they merely change hands within the group), and is accumulating the shares that are being sold in panic at these miserable prices. I have stated this before, and I will say it again: when these folks have enough shares, they will shift to our side. They perfectly realize that there is much more upward potential here than vice versa. Certain posters will disappear from iHub and Yahoo, and then reappear, but this time as CWRN pumpers. At this point, the rare investors who held on to their shares will see some very handsome profits. Mark my words.
What the buyback will do, in my opinion, is initiate that reversal because if the company is buying shares the group can longer trade with each other and still have their shares intact. I realize all this sounds like just another conspiracy theory, but I had witnessed such strategy at play before. This also fits with all of the puzzle pieces I had collected in regards to CWRN in the past year or so.
This is what I think. Take it or leave it. All I know is that the considerable number of shares my group owns today are NOT for sale at these laughable prices.
Yeah, I would not expect any news until the end of this month, just look at the timing of the past two PRs.
I think that by this point you should have enough information, on this board in particular, to make a decision about investing in this pinksheets specimen.
Good research. Thanks.
Stop stressing out. This is Pinksheets, nothing is ever certain here, and nothing is ever on time, but the end rewards often make it worthwhile. People whose investing style it isn't should not be here to begin with.
Let's hope that we won't have to be speculating on that anymore after Nov. 20th meeting. After all, the review of the issued and outstanding pubic share structure is one of the main points of the meeting. I assume we will be told what was the result of that review.
Here's a picture that I did not post earlier because it looked just like another pile of ore, but I just now noticed that if one actually looks closer there is a very peculiar hole in one of the chunks. Does this look like something that was DRILLED, perhaps? I am not a big expert in mining industry, but even I can tell that this is a uniform round hole that was not formed naturally. Looks like YET ANOTHER point has been proven WRONG on suresomeone's list.
Some might not be convinced by all the visual evidence and plain logic due to personal convictions, but any reasonable investor can already see where all this is going.
Let's face it, it's their time right now. But its only circumstantial. Our time will come very very soon though.
It's about time your team shifted its efforts to support the upward movement. Should have enough shares by now. CWRN will be impossible to hold down very soon.
