Last year Bill Davis Racing had the misfortune of being "sponsored" by 360 OTC, a hangover relief company---had 360 OTC and TSXT all over the #36 car driven by Mayfield---it too was a scam....

Report a Technical Issue
I believe there is an inititive underway to accomplish just that....
I cannot answer your question....and I will not get into a tug 'o war concerning past vs present management...
my only concern is the treatment getting to those who need it and the subsequent share price appreciation...period
actually hadn't seen that youtuber---pretty funny...
no idea as to the name games concerning the CEO status----Swift didn't come on for the purpose of becoming CEO (or maybe he did according to the conspiracists)...might have something to do with conflict of interests due to his ties to the PIPE...might be not wanting to sign financials---but we haven't filed since he has been on board==altho' he does sign the 8Ks...might be he simply doesn't want to be CEO at this point in his life...I obviously don't know...
I disagreed with your statement I quoted---you hinted they are inept and I believe their qualifications are impeccable and precisely what is needed at this stage of this company's transition...
I agree completely with your stated lack of communication and share holder meeting snafu...a simple status report at intervals is necessary and demanded...
as far as the PPS drop, there are many reasons for that---coincident with your stated arrival of the new BOD and subsequent drop in PPS, was the firing of the long term only CEO and the reasons for which---and the street's evaluation of a glut of new potential shares with ratchet adjustment----and long term silence which killed interest-----to name a few...
and I am in agreement with Fiat's plan of action on us shareholder's behalf....
our views are not far apart---but the lack of PR's is more detrimental to your trading style than mine, as I am not "trading" this particular issue...GL

annum from Xechem Pharmaceuticals, Nigeria, Ltd., retroactive to the commencement of his services for the entities as of July 1, 2007. It is expected that a written agreement will be prepared in the near future codifying the same.
I agree in relation to the STOCK...not the company and those who manage it....change was unfortunate but obviously neccessary...I personally don't know them and would be remiss to slam their qualifications and abilities---but that's just me...
hopefully we'll get a PR or 2 filled with marvelous news and your opinion will FLIP...
GLTU
At best, imo, they are in way over their head and have no clue at to what they are doing whwn it comes to managing a company....
WOW---can you see my house from up there???
LOL...been yelled at before....I ain't ascared....
Speculation...

**The ART of SELLING ON THE ASK**
As long as I am talking about this I my as well tell everyone. 99% of the time I SELL AT THE ASKING PRICE. So if I buy a stock at .04 for example on the current ask, I will wait for the stock to start moving up and as it moves up I will SELL on the ask. For example, if I buy a stock that is .039 bid by /.04 ask and I buy at .04 ask and the stock starts moving up. The bids move up to .046 and the ask moves to .047, once the .047s start getting hit I will put in my sell at .047 ASKING price and will allow another buyer to BUY MY SHARES from me......OR... I will buy at .04 and then set my sell to .047 right away so it does not all of a sudden create a "WALL" on the ask when I put my sell order in at the last second (I can change the sell order in according to how the stock moves up or down)
This is always my attempt. If people just sell on the BID price then the stock will surely tumble and lose strength. Selling on the ask helps allow the stock to keep moving up with out taking out the BUYERS on the bid to help support the stock.
and I find the very next paragraph after your quote interesting as well...
Meanwhile, Xechem is seeking approval to market the sickle cell treatment in the United States and Europe. “A company that is centered on a niche drug isn’t necessarily a bad thing,” says Andersen. “They might be able to charge thousands of dollars for treatment if the drug is approved in the U.S. or Europe.”
Agree...I hope that their reward is dependent on common share appreciation...
I feel, under any scenario, he stepped into a difficult situation...made much more difficult with the Pandey goings on and production issues---leading to creditor and court issues...
being aligned with the PIPE, were they blindsided by some of these issues?--I think so...
in any case, altho' the communication has been lacking, I feel exciting things on the horizon---drug development as pointed out by Fox and moving towards factory completion...IMO
last set of pictures anyone saw from May of 2007...

If he took millions from the company, why would he be concerned with a lawsuit to get his deferred compensation and why didn't they counter that lawsuit claiming money was missing....
they did

Statement by Swift in July '07 8K...
Xechem also announced a cost-cutting plan that will increase the focus on its Nigerian operations. That plan is expected to include the closure of the company's New Jersey headquarters with the office operations moving to smaller and less expensive facilities. According to Dr Swift, "There is not enough activity to justify the continued annual expense in excess of $250,000 to hold onto our New Jersey facilities. We can out source the clinical activities related to the development of 5-HMF, the Company's sickle cell compound licensed from VCU, and NICOSAN(TM). Research on these and other potential drugs can be accomplished collaboratively with world class academic institutions like VCU and Rutgers At this stage in the Company's development, the Board feels that all available resources must be focused on production of NICOSAN(TM) at our Nigerian operation and the filing of an IND for 5-HMF. After I spend time at the Nigerian facility, I will be better able to assess the requirements to reach full-scale production, as well as the timeline. We plan to have a shareholder meeting towards the end of the year to inform all shareholders of the progress we have made and what to expect in the future for Xechem."

Re: 5-HMF...
The NIH-RAID Pilot Program support for the project will consist of cGMP synthesis of 5HMF, a suitable formulation and stability studies of 5HMF drug product, and pre-clinical drug product work to initiate and find an appropriate dosing regimen for phase I-II human studies.
