PAIMP Stock(US) $0.0002 USD $600,000.00
Have you ever gotten any feedback from Sri Lanka regaring this stock or Micro Cars? I tried about 5-6 times with no results?
Important! First Thank you in your effort in tying to rally this stock and MHUS, mico cars as shown below:
(Same guy, either mhus or axgj, either way there was no companies, just a scam. I just made a comment on here. It's too late to save either groups.)
Did you make any progress in getting a reply or feedback when you contacted the company. I just received a threating from a "so called letter from MHUS" saying I am making false claims about all the lies and fraud of Flannery regarding
MHUS and AXGJ.
I will copy a paragraph of the letter in case in case anyone is interested and to see if anyone else tried to contact Sri Lanka and received any similar letter?
Particularly, you have directed e-mail messages to Dr. Perera of MicroCars and to certain government agencies in Sri Lanka. These e-mails contain inaccurate statements and constitute a prima facie case of defamation. Further, in such letters you represent that you are a shareholder of the Company. It is baffling to me that considering your status as a shareholder of the Company that you would engage in such conduct which has clearly harmed the Company and continues to jeopardize certain relationships that the Company has.
Question? Has anyone wrote recently to either any of the following and received a reply or Feedback? Flannery, The company direct, or the parent company in Sri Lanka? Even the SEC? This pertains to MHUS stock also. Micro Cars

Glad you did follow through. It is our only remote chance.
These companies do not want bad press all over the world
regarding their bad choice in partners!!!

The last thing Micro Cars Sri Lanka would want with all the great news which is continuing, is negative press around the world about how they supported Flannery and stood by him when they were pre warned! With the thought of SEC investigations and possible law suits against Centrex, MHUS, their boy Flannery and MICO CARS would hurt their image in the USA and Germany were most investors
got screwed! This is our only play left by making threats to the Parent Company. It is not much but all we have. We may as well take 5 minutes in at least trying?

I agree, but with applying pressure with the parent company along with the very positive news regarding sales and contracts our of Sri Lanka, the last thing they would want is negative news and pending legal situations by their stand of support of MHUS and AXIA GROUP MAY BE THE LAST THING THEY NEED At this period?
This is our last chance and defense anlong with the SEC!!!

The way I see it we have 3 options? AXGJ and MHUS.
Mainly s MHUS post but is advise to both to take firm action!
The first two were suggested by people on this board. I am curious if there has been any progress?
(1) Contact the SEC with all his lies and shut him and all his paper business company's down!
(2) Someone was wiling to find where he lives to "Kick his Ass"!!!
(3) I think we also still have a 3rd choice. This is to contact the president and marketing manager of the parent then company of Micro Cars. They were warned of Jeff Flannery buy myself and other many months ago when the lies by Flannery were apparent and the stock was down to .0015! Instead they ignored and stood by there man! They said, this is our partner and talk him! That they believed in what he was doing. Now these people will not reply.
I think we should mass email them with the thought that they may be included in any future law suits because they supported Flannery and stood by him lies and did nothing!
Maybe this will force them to throw Flannery a "Few Bones"????

US MicroHoldings buys into Sri Lanka's MicroCars Ltd*
Jan 09, 2007 (LBO) - Sri Lanka's sole automobile maker and assembler
MicroCars Ltd has sold a 40 percent stake of the company to
MicroHoldings Inc of the U.S. for 300,000 dollars, officials said. MicroHoldings plans to raise the money from private investors and pay
for the investment in cash over the next six months. Shareholders of the
local company will also receive warrants in MicroHoldings exercisable
after two years, MicroHoldings said in a statement Tuesday.
Set up in 1995, MicroCars assembles and manufactures about 35-40 cars
per month with capacity to scale up production to around 600 units each
month.
The firm's labour intensive plant turns out sedans, coupes and minivans.
The sedan and coupe sell for about 5,000 dollars each, while the minivan
carries a 10,000 dollar price tag.
The company also assembles a Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) under license
to a Korean carmaker Sanyan, which sells for around 40,000 dollars per
unit.
"MicroCars has achieved a high level of success in Sri Lanka and has a lot of room to grow in the coming years," said Jeffrey Flannery, CEO MicroHoldings US, Inc.
"At the sametime, its unique manufacturing and assembly operation is a
model that we believe can be successfully replicated in other developing
countries. We look forward to helping MicroCars expand and succeed in
both Sri Lanka and around the world," he said.

Here is something that could be positive depending?
Actually this has been so boring and depressing, I had to dig something up. I wrote the international sales manager at Micro cars and will paste my email. This only supports that Flannery and Mirco Cars are planning on a trip to Sri Lanka. Doesn't mean success?
I have also followed up writing back again spelling everything out and letting them know this reflects their possible success in the USA and Germany. I do not get many replies normally from Micro Cars Sri Lanka. Maybe I will stir things up? But this is the recent reply I received Monday. My email is listed below theirs.
I case is anyone is wondering why I am still up? Yes I work. I fell on the ice last week and broke 6 ribs. I have trouble sleeping! Will be back to work on the 19! Here is the email: At least it is something? Also sorry for any bad grammer. Not to easy sitting for more than a hour for now.

Comments and suggestions to : Web Editor
If you read this article dated 02-11-2007 below, it sure sounds like Flannery was in Sri Lanka? I doubt if he came back for a few days and planned to go again on the 20th?
http://www.sundayobserver.lk/2007/02/11/
Its seems they had a tentative agreement and Flannery was not able to pull it off! I doubt if he will ever do so because Micro Cars finally knows their real potentional and that MHUS is a little "Small Ant" trying to get crumbs!
I Do believe Flannery deceived us! I also think there is a chance in the next 3-6 months this could rebound to maybe, 0.003 - 0.005
at best? A reverse split very possible?
It is a shame because this could have brought all of us who were there at the beginning and bought in at .0045 - .0075 a huge return! This should have been now 0.02 - 0.04 by now if played right by a real company CEO.!!!!!!
Now we got srcewed! There was nothing positive in the P/R.
I noticed two keys words in the P/R, (Had and Hope!!!)
The SEC needs to shut him down! I do think he committed fraud with MICRO CARS. We need to report him ASAP!
Also it would be a bad idea for someone who lived not too far away to pay him a personal visit! I hear there may be Russian Mafia looking to track him down? Not confirmed yet, but maybe he needs a big scare or something so he will not take people hard earned money with lies!
lawrence@trans-mec.com - guha@trans-mec.com
We need to Flush Flannery out and expose the truth?
If we write the President and sales / Marketing manager of
Micro Cars enough, this will force Flannery or Micro Cars to open up and come clean!!!
Not sure myself. But it does mean something! This may be one of the note holders or an investor that causing us so much grief!
They may be accumulating allot of stock as payment by MHUS?
This is so mind boggling and makes no sense? This should be at the 0.01 - 0.02!
I think people should contact the President and sales / Marketing manager of Micro Cars asking questions? Maybe this will either Flush out Flannery or expose him finally!!! Email Address's below:
lawrence@trans-mec.com
guha@trans-mec.com
That is the mystery? Just with the P/R's and contact Flannery says he has, this should be at 0.01 by now!
At least in the last newspaper article they at least know who Flannery is! I am however amazed that Micro Cars would sell 40% to Flannery for $300,000!!! Maybe this took off in Sri Lanka and he now finds himeslf over his head in something that is real and doesn't know what to do next?
More good news for Micro Cars but still no P/R.
The mention of MicroHoldings and the name of Jeff Flannery at lease gives us hope! At least they recognize who he is!!!
Also a UK company investing 2 million dollar USA doesn't hurt.
If Flannery really got 40% for $300,000, what a bargain!!!

You may be right. With all the good news and developments coming out of Sri Lanka and companies investing 2 million dollars, the $300,000 is small! Why would they even give away 40% to Flannery for that price? I am sure us investors could have raised that total together ourselves!! What a bargin if he pulled it off.
But in the prvious P/R I placed, it does mention his name. So at least they recognize him and MicroHoldings!!!
UK 2 million investment and Flannery mentioned in this report!
Read below. This is getting more and more strange and unreal?

Micro Cars to produce 15 Rexton SUVs per month
Micro Cars Ltd. plans to manufacture fifteen Micro Rexton SUV-Jeeps per month. Sri Lanka's first four-wheel SUV-Jeep 'Micro Rexton: SUV designed and produced by Micro Cars Ltd. was presented to President Mahinda Rajapaksa at Temple Trees by Dr. Lawrence Perera, Chairman of Micro Cars Ltd.
Parklane UK, a leading investment organisation invested 2 million US$ for the first stage of the Jeep manufacturing project in Sri Lanka. A leading vehicle manufacturer in Korea "Sanyan" which acquired Mercedes Benz know-how and technology from Germany provided the technical assistance to Micro Cars Ltd. for this project.
Sanyan Co. has appointed Micro Cars Ltd. as the SAARC regional four-wheel - SUV-supplier. The company hopes to manufacture fifteen SUV-Jeeps per month in Sri Lanka under the first stage. At present Micro Cars Ltd. produces four models of vehicles, Micro City Car, Micro Hatchback, Micro Mini Van and Micro Rexton SUV at the Pannala and Peliyagoda vehicle manufacturing plants.
Established in 1995 Micro Cars Ltd. is the only automobile manufacturer in Sri Lanka and offers a unique cost effective system for assembling quality cars using local labour and materials.
Created by Dr. Perera, who was an engineer earlier at BMW and Volkswagon, Micro Cars put Sri Lanka on the world map of car manufacturing.
Jiffrey Flannery, CEO of Micro Holdings US Inc. said that Micro Cars has achieved a high level of success in Sri Lanka and has much room to grow in the coming years. At the same time, its unique manufacturing and assembly operation is a model that we believe can be successfully replicated in other developing countries. We look forward to helping Micro Cars expand and succeed in Sri Lanka and the world over, he said.
The Micro Cars facility is labour intensive unlike the US and Western plants that rely on expensive automation and robots.
The system was designed for countries such as Sri Lanka where low labour rates can be matched with a need for high quality inexpensive vehicles. According to Micro Cars, the plant is currently producing about 35-40 cars per month and has the capacity to produce 600 per month.
Micro Cars Ltd. received a purchase order from the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Sri Lanka recently for 30 thirty Micro mini vans. The Board of directors comprises Dr. Lawrence Perera, Founder Chairman, Roy de Silva Director, C. P. Guhashanka, Founder Director - marketing and Sabri Wahid - Director Finance and Administration.

I have been trying to sell 2 million shares at 0.0001 off and on for over two weeks with ChoiceTrade. No sale will go through???
If anybody is intersted, contact ChoiceTrade to see why they will not move this for me?
I am being truthful!
I understand your frustration!
I also am in for now about the same break even point as you.
This just doesn't look and feel right? With a 40% ownership of Micro Cars and the very good and positive news from Sri Lanka in their last two P/R's, this should be near 0.01!
If this proves to be where Flannery "jumped the gun" on the 40% interest in Micro Cars Sri Lanka, we need to make him very accountable and contact the SEC!
We can also write the parent company President and Management of Micro Cars and let them know what is going on and how we really feel about their selection of a partner. Maybe they will help the
"weasel" out in fear on being being made to look bad or loosing Micro Holdings as a partner if the SEC shuts him down? Here are two contacts:
lawrence@trans-mec.com
guha@trans-mec.com
I agree that with the huge two P/R's and no release from Flannery, it just feels like something is wrong? He will not even return any emails. I am beginning to think the 40% deal was premature and hasn't happened due to the funds he needed?
Andy gut feelings on this? (realwill)

But why no P/R's? Maybe it was an intent to purchase and fell through? Look at the Newspaper publication regarding Micro Cars listed today! Why would he not post any of this good news if he owned the 40%?

Daily News Steering Column: A great leap forward
It is really a great achievement for Micro Cars to have secured the local assembly rights for the irresistible Ssangyong Rexton and the Kyron. Micro, which started just four years ago, has made vast strides in the field of automobile construction and engineering.
Micro initially faced many obstacles and in fact, there was no provision in our laws to enable the registration of a locally made car. Consumers were also wary of buying a locally made car, fearing that quality and reliability would be below par.
Four years on, Micro has allayed these fears to the point that a well-known manufacturer has entrusted it with the responsibility of manufacturing two best-selling models locally.
All of Micro’s own models are selling well too. The Trend and the all-new MPV van are utterly stylish and practical.
Micro must be lauded for gradually increasing the local content of the cars. The eventual aim is to build a 100 per cent local car, having already surpassed the 40 per cent mark. Micro is also gaining a reputation overseas, with export orders pouring in.
Micro must be given every possible incentive, so that more families could buy a vehicle of their own. Our duty structure is that even with some concessions in place, Micro cannot sell its smallest car for under Rs.600,000.
On the other hand, Indian consumers can buy a Maruti Suzuki 800 for just Indian Rs.250,000 and the all-new Zen, which will be launched here shortly, costs from just Indian Rs.320,000 upwards.
In Sri Lanka, the Maruti 800 costs Rs.800,000 without VAT. A car is within the reach of practically every middle class or lower middle class family in India.
That is the scenario we should aspire to achieve. Micro is already well poised to take that road. It already has a portfolio of products that suits every purse and with further local value addition the prices could be lowered.
The Government should purchase more vehicles from Micro for its Ministries and departments.
It is also time for those politicians who raise a hue and cry over their avowed determination to help local industries to stop buying foreign-made SUVs with their US$ 35,000 vehicle permit and instead opt for a Micro-made SUV, saving foreign exchange.
Micro Cars is certainly Sri Lanka’s pride and joy and all must support it to reach greater horizons.
Major milestone for Micro
Rexton and Kyron assembled locally:
Shirajiv SIRIMANE
If you have recently seen a sudden rise in the number of Ssangyong vehicles on Lankan roads, especially the all-new Kyron and old favourite Rexton, that is because both cars are now built in Sri Lanka.
Micro Kyron
The company behind this Ssangyong success story is Micro Cars, the only car manufacturer in the country.
“My ultimate aim is to produce a 100 percent locally manufactured car in Sri Lanka,” says Chairman Micro Car Pvt. Ltd (MCL) Dr. Lawrence Perera.
Perera said that the first ever Sri Lankan manufactured car named “Micro”, was designed, developed and prototyped locally by Transmec Engineering (Pvt) Ltd., and was officially launched in 2002. Only the four-stroke engine and gearbox are imported from Italy.
“Today we have 52 per cent of local value addition and I want to increase local value addition further,” he said.
The Micro Car Company recently introduced its newest addition, Micro Ssangyong Rexton, presenting the first car to the President Mahinda Rajapaksa at Temple Trees. “We have sold over 50 units so far and have several exports orders too,” he said.
The prices for the fully loaded vehicles range from Rs.6 Million to Rs.7.5 Million. “This price is almost 40 percent less than the price of an imported SUV and the Government has pledged that they would purchase more vehicles thus saving foreign exchange,” he added.
The body of the vehicle, mirrors, seats, and rubber components including the tires are totally manufactured in Sri Lanka.
“We are now working with several local component manufacturers to achieve quality, to reach a minimum of 40% local value addition. When this is done we will enter Europe through GSP+ program,” he said.
When this is achieved this would be the first time a Sri Lankan manufactured car would be exported to Europe.
He is also looking at introducing a vehicle navigation system to his vehicles and plans tie up with a cellular company for this. “This would enable drivers to find any address or location from a screen,” he said.
With the technical assistance from Ssangyong Korea, Micro Cars Ltd now assembles the “KYRON” and the “REXTON.” These cars use Mercedes Benz licensed engines and auto transmissions.
Park Lane and Ideal Group of the UK are financing this project with an initial investment of US$ 2 Million. Ssangyong Motor Company is the largest SUV manufacturer in Korea.
Both vehicles have state-of-the-art common rail Euro IV turbo inter cooler diesel engines fitted with Mercedes Benz tiptronic fully automatic 5-speed transmission and 4WD system with on the fly selection.
Micro Cars also manufacturers the Micro Privilege, the Micro Trend and the Micro MPV van using well over 37% local value addition.
Micro Cars Ltd is currently negotiating with Nepal and Bangladesh for exports. It has exported sample vehicles to Sudan in December 2006. The project produces 600 cars monthly providing over 3,000 direct jobs and 8,000 indirect jobs.
Daihatsu Drome opens
Sirajiv SIRIMANE
COLOMBO: Uni Walkers Ltd, a subsidiary of Softlogic Holdings Pvt Ltd and authorised distributor and dealer for Daihatsu opened ‘Daihatsu Drome’ a 3S facility (Sales, Service and Spares), on the main trunk route in Rajagiriya.
Softlogic Holdings had invested over Rs. 30 million for upgrading their service centre and the Daihatsu Drome, said Chairman Managing Director, Softlogic Holdings Ashok Pathirage.
He said that this will enable them to provide a more efficient and reliable service for their customers. He said the Government must also re-think their strategy behind imposing high duties for brand new vehicles which he claimed was among the highest in the world.
“For vehicles over 2,000 cc it goes up to over 230 per cent,” he said. In the long run this would encourage more second hand vehicles to enter the market, which would have a negative impact on the environment as well.
He said when they acquired the company it had not sold a brand new vehicle for a long time. “We have already sold over 100 brand new vehicles.” General Manger, Sujeeva Premaratne said Daihatsu being small and economical was a household name a long time ago and they want to restore that image once again.
“We will soon introduce a 24 hour rescue service and open more service centres all over the country,” he said.
This 3S facility is a one-stop location for all Daihatsu customers and provides 100 per cent availability of spare parts for products offered. The product range offered by Daihatsu are the ‘Terios 4x4’ and the ‘Charade’.
I can't think of one reason why Flannery wouldn't want to post this news? I have a feeling the 40% deal never happened!
