Again another thought for all parties why from what I am hearing why there will be no winner if shareholder are effected badly. Please read in full and also pass this on:
(1) No penny stock ever recovered when the shareholders were badly effected. This stock and product would be "dead for good" like the flat line value currently is at 0.0001 or lower.
(2) I do not spend allot of time on all the boards but do read the highlights and read interesting posts. Ron, Steve and all the players have a long history with many of these current shareholders and know them well. They know all the history and movements for the past 5 years.
(3) I believe they will launch a huge public release of negative information and stock bulletin boards data and statements against whoever "thinks they won this case"????
(4) Again "No Winner", No Product or new company will get off the ground unless whoever the "idiots" out there are get more intelligent quickly!
(5) (I am not referring to Steve as I have supported him!) But if he comes up winning and what he does greatly effects the shareholders in a negative manner, this unfortunately will be his end result. There are allot of people out there who have something against him?

My support letter for Steve is enclosed. Please read with an open mind. Sometimes we are not in a situation in life where there appears to be not one good choice? But must decide to make the better of the two? I made mine based on this fact: "Why would Steve be fighting so hard to gain back the CEO position"? And why would he personally email 50-60 of the larger shareholders (that includes myself)for support if this was totally a dead company? This company is in a bitter power struggle which is on the verge of making this company worthless as each day passes! People have diluted the stock and totally angered everyone involved along with the many “large shareholders” who are prepared to band together and risk losing all their money invested to take down the company if this is not resolved by April 15th! I was given the following information from some concerned shareholders and checked some of it out myself and it appears to have many true facts. Please read:

Eworldmedia Holdings is an internet marketing company controled by Ron Touchard. This company has been involved in reverse splits followed by creation of million of new shares which rob the investors of their equity.
Ron Touchard, CEO, of EWMD(H); EWMH after the last reverse split has been involved with many companies in the past that are either non existent today, or have been shut down by the SEC for various violations.
Some of these questionable companies include:
Multi Level Marketing World News (ticker symbol MLMS; Ron Touchard, CEO), which included eworldnet; which apparently evolved from 121.tv (121.tv was implicated in an internet scam where people paid $621.00 for some type of non-existent money making web site). This company apparently no longer exists.
Global Internet Marketing Group (ticker symbol GIMG; Ron Touchard, CEO). This company apparently no longer exists.
Shop/PriceNet USA.com, (Ron Touchard, who as the National Sales Director, went across the country promoting the stock while selling their options until the company failed and the stock collapsed)

Thank you for the reply and update. It helps to know someone is getting through to the company and they are still planning while this power struggle progresses? If you are into this like allot of people which includes myself with 8 million to 15 million and allot bought at 300-400% higher, we don't have much else do except wait? Hope for the best........!

I have been in penny stocks for 2 years now. Here is a true fact:
The last two penny stocks I owned for more than 9 months and got out like I want to now, the following occurred: Each stock went up 600% to 800% in less than 6 weeks! Bottom line, I lost allot of money and have not been to successful. I do not want to risk the "3rd trike"! I have to be hopful and hope history repeats itself?
The two other stocks looked real bad as this one when I took a 200% loss to get out!!!!

Has anyone spoken to Steve, Ted or even this Luke guy in the past 3 days? I had a message from Luke 10 days ago and Ted Monday. Both very brief and no real info. Since then, everything stopped?
All the nonsense of attaching other peoples ideas and views is a waste of time, effort and means nothing! We all know things are not looking good right now! Either get out and go away or stay in and hope for the best? Post your views if you want. It is your right to post your views. But we needs info, facts and contact with the company if it still exists? I believe it does for only one reason.
If it didn't and had no value which I doubt myself daily, "why would there be an internal struggle for control"?

SEC complaint submitted? I have 8.5 million shares and don't find time to get on line too much. I have been getting some brief replies from Ted recently but very short and lack substance. I tried emailing Luke and found out his messages come back undelivered now! I sent a email to Ted saying that I may join a group of shareholders who are tied of this "crap" and want answers? I hope so. The last thing I would want to do have have Ted bothered by constant phone calls. I really appreciated him retuning my email from 5 days ago. It was good news and wanted to share it with people to hopefully help. I know I sure could use help in choosing what to do at times!!!!

I am down about 60% in value from the time I bought in! This gives me some hope now? What makes it worse is I sold off 3.5 Million shares of ADTJ which has made a run and up 400% since I sold!!!

I was surprised to hear from him. It gives me better hope for things to turn around soon!

What has caused a big concern for me and have left me holding 3 million shares bought at appx. 0.008, was I felt this is a real company and getting close to launch marketing and products. Now I read this:
NutriPure intends to license its patented process to the major beverage producers to construct superior beverages. In this way, NutriPure plans to become a dominate industry player by leveraging the dominance of the majors.

Are they now hoping one of the (big boys) take notice?
have they abandoned their own company plans and banking on the above?
