N CHAMBERS: Mr. Kulwin advised this case is almost settled, noting there are a few technical issues which Mr. Bendavid will speak with his client about; and requested a Settlement Conference with the Court to enforce the settlement if the clients disagree. Mr. Bendavid stated the main terms are agreed upon. Upon Court's inquiry, counsel advised that a Jury has not been demanded.
