I made an entry at .70 last week after I saw a 35% decline in price. Had I put in a limit buy for .50, it would have executed.
Guarantee yourself some and jump in at .70, but also throw in a lowball bid in, just in case. I have some funds freeing up, and it might be a quick 20-40% if someone sells 2k shares again - LOL.
Okay, for some reason I wanted to see if I could figure out how many Walgreens stores has Thermofocus units in stock. I thought I could maybe hack the HTML and write a little script that would check availability at every zip code. So, I couldn't figure out how to do that.... So, I downloaded a Zip code list of all US cities and started typing some in to see how availability was
Check it out yourself. There sure are a lot of Walgreens with Thermofocus in STOCK - and some that are actually out-of-stock! there are very few that are 'Not Available here" that's aaawwweesssoommeee!!!

What this probably means is that nearly all of the Walgreens have the thermofocus... That's huge.
Thermofocus is back online @ Walgreens

bear, first, thanks for taking the time to do your DD. Those financial reports, the 2008 Q reports, and the Shareholder report all have some VERY intersting information in them about the financials.
Here's what happened, in a nutshell, from what I have been able to figure out.
a) The company had financial problems in 2007
These problems seemed to me to be from real-estate costs, research into the other product lines, and basic start-up/acquisition costs of product
b) Barrington Ventures stole the QVC Deal
Kidz-Medz was about to do a deal with QVC for 7500 units of Thermofocus when QVC found out they had just bought units from BV, so they pulled the kidz-medz deal. This was one of the two triggering events that caused the first 'breach of contract' lawsuit to be filed against technimed.
c) Walgreens withheld payment
Due to the litigation, Walgreens decided it would hold payment on all sales of the thermofocus until the lawsuit was closed. Because Kidz-Medz had an agreement with Walgreens on a "we get paid when you sell it, and not before" agreement, Kidz-Medz had about 1M in inventory sitting in Walgreens all across the company, and was not receiving any payments.
d) The company had to issue shares to pay debts
I believe due to lawyer fees, loan payments, etc - the company issued about 70M shares to cover expenses.
e) Walgreens paid their bill
Walgreens has paid their bill and now the company has all of the outstanding payments received
f) Babies-R-Us ordered twice and paid
The company has those profits from the units sold at Babies-R-Us.
g) Orders have picked up on the web-site and through other channels. The profit margin through these channels must be almost $40!
So, Here's what I believe we'll see in the EOY Financial Report
1) the company renegotiated whatever loans they had open still
2) the company is showing good profit on units sold
3) the overall company may not be profitable, just due to old debt, but that will depend on December units sold and PO's paid before EOY
4) the company should show settlement information from the technimed suit
5) the company should show updated share counts and that the share count has not increased
6) the company will show what they have in inventory and have ordered.
If the Shareholder letter is any indication of the type of information we'll see in the full year report, the company will be very open about how they've engaged legal, are co-fighting the suit, if they've added investors or board members, etc.
I've spent a lot of time pouring over documents and trying to tie companies together. I also know that Sir Joke is trying and has done a significant of due diligence on Technimed and other related folks. The information is out there if you dig around - lol.
(all of this is from the top of my head - at work - so hopefully its all accurate - and if there are opinions in there - they are my own)
It appears ETMM wants out. Think he'll tap the .0046's ?

been on the phone w the company. there are being veryy hush hush about something big in the hang seng. very big.
Manti, it looks like you might be able to pick up some unbelievable deals on shares today from how the opening L2 is shaping up. some folks who thought that the SH meeting was going to expose immediate 2x increases are apparently sad now.

maybe three MILLION dollars one day. muhahahahahahaha
:)
Data below:
A/S = 500,000,000
9/30 O/S = 242,739,928
11/21 O/S = 254,809,928
Shares Added 12,070,000
9/30 Float = 124,511,462
11/21 Float <= 136,581,462
With how light the volume has been since 11/21, there's no way the company release any additional shares of any quantity into the float. If its any, its a few million. Watching L2, there's not been a consistent seller. The stock price has gone up on sorta small volume, with retail buyers and sellers...
The T/A has been gagged since summer, but Ron @ Audiostocks will give you the number that's current as of the company's recent release to him.
Does that satisfy your DD tastes?
The information in that PDF is as follows
The Board of Directors has set the close of business on November 21, 2008, as the record date (the "Record Date")
for determining Stockholders of the Company entitled to receive notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting. As
of November 21, 2008, there are 254,809,928 shares of Common Stock (the "Common Stock") issued and
outstanding, all of which are entitled to be voted at the Annual Meeting. Each share of Common Stock is entitled
to one vote on each matter submitted to Stockholders for approval at the Annual Meeting.
The PinkSheets information is as follows:
Outstanding Shares
242,739,928 as of Sep 30, 2008
#
Authorized Shares
500,000,000 as of Sep 30, 2008

The most recent 'published information'. This was all of the information made available for the meeting tonight. Shame that people couldn't travel and get there. I have a TON of questions I would have asked. If you were the lone figure at the meeting, please speak up!

The thing that there is to be jolly about is the possibility. Many pinkie-plays are just that - plays. Many of them are just quick runs for a double or a triple.
ASFX has a plausible chance of doing something better than that. They said to more than one person that they'll uplist. Companies just don't do that if they're fly by night. I think this is one of those that qualify for as in investment.
As the days go buy, we seem to get more evidence of that.
That's what there is to be excited about. We appear to be here on the ground floor.
I think it's time for TN to hit the sack. :)
Maybe you should have gone to the meeting and asked all of the big questions yourself? :) I do recommend that everyone reach out to Ron @ Audiostocks first thing. I expect that he and Erika are already working on PR's and he'll be open and honest as to what he can and can't tell you.
Remember, if they're going to the SEC to uplist, this is going to be by-the-book - insider trading rules, etc, etc, etc.
Those numbers as of November 21st, when the PDF was released for the shareholder meeting have an O/S of 253M. We do not have confirmation, but over the last month, there appear to have not been any more shares from the company hitting the marketplace.
joan posted what you told her. That's who beat you to your own story!
plmr - what's for sure is that it can't hurt to hold out a few more weeks. If you got in recently, there's just about no downside because there's enough of us here to probably pick up any shares that drop below .005
Considering that WalGreens was withholding payment until the Technimed suit was settled, the Q3/Q4 financials should look golden. there will be a HUGE inflow of cash for thousands of units.
According to some here, its a pretty simple formula
BF buys stock for X dollars = Company gets X dollars
It's a pretty understood cashflow equation. ;)
remember, there are two lawsuits
The ASFX v Technimed suit - settled
The Exergen v Technimed/ASFX suit - frivolous
I've found that if you just ignore them, they go away. :)
Dudes, I saw this took a huge drop today, so I bought in with some Free cash - wish I had got in at .50 or so, but avg .70 now.... What gives with the 35% swing today? Just end of year selling?
Dude, take a look at his other stuff - he pretty much has called out mostly negative things about most of what TN is invested in. :)
so, does anyone know what the normal price increase for a stock that uplists is? Just because of the uplisting I mean...
BINGO! The only thing you talk about behind closed doors is information that could be considered (a) insider (b) material in nature!
beats me, but as you can imagine, I'm very excited. Mind you, only about 10% as excited as you would have been...
So, I'm EXCITED about that UPlisting confirmation.
I want to hear WHO was also there - sometimes you can learn a lot by who was in attendance... Any instituions ? People besides Kauderer or Southridge ? Merger Candidate Representatives ? etc...
I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight! LOL
it's been 11 minutes - talk faster! LOL
Did anyone hear from TN yet? Did he get there safe?
I consider myself extremely lucky after seeing where this closed today.
nice uptick!

yeah, let's do some math.
6630 walgreens * 5 = 33,150 units just to stock walgreens. that's 600k in profit right there.
nah - they're just "slowing down" in opening up more stores.
If you ask me, other retail chains will want this product long before walgreens slows down. If people buy it, walgreens makes money, and WE make money.
