Vision Industries to announce withdrawal of Chapter 11 Protection. Vision has received advance payments in the sum of 13.5 Million Dollars from their launch customer Total Transportation Services. The deal would allow for Vision to withdraw from bankruptcy protection and to implement full commercialization of The Worlds First Zero Emission Hydrogen Fuel Cell Class 8 Fleet. The Tyrano Fleet will begin with the first 400 Trucks Going to TTSI for an estimated 108 million dollars not excluding the 13.5 million dollar advance payment and contract incentives.
After Hours Bankruptcy Withdrawal Petition Would Be Nice
The calm before the storm. Good News sends this up pretty quick. Many waiting to pounce.
It is so irrelevant. Obviously the landlord wants the rent. That's why debt is in reorganization. More scare tactics.
Been in since August 2011
Look at all the OTC BK 11 Tickers and that alone gives great guidance in the trading ranges.
I disagree. There will be many more green days ahead.
During the 1 st Quarter of 2014, Vision reported holding a Customer Requirements meeting, with its launch customer, Total Transportation Services, Inc. (TTS-I). The meeting signified the official kickoff of the Los Angeles-based DOE grant, where Vision is the primary recipient. Since then, Vision’s Engineering Team has completed the system design for the pre-commercial build, the template for the 100-unit purchase order from TTS-I. The Team is now engaged in the validation phase of the development cycle.
In the 2nd Quarter of 2014, Vision continued its joint-development collaboration with Balqon Corporation (OTCBB: BLQN) and Cargotec USA, to develop the world’s first fuel cell electric (FCE) Terminal Tractor, the Zero-TT. The FCE Zero-TT will be built on Cargotec’s Kalmar Ottawa 4x2 chassis (110” wheelbase), made electric by Balqon, and then upgraded with Vision’s fuel cell technology for its range extension capabilities. Currently, the electrification of the prototype vehicle is still being completed at Balqon.
On June 12, 2014, Vision Industries Corporation announced that it would introduce its “Intelligent Range Extender” system in its next generation Class 8 trucks, originally designed for short-haul cargo transportation. Coined, Intelligent Range Extension (IREx™) , IREx TM is the integration of GPS and Fleet Management Software to build an optimal fuel cell-profile that governs the electric drivetrain, fuel cell and battery management systems.
On April 30, 2014, Vision was notified that its proposal to build a fuel cell-electric refuse truck has won Phase 1 approval by the U.S. Department of Energy's SBIR/STTR Program (DOE FOA 0001406). Under the proposal, Vision Industries will be collaborating with the City of Santa Monica's (California) Public Works Division, where the Fuel Cell Electric Refuse Truck will be placed in demonstration service. The project aims to measure and demonstrate operational cost-effectiveness, emission reduction and commercial viability of a heavy-duty fuel cell electric vehicle in refuse service. If the Company’s demonstration proposal is selected for Phase 2 funding, the DOE will award Vision with a $1MM grant to develop the FCE refuse truck. The City of Santa Monica would be the potential launch customer.
On May 13, 2014, Vision held second-round talks with a top-tier Canadian Energy Solutions Company to prototype a fleet Tyrano™ trucks at a remote mining site in Northern Canada. The mining site has a massive wind turbine facility which can produce hydrogen through an electrolyzer. With the capability to produce on-site hydrogen, the mining company hopes to eliminate the need for shipping large quantities of diesel fuel (to the remote site) before onset of winter. During the winter season, the shipping lanes are usually frozen. In attendance, were also government officials from Natural Resources Canada and Industry Canada. An official request for proposal from the Canadian Energy Solutions Company is expected sometime in the 4 th Quarter of this year.
In August of 2014, the California Air Resources Board, the administrators of the program, is expected to increase the voucher amount to $110,000 for heavy-duty fuel cell electric vehicles operating in disadvantaged communities. Vision expects to qualify its Class 8 Tyrano™ by the end of the year. The inclusion of Vision’s FCEVs into the program would make the net purchasing cost of the Company’s vehicles comparable to that of a traditional diesel truck, thus increasing the probability of costumer uptake.
On March 12, 2014, Vision was approached by a Fortune 500 Oil & Gas company to prototype a fuel cell electric vehicle for their fluids management division. Vision is currently going through their vendor qualification process to be able to submit a proposal for funding. Reciprocally, the potential customer has filled-out Vision’s preliminary customer requirements document. An official proposal is expected to be submitted sometime mid-summer of this year.
Yeah I love the volume same accumulation patterns developing just like last week of August.
Still a lot of scare tactics. I am surprised that the buy in for so many was around .03-.04 and many held on. The buys at those levels were chasing, so It does make sense to average down.
The last known number was 355,000.000. That was from the 13G Filed from Union Capital LLC about a week ago.
I can't help myself I'm buying more. At these prices it just makes no sense to watch such an opportunity slip by. Less than 2/10 of a penny. I've had far worse companies in the portfolio that made good investments. I knew VIICQ was poor a week ago a month ago, 2 years ago and 4 years ago. With everything that is known and the thousands of comments in dozens and dozens of articles the enthusiasm about the potential for vision is like no penny stock I have ever seen. In bankruptcy protection mode and continuing R&D with federal grant money from DOE. With debts less than 3.5 million, All In. GLTA Cheers
Does anyone have a list of the creditors they owe 3 million dollars to?
Has anyone got their calls returned from TTSI or from Vision since the BK Filing and the merger with TTSI rumor?
Certainly, But the total authorized shares are only 500 million. The Swiss do not own "hundreds of millions of shares"
Hundreds of millions of shares. Where do you get that figure from
Anything is possible one of Martins friends is Kurt Thywissen and he is an engineer at Tesla
https://www.facebook.com/martin.schuermann1/friends
Lookup chemical symbol" D" maybe that is what the D means. en.Wikipedia.org/wiki/deuterium. Now that would makes go Booooom
Nothing wrong with a little speculation quite frankly that is the topic isn't that the reason everyone is here to have fun and dream and try to see what the future holds
Well the funny thing is as soon as this starts to take off with the low amount of shares that are out there this thing is going to fly fast I honestly believe we'll see three four five cents before we even see any news
O P we all know exactly why the stock went up 600% all the way to 4000% it went up for one reason and one reason only they couldn't get enough votes they could not reach quorum and they could not get authorization to increase to ten billion shares . Everybody knows that's the reason
Do you by chance have a link
Very nice this is far from dead
Nitrogen what are you talking about
I guess what I'm wondering is is there a drop dead date for a quorum to have been reached because they said we will continue to solicit your vote
Here is what I am wondering when the company announced that they wanted to increase the shares to 10 billion there was a clause that 6 entities with 57% percent ownership stating that they could not be diluted the vote affected all shareholders of record before July 15th there was no quorum but in the meantime the actual pps dropped resulting in. 001 since then that has been close to 2 billion shares traded hands Union capital filed Form 13g stating they now own 10 percent which is 35 million shares of the three hundred fifty five million is it safe to say that in the last 8 weeks the game has changed in the Swiss and QIF Malter no longer control 57%
Only (2) Reasons the company went as low as it did.
(1) In December 2013 They advised they were re-examining the way the grants were looked at in regards to revenue. That was drop number one.
(2) Summer 2014 They announced They needed 10 billion shares. That was drop number two.
Rebound to 4 cents was when they could not reach quorum to authorize increase in shares. PERIOD.
As always do your own DD. JMO
Takeover Bid Blocked With Chapter 11 Filing

How Many Public Companies Filed For Chapter 11 Protection in the Last 3 Years? How many re-emerged?
How many were " zeroed out " when they re-emerged? I would love to study the list you are referring to. Link ?
Well right now most of the longs are just laying low the dust is settling and nice steady day to day upward will happen keep in mind at this point big buyers are not on Ihub. The last several weeks other message boards this one along with the retailers and flippers were a lot of the moves when you start to see steady large block high volume you will know it's real
I think what will happen is it will get very very very quiet and then all the sudden 10,000 people rushing for their accounts to hit the buy button
Almost as quiet as the Tyrano

California adds $72.5 million to accelerate its vehicle fleet towards a zero-emission future
Truckers to get increased access to loans for cleaner diesel trucks. Additional funding for deployment of cleanest vehicle technologies
SACRAMENTO - The California Air Resources Board announced today an additional $72.5 million in funding for state programs that will improve public health by helping to clean up California’s fleet of cars, trucks and buses. Heavy duty vehicles such as trucks and buses are a major source of highly toxic pollutants as well as emissions that cause global warming.
“The incentive programs provide critical early investments needed to accelerate the transformation of California’s car, truck and bus fleets to the cleanest advanced technologies,” Air Resources Board Executive Officer Richard Corey said. “The Truck Loan Assistance Program complements these long-term investments by providing truckers additional access to loans, helping clean up the legacy fleet of older, higher-polluting diesel trucks.”
The Air Resources Board today voted to move $8 million from other clean vehicle projects into ARB’s Truck Loan Assistance Program. Additionally, the board was briefed on additional funding the Legislature recently made available for clean car, truck and bus programs. Funding was approved for three specific programs.
• The Clean Vehicle Rebate Project received an influx of $44.5 million to help California consumers purchase plug-in hybrid and zero-emission cars and light trucks. The Clean Vehicle Rebate Project provides individuals, nonprofits, government entities and businesses a rebate of up to $2,500 on a first-come, first-served basis. This can be combined with an up to $7,500 clean vehicle federal tax credit and various other regional incentives. More than 33,000 rebates have been issued since the program launched in 2010, and consumer demand has surged to about 2,500 rebates per month.
• Funding for this year’s Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project was increased by $10 million to $15 million. This program provides vouchers of up to $55,000 to help California fleets purchase cleaner, advanced technology trucks and buses. Since its inception in 2010, the program has helped deploy more than 1,600 hybrid and electric trucks and buses in California. ARB expects vouchers to become available at participating dealerships beginning this December.
• ARB’s Truck Loan Assistance Program received an additional $18 million to help small business fleet owners finance truck upgrades required under the ARB’s In-Use Truck and Bus Regulation. The program has leveraged state funds to provide about $210 million in private financing since 2009 to help truck owners purchase cleaner trucks, exhaust retrofits and truck efficiency upgrades. With this additional funding, the program will continue to support small business truck owners to gain access to cleaner trucks. The Truck Loan Assistance Program is implemented in partnership with the California Pollution Control Financing Authority.
The rebate and voucher incentive programs are designed to accelerate the number of advanced-technology vehicles purchased. This, in turn, increases production volumes and brings down the cost of these vehicles, making them more affordable for all consumers. They work together with the increased access to loans for trucks to deliver the broadest range of clean transportation and freight technologies California needs to meet federal air quality standards and state climate change goals.
U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command The "sleeper cell”
This has been under lock and key for 4 years. And by "sleeper cell" I mean Zero Emissions Super Quiet Hydrogen Fuel Cell.
Maybe now we know why we get all the Government Grants ?
Consider the fact that a full 80 percent of all United States Marine Corps fatalities occur in convoys; 40 percent of which are primarily involved in the transport of both water and fossil fuels," "Reducing or eliminating the need to transport fossil fuels and water further entrenches the value of the hydrogen-fuel solution in saving American lives.
Regarding Burtek's representation and/or production of Vision's hydrogen fuel cell-related products for the U.S. defense market. The Vision products under consideration for this teaming agreement include Class 8 hydrogen fuel cell trucks; its mobile synthetic hydrogen fuel generation system; and platform, trailer and other vehicle platforms with hydrogen fuel cell power trains as they are made commercially available by Vision."
Martin Schuermann, President and CEO of Vision stated, "We are excited about the prospect of working with a company that has proven itself to be very successful in the military marketplace. The U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command is currently soliciting demonstration projects for its experimental, forward operating base exhibit at the Marine Corps Base in Quantico, VA. Burtek will secure a two-week exhibit of our hydrogen fuel generation and class 8 truck at Quantico and related exhibits in the Washington, DC area this fall. (That was in May 2010.)
Awesome I'm Glad VIICQ Is Moving Swiftly
Thanks For The Update. It's Great When Things Go According To Plan
During the reorganization process, Vision will continue to operate and work on ongoing government supported programs and R&D projects. It is the Company's intention to reemerge from the Chapter 11 protection with a healthier balance sheet and thus be able to raise capital to execute its business plan
Thanks To Quick Action On Behalf Of VIICQ . One Step Closer To A Healthier Balance Sheet. VIICQ Won't Be Able To Hold At .0025 Onward And Upward.

VIICQ Traders Are Definitely Welcome. If It Weren't For Traders Long Investors Would Never Get The Chance To Add To Their Position. Welcome Aboard I Just Hope Traders Don't Hang On Too Long, Because Then The PPS Goes Up Way To Fast, Sometimes 4000% In A Matter Of Weeks.
