U.S. Marine Corps Systems Command The "sleeper cell”
This has been under lock and key for 4 years. And by "sleeper cell" I mean Zero Emissions Super Quiet Hydrogen Fuel Cell.
Maybe now we know why we get all the Government Grants ?
