Kanno is still in the country...(according to secretary). I think that Kanno would need to make another trip to China before we get news that the JV is complete...Chinese are big on tradition and what not...I don't see them faxing contracts back and forth. I believe that they would want to consumate the deal in person...and most likely have some sort of celebration or ceremony afterwards...

crap...I just tried to call Kanno and got his voicemail...it is 4:45 their time...so he may already be heading out of the office...
