Just shows to me anyway that yesterday's volume was triggered by retail investors wanting out finally (and also by posters on this board confirming that they placed large sell orders in the 2s) ...and not major dilutive selling. Otherwise, we'd be seeing the same going on today I think...but let's see those financials next week
Need a strong 10Q and better outlook PR from the CEO to push this up
Of course he does. Another guy wanting cheap shares. Hit the ask buddy
Funny ..people attributing yesterday's volume to dilution with no proof whatsoever..when in plain sight here we have posts from investors telling us they were putting large sell orders @ .002 ...maybe they should read the board before posting
Actually no. People are getting out with profit moving money elsewhere. ..just had someone on this board confrm that earlier. Won't know if any dilutive selling involved here until new O/S totals are posted . BTW CEO never said there wouldn't be dilution going forward ..only that it had slowed and would be ending soon...how soon wasn't specified.
Liabilities that you love to talk about actually declined historcially in the last reported # of $19M in 3/31 was lower than in previous qtrs ...so trend there is down not up. Take a look at the #s below from the OTC posted financials qtrly trend ending 3/31
Total Liabilities
19,219 - 3/31/2021 ending qtr.
19,148
33,901
23,441
32,643 - 3/31/2020 ending qtr
Beyond the 86M recently added and confirmed has not been anymore confirmed. Today is pure speculation on your part that the volume we're seeing is due to dilutive selling.
Everyone here bad mouthing this stock on the board is also buying it up today at the same time..that's the way it works
And BTW...doesn't mean that that these big walls at low prices will get snapped up...it could also be MM's playing games showing a big wall then pulling it out before it gets filled completely but achieving the objective of keeping the price in check with fewer shares lost that way
Could be just some large retail investors exiting before financials are out fearing worst (sell the news strategy). That an MM's back in this thing again pushing the price down and collecting cheapies. Don't assume dilution without any proof of same.
If you sell at a profit..I can respect that. Everyone has to make their own risk tolerance decision. If you are selling at a loss to the MMs here wanting to make a buck on your misery..you should not be trading in the OTC
Yes..don't think this CEO is a outright liar. Remains to be seen
Go back and look at O/S. The 1BN share added was explained by the CEO and he mentioned dilution has slowed and it has. O/S is posted on the OTC page so you can monitor it...still at 3BN +- after 86M more recent increase. If their run rate in revenue is $1M per quarter..this stock is still dirt cheap at this point JMO
Waiting to empty my bank account if that happens.
A treatment center with real assets, patients, lic to operate, insurance co approval, and CEO reported run rate of approx $4M per year revenue..selling for less than a one tenth of a cent or market share assuming 3BN shares would be less than $3M...or less than 1X annual revenue.....yeah that makes sense.
This is a real business in a growing market segment...one of the few in the OTC..I'm not leaving anytime soon...don't care what the MFKRS MMs do. They are only feasting today on impatient investors leaving the company. They will reap rewards that those investors were too hasty to collect later
Could also be the opposite...if this is manipulators bringing the stock down with the help of impatient investors..you could see a stellar report and price jump which is why these MMs want your cheap shares now just before the financials are out. If the typical MMs are the ones driving this dip...they are doing it for a reason and it aint because they expect a bad 10Q JMO
The only thing you can do with MM /Manipulation is steal their shares if you have the powder to do so...or as you say ..sell them your shares cheaply so they can later make money on your loses. Those are the two choices you have other than staying put.
Fortunately this one has a real business behind it as opposed to just a PO Box and website and little else
86M shares is increase since weeks ago...dilution has slowed and will end soon ..unless you think the CEO is lying
So if you know this is manipulators..then why even be concerned. What's happening here is not related to the value of the underlying company at all. Hold and you shall be rewarded in the end. JMO
10Q out next week. I guess the #s will speak for themselves.
Let's see what happens. Perhaps many longs here (1 year or more) will want out on the next wave up which may keep this down longer than it should be. That's why most of the volume you are seeing now is either those longs exiting or MMs manipulating. The low volumes we see below 10 million daily is peanuts in $$ terms.
I dunno..Is the Pope Catholic?...LOL
Balance sheet is a lagging indicator and rarely the only determinative factor in calculating market cap/value of a company which is mostly done looking forward not backward.
More importantly is market position (Growing, shriking, prospects), revenues and profits (current and expected). Debt can always be re-structured if operating profits are there to support that. Like I said why bother posting here as much as you do and always only cherry picking financials to suit your narrative..you must really want to buy in here in the teens I bet.
You seriously going to go back to 2020 to predict revenues going forward before the acquisition? Those revenues back then are not good predictors of the future I hope you realize. Again calling the CEO a liar when he said 2H of the year would be run rate of $1.8M
Agree. These low volumes are not dilutive selling...I mean 47K @ .0023 ask..really??? That's not even retail..that's called manipulation
Earnings potential and actual delivery of same is not equal in the OTC (maybe in NADAQ or NYSE that's true but not in the OTC where most stocks are speculative bets at best and many are just bordeline fraudulent)
a near $1M quarter for this stock would be monumental change from where they have been and evindence of real not just projected growth which is all we have heard about till now. To me that should be the catalyst. We will have to keep an eye on O/S as well as we move forward..with actual revenue/cashflow, the CEO should have more options to borrow and re-structure debt than just pure dilution which he said would end soon.
Of course...same here. I'm actually much less bullish than you but still see this market cap for a treatment center and business annualized revenue of approx $4M going forward (if you believe CEO) and think this is just STUPID
I agree with everything you said except the 25X..not sure we get to that market cap. Although CEO gave an interview awhile back where he said looking ahead the company would be $30-$40 M per year. I'm invested here but skeptical he can take it that far..but then again if you're a long here at less than 1/2 cent WA...you don't need to go that far to make a ton of money...so it's all good.
Man you're losing all credibility with your posts when you say bankruptcy soon..this company is on a $4M per year revenue clip per CEO based on current run rate business. That should be around 25% cashflow from operations on that before debt servicing and taxes. Where'd you get they are going to go bankrupt..that's nonsense.
Damn...some dumping today. Wonder what happened here. Someone got tired of holding or something?
10Q due a week from today according to latest communication
Wonder if he will release this over the weekend or after hours on Monday?
Of course he has..every sane person that has a position and extra powder here wants to avg down during this time. It's just a no brainer to do so unless you want to cut your loses and move on. Not doing that with this one...it's a real business and will eventually be $.01 range or better
If this ever hits teens or lower..I'm gonna buy another 40 million shares...so I know it won't happen because I'm not gonna get that order filled ever before price jumps up. Not happening. low 2s is the bottom IMO. Everytime we get closer to .002..it jumps back up again to mid 2s. There is bid support below .0024 looks like
Market cap is just 1.5X annualized sales going forward.
As you said they've got valuable real estate, license from state of Fla, insurance company approval to submit claims...alot more value here since even just six months ago Again all going forward. I'm not one BTW that believes this is worth $.05. I do believe it's worth alot more than .0024 though. Time will tell. Good luck
If you're selling this at this point losing money...you shouldn't be trading in the OTC. You're selling at or near the absolute low this stock will likely ever be going forward...at this point you have much more upside on that .0023 lot than downside...so why sell at .0023?
Is your WA on that lot below .0023? If so, I retract my statement above..everyone has to assess their risk tolerance on this if you're up on this price now
Ask at .0023 for 450K shares = $1000...LOL MMs manipulating this for peanuts
Hit the ask...and hit it again..no other way to stop this.
If volumes don't increase, MMs can manipulate this on low volume all day long and it will mean absolutely nothing except that there is little investor interest at this point.
I've not been here that long, so I am willing to cut the guy a break at this point. It all depends when you jumped in here I guess. If you bought near the $.01 peak, I understand your frustration with this stock price now.
Hanging my hat on
1) Revenue and cash from operations before taxes (after depreciation add back) at $4M and $1M annually going forward minimum (awaiting the 10Q to confirm if this is reasonable)
2) CEO said dilution should end soon
3) CEO said no R/S forseeable future
So we have time here. This is not a P&D ..which is a good thing and a bad thing. It's bad because you can't expect the wild ups and downs you get with P&Ds in the OTC which affords opportunities for quick profits. Patience is the key here. Allow the balance sheet issues to be resolved over time (and not through dilution if you believe the CEO) while revenues and cashflow improve. PT is $.01-.02...no more than that I believe at this point can be reasonably expected unless there's alot more beds/growth added along the way
Wasn't happening overnight...no 1000 beds ..not so fast. Even if this never gets anywhere near that...it's worth more than $7M market cap where it is now. At some point, there will be a realization of that hidden value here IMO
