3 Kiosks down 497 to go and our REP didn't even start her marketing yet.
Email sent to GNGR,
Town Square Mall Henderson NV Kiosk,
Response to the samples sent to the owner of another high traffic kiosk location. Grammar is off but we left it as it was sent.
Hello, my wife loved them, this week she is going to make changes in the kiosk to be able to display them as they deserve, as a launch we have offered it to our regular customers and they liked it very much, they have not yet started to sell, but we do not hesitate make it happen soon

8 Billion shares to go. Times that by $.0024..and they raise another $19,200,000.00. Once those shares are sold the market makers will walk away with no bid and a high asked.
Packerup, and Welcome back FLAFLYERSFAN, We still have your pendant if you want it.
Packerup:
You are correct in part of your question. No I am not Mr. Newsteder.
Unless he is able to magically change into a 36-year-old single mother of 2, he would likely win the grand prize on Americas Got Talent, my daughters favorite television show.
So no I am not he. But you are correct about the posts that are heavily redacted and proofread by our office. To be blunt, when questions are sent to GNGR and Mr. Newsteder sends back his responses, they are usually 5 times longer than what you are reading mostly due to the removal of a little TMI. But for the most part you are reading his written detailed responses.
FlaFlyersFan:
You are partially correct. EBay is just a small portion of GNGR sales. The majority of the domestic and global sales come from Instagram and Twitter posts as well as additional 3rd party marketing with sent links to all GNGR items available as well as the political pages. Below are snapshots of just two examples of non-eBay sales. We cannot post full figures until they are posted on the OTC current data.
What should be more concerning to investors of any OTC stock, is even if your EBay figures were the only true sales for GNGR, those alone exceed most OTC pumped intent companies, which GNGR is not.
Here are the links to those two pages. I am not sure if they will be allowed to be posted on Ihub but ill give it a shot.
http://www.gugr.com/trump-political.html
http://www.gugr.com/biden-political.html
A decision was made to segregate the political items from the newly formed line that is selling very well. In addition, each candidate was given their own page to keep people from being upset seeing the political party they are not supporting on the same page.
I also have been instructed to limit my responses here on Ihub and work on other projects that are going to take up more of my time with marketing to a broader group of people and focus on the expansion and up listing.
Any other questions can be sent directly to the website contact page. We receive many more questions and comments than what are posted here by what looks to be only 4 people.
In addition, the new plans for GNGR that are well under way will require more time to be spent casting and shipping new products. There are no more reasons for Mr. Newsteder to waste time writing response after response, so we are limiting questions to him.
The time here is not being well spent on our efforts to bring people news and answer questions when the questions are redundant and recycled weekly. Please refer to the corporate website for news and up-dates. We will leave it at that.
FlyersFan, do you want the silver pendant key chain GNGR made for you? Let us know.

There is a lot of confusion between Multi Line Reps (MLR) and Multi Level Marketing (MLM). GNGR is not entering any type of MLM.
A Multi Line Rep, MLR (Not to be confused with MLM) are people who introduce new products to buyers and are paid a commission on the sale.
A multi line distributor represents many different products from many manufacturers and agrees to sell the products using commissioned sales staff (multi line reps) to take the products to market by contacting buyers who resell in their retail locations.
Multi Level Marketing (MLM) is usually when a company finds people to show products to other people who show them to other people and all the way down the chain telling each member they have to buy into the plan and usually is encouraged to buy samples to give away to lure friends and family to join the program.
Amway used to be a MLM company and had many legal issues and now they spun off many new named companies that do the same as Amway only they do not have people join or pay into a MLM Pyramid scheme, they simply say they are selling samples to members who show them to others who then buy samples negating the MLM scheme.
GNGR is not a doing any multi level marketing or even going down that path. MLM companies usually have a lame product that does not work or to costly to buy compared to what’s in the store. A MLM may sell you a territory for $1000 giving you exclusive rights to sell their product, but the products cost so much no one will buy them. This allows the companies to not have to make the products because no one will buy them.
GNGR is a company that makes a great product with proven sales globally. GNGR is going to work with a MLR (Not MLM) who will be working directly with GNGR and their customer base to secure orders for the Silver Drop Collection that is already doing very well with products being shipped almost daily.
The MLR will be given exclusive rights to GNGR’s line with assurances that a specific sales goal is maintained to continue to be exclusive.
To make this a huge success for GNGR and shareholder value, the MLR selling a $150 order (Just 15 Silver Drop pendants per location) to 500 locations each month is all it will take, and that is not much as a per order cost of only $150 and 500 locations out of 20,000+ is also easily obtainable.
The MLR will write a letter to all her existing accounts introducing them to the new line and direct them to the website that is being worked on and should be completed in a week or so (Yes Michelle here will proofread it).
The MLR already has an established client database of at least 50,000 resellers who are not based on terms for payment. With no minimums all items are prepaid.
They will log on to the wholesale website and with the selections offered they will also likely buy more than just 15 pieces.
If you looked at the link, there are also 9 colors to choose from. A buyer will likely order one of each color Christmas Ornament or Christmas tree light pendants for the holidays or multiples of the red heart for Valentines Day and so forth.
A new edition to the Silver Drop Collection will be with everyone’s first order, a brass plaque to place into a jewelry case featuring the Gunther Grant Silver Drop Collection.
This will allow a jewelry store to set up one case exclusively with GNGR’s jewelry line that will also include the larger artistic items GNGR currently makes.
Every order of 50 Drops will include a free gift of 2 additional Drops of GNGRs choice. We feel that when a location buys one style like the Hamsa Hand or OHM spiritual items, they may lose sales by not offering other fun items like the Olive or Turtle etc. For this reason GNGR will give a few free fun pendants with each larger order that are different from their current ordering choices.
Let us also be clear. Our office has also obtained the email addresses of 75,000 different locations that are owner operated businesses that purchase on line directly from wholesale websites.
If for any reason our MLR does not live up to the task, we will send out our own introduction letter with a link to the GNGR wholesale website. The reason for the MLR association is due to their industry reputation and owner contacts they have amassed who will act on the MLRs direction knowing it must be a good product if she is representing it.
This will assure a very large percentage of orders by association verses cold calling.
Our data shows that even if GNGR ends up doing only, and I say that as easily likely to happen at the minimum, $75,000 monthly, $900,000 annually (based on only 500 orders at $150 each) when applied to the current float share structure of 108,553.765 will be an EPS of $.0082 per share.
We are not playing the usual OTC games you all see and know about.
This is real, the company is real, the sales are real, and the expansion is inevitable because it already has started.
There are only 108,553,765 shares in the float. Any over sold shares is not our problem or concern. This stock float correction is already under way to expose it and correct it so only the true float is available for trading.
Many OTC companies will issue a stock dividend to counter oversold shares but the DTC will just multiply the over sold shares in the float to accommodate the dividend thus increasing the shares available causing the price to drop.
A cash dividend would take care of the problem because a cash dividend is not multiplied by the DTC. That should correct any issues with shares that are not part of the true 108,553,765 float and could likely cause the shares to rise not fall and also eliminate all the over sold shares that look to be as far back as 2012.
People were asked to email GNGR their share count and what they paid and then data sent to out office. Many who did not send this info who are complaining quit a bit about the share price with good reason, however what people told us they owned and the ones who did not but say they own a large number of shares is either there are more shares sold then what is in the true float of the ones who complain the most only own $100 worth.
This will all come to a conclusion very soon. GNGR is not going anyplace but up. If people can’t see that we cannot help that.
Low float, great products, sales, expansion and new creations to grow further. No marketing manipulation, no PR pumps, Sure a few bashers here on IHUB but lets face it No one can bash a possible cash divi if the money is real.

Quick Update – Silver Drop Collection
Just to keep people informed about the progress. Do not worry; we have a proofreader to help with the spelling.
The GUGR website has a secret link. If you log onto GUGR com scroll down to the bottom left. There you will see initials DB (those of the distributor rep) Click on those initials.
That will take you to the working Wholesale main page. The only LIVE working link in the list is CHRISTMAS. Check it out.
With a realistic goal of 3500 titles by 2021, GNGR’s available titles will be multiplied by 9 due to the new nine-color selection, giving GNGR 31,500 different skews.
Running numbers with our team and rep while Mr. Newsteder is diligently working on the website are very exciting and already happening.
The logic of GNGR’s philosophy is with even the current 400 designs not multiplied by the 9 colors available are simple to grasp.
Due to the retail market the way it is, Stores and resellers are limiting their spending to only what they need without tying up capital in excess inventory. For this reason GNGR even went further having found a very low cost necklace and jewelry mesh bag. A reduction at wholesale to $9.99 with a cost of $4.11 in sterling silver still leaves almost 60% net profits per piece.
Having the Representative contact 500 locations in their customer database of 20,000+ clients for starters who each will purchase no less than 30 pieces per month at $9.99 wholesale with a retail of $22 is all but a guaranteed sale each month per wholesale account totaling under $300 each. This equates to only selling one Silver Drop per day in a high traffic retail environment at a very affordable retail price.
GNGR would be making a $5.90 profit on each casting. 30 castings per location each month comes to $177. Based on 500 locations to start is roughly $88,500 per month in net profits after costs.
The Representative will receive a very favorable commission based on sales they would be in charge of for the entire Silver Drop Collection.
A 30% commission rate on $88,500 would amount to $26,550 per month on those smaller sales to more buyers leaving $61.950 for GNGR after costs.
This favorable commission rate is not only far above industry norms but it assures that the representative will continue to expand the sales beyond 500 accounts to maybe 5000 or more.
GNGR has assured that the product can be made and shipped in less than a week with free shipping, GNGR would use the profit from one pedant ($5.90) for a USPS priority package that would allow up to one pound (100 pendants) before incurring more shipping costs.
To further attest to how this will work well. If 1500 locations order just 10 pendants per month, which comes to only $99.00 per account with GNGR getting $5.90 each (Total $59.00), times 1500 locations comes to the same $88,500 per month after costs selling more to less stores.
If those stores see the value and watch the sales rise 4 fold and they continue to order more as customers see the value and huge selection, we can assume that $88,500 will end up closer to $350,000 monthly.
If the Representative wants to make that amazing commission, they will see to it those sales goals are reached. And they know what they are doing already in this industry as well known professionals.
This philosophy of Mr. Newsteder is to move forward with the new products that will assure guaranteeing sales of less merchandise to more buyers and will be key to moving GNGR up the OTC trading tier and also show how this has all come together for the good of the company, the CEO, The team involved as well as the public shareholders is the main priority and so far GNGR has not let up or given up like most would have already.
Things are not letting up and this new added line to the artistic line will be key to great sales to more locations with a large selection as a price so affordable assuring continued sales month after month, year after year.
We can say this because it has already started. OTC current and financials will soon follow once things are all set up in place and the marketing goes into full force.
To protect the resellers and the representatives, GNGR may remove all listings from on line and direct sales through the website. We want to show good faith with the sales representatives that they are in 100% control of the operations sales. If they do not reach the agreed goal we have the right to sell by other means. GNGR has just sighed up for an Amazon account but will not list any items until we have a formal deal worked out with the representatives.
If the Reps hit the 500 x $300 or 1500 x $99 goal we will continue giving them exclusive rights to sell the entire line.
Team10 owns a lot of shares, Mr. Newsteder owns a boat load. When this hits like we see happening, We will be happy and Mr. Newsteder will than own a boat load of money.
Seems fair to Team10 and GNGR and all you shareholders as we move forward.

Macdwatcher1,
OTC companies plan is to sell massive shares then fold the company. Rarely do they say "Hay we need to be good CEOs and make this work" when MILLION$$$$ are raised by selling shares, caring about the company or their reputation is not even part of the plan.
Once you stop thinking like what YOU would do as a CEO only for the fact that others are the CEO and you invested with them, and start thinking what you would REALLY do as a CEO knowing if you used all the money raised to pump into a company that will never make money or take the shares sold money and put it in your pocket, pay off the house, buy new cars and retire with a few million in the bank is when you will know what and how this game is played.
We both know that if your family home, wife and kids medical needs or even education costs are on the table you would say FAMILY FIRST and make the decisions that you morally may say NO WAY you would never do that when in fact under certain events you would.
You would never say OK ill let the mortgage laps to honor my shareholders you know it I know it. Kids need braces? Do I use money raised selling shares or say NO kids you don't get braces I have to reinvest in a company that will never profit.
People keep posting to the CEO to make it better, be nice, care about the company etc. The only thing they are doing is selling shares for huge money, when the shares run out there is no reason for the market makers to put a bid on what cannot sell. When that happens No more news, PR, Email blasts or pumpers, after that no one will want the stock or even know it exists anymore other than the ones who bought on the PR hyped pump.
Your logic of what others need to do to make YOU happen when they are in this to make themselves happy so all that BE NICE, CARE ABOUT THE COMPANY is wasted words.
The floor is yours Martinez

Macdwatcher1 - Trip Zeros. When debt shares are gone, no need for MMs to buy what they cannot sell. Eventually people will jump at $.0001 shares to cost average to make themselves feel smart.
when there are no more shares to sell, there is no more reason to promote a company when selling shares is the main source of income.
Most of the separate delivery entities consist of only one car…300-900 different companies may only equate to 300-900 cars.
Their are 400 licensed dispensaries in CA. so figuring there are 400 delivery cars would likely be each one owns their own.
Also for the fact that each dispensary would be allowed to operate their own delivery service and fall under that particular dispensories regulations.
For an outside deliver service to set up operations outside of being part of an already regulated dispensary would not be financially viable or even legal. You cannot just hand over MJ that is regulated to some unregulatd delivery service with out a regulated license. It is easier (compliance wise) less costly and regulated when each dispensary delivers themselves.
The MJ delivery industry is not like Amazon or even Uber. It’s individual dispensaries that may only own one vehicle similar to individual pizzerias that send the busboy out to deliver a pie.
There is not one large fleet corporation that delivers and so far I have only seen photo shopped images or color drawings of budcars and never one actually out on a delivery. The reason is, they’re maybe is only one vehicle.

Long read but worth the time. GNGR predicted signets demise long ago, here is the communication with the CEO and Signet. Also Kingold data is to sensitive to post publicly but its similar to Signet. Kingold wanted GNGRs mold technology that is lightyears ahead of Chinas.
Post removed from the GUGR website.
Behind the scenes, we attempted many times to enter new markets and ideas and proposals to similar and even competing companies to work together and increase sales and shareholder value. I contacted SIGNET (ticker SIG) "YES I have emails to back up these statements" too possibly partner with GNGR. GNGR would supply SIGNET (owner of KAY and JARED and other jewelry stores) with new ideas in castings. Signet would receive a large amount of shares in GNGR and GNGR would be a supplier to Signet.
-
When they elected not to work with GNGR (yes they were NASTY) My closing e-mail to the directors of SIG was the following: "With MY help, SIG will rise to $200 per share and GNGR would rise well above $5 per share", I think they figured they can achieve that without my help, I replied back, "ILL MAKE CONTACT WITH YOU WHEN YOUR STOCK DROPS BELOW $25".
-
Well guess what? Signet tanked from $150 to $22.00 ( of course when it hit $24 I emailed the board saying TOLD YA!). Then I said ill be back again when its at $8... READ BELOW! By then the CEO blocked my emails out of denial. On March 16th 2020 the stock fell below $8 as I told the CEO in 2019 (see my email below to the directors)
-
Most of Signets board (still) read my emails (and probably really pissed) but the USA contact who blocked my emails as I get a message saying its been blocked "GUESS WHY" I then posted this on a member Facebook page and the shareholders were furious Signet did not look further into my proposal. Of course soon after my posts were blocked.
-
SO this is the way it is sometimes, We move ahead and also attempt to work with others. GNGR is growing, how is SIGNET DOING? You be the judge. I also spoke to one investor group. I said here is an offer.
Sell 100,000 of the shares they own in SIGNET at $95 ( the price at the time) and invest that $9,500,000 into GNGR and GNGR will build a new state of the art factory and expand sales to compete with the BIG jewelry companies. I would have given them 100,000,000 restricted shares in GNGR and 50,000,000 in FREE TRADING stock. With this deal GNGR would surly rise back to our 2012 high of $.23 per share or even higher. At that "ACHIEVABLE" level the investors would own 100,000,000 valued at $23,000,000 and the 50,000,000 free trading they could have sold with NO 144 waiting period for $11,500,000 ( easily topping the $9,500,000 investment)
-
As it happens, they declined and SIGNET tanked from $95 to $11 then on down to $7.82 per share.
I do believe that this deal would have caused GNGR to rise to $2-$5 per share making their 50,000,000 free trading worth $100,000,000 or more and the 100,000,000 worth between $100,000,000 and $500,000,000. Not to mention GNGR castings sales would be in the millions.
-
If they owned 1,000,000 shares at the time valued at $95 and did my deal, my offer would have netted them far more then the losses. If they owned 1,000,000 at $95 is $95,000,000 and at $7.82 comes to $7,820,000 a LOSS of over $87,000,000 POOF GONE! IF they sold it as I told them before it tanks below $25 they would have at least had the cash on hand not lower valued stock.
-
Can't imaging loseing that much dough in just a few years believing that just because they are a big company they can't fail. IF they took my offer they would have made up to 5 maybe even 20 times thier loss. Imagine that!
-
GNGR is small and when we approach BIG players they seem to think WHO IS GNGR and they dont need us. WELL looks like they made a HUGE mistake having lost $$$ BILLIONS $$$ in share value with shares dropping over 90%+ - OF course I told them ill be back when the stock hits $4 per share.
-
GNGR is expanding on our OWN with NO HELP. Sure we try to see if there are other Opportunities and this issue above is NOT isolated, I have many more similar but dont need to waste my time posting them all BUT you get the idea. IF you want to read another similar event (Click here)

Grant Newsteder
CEO
The share structure is perfect, only 108,553,765 in the float. The CEO owns almost all the issued with some allies holding a few hundred million. Most of the A/S is restricted.
GNGR is more focused on sales and not the share price (yet)
GNGR will be moving up to OTC current once the financials are all caught up. GNGR is all made 100% in the USA and no portion of production in contracted or outsourced.
If you say that the share structure is the reason 2 out of 3 jewelry companies fail. Well then GNGR is the one that does not.
No worries just wanted to once again show that GNGR was right about Signet (1 of 3) and Kingold (2 of 3) GNGR will be the #3 that does not fail.
Sure bookmark GNGR and just watch what is happening very soon. NO pump, No debt dilution conversion just good old fashioned hard work.
Team10
RM5lL and Bar1080, Yes we did do our DD on GNGR and the CEO.
The credit reports were favorable, not perfect but favorable with no issues to raise any red flags when we made our decision to work with GNGR.
No felonies or even a DUI, One speeding ticket back in 1999. One factor in all this was the involvement of Christopher K. Davies who was given 100,000,00 shares to raise $1,000,000 for GNGR to expand. GNGR had only 8,505,450 shares in the float, the additional 100,000,000 issued to Davies is what made the current float 108,553.765 shares that have not changed since.
GNGR was duped as those 100,000,000 were sold for what we can tally as $5,000,000 selling between $.20 and $.01 averaged to $.05. GNGR never got the funds but were now out 100,000,000 shares.
This event looked like a GNGR stock scam dilution dump when it was just an attempt for GNGR to raise some capital, get some shares in the float for some liquidity without diluting.
If you Google Christopher K. Davies SEC you will see he was arrested for serious fraud. Mr. Newstder at the time saw no reason not to trust Davis. In fact, Davies was a legitimate attorney with many filings with the SEC at the time GNGR gave him the 100,000,000 shares. Soon after, he was involved in events that warranted his arrest.
This looked like GNGR was part of a scam when that is untrue. GNGR was duped and almost had to fold the company but Mr. Newsteder fought to keep it alive and GNGR still is. And better than ever I might add.
The SEC also investigated GNGR when all OTC listed companies went through the same process. In the end GNGR was issued a letter (attached here) from the SEC themselves that GNGR has no issues that warrant any SEC enforcement action.
The SEC looked into GNGR and Mr. Newteder more than anyone her would ever be able to.
The SEC said GNGR is good to go and that is excellent news and since 2016 GNGR has done noting but strive to continue to expand the molding process from confections into silver and gold castings that sell worldwide.
1000’s of other OTC’s were de-listed, folded or CEO’s arrested. Little to late for investor’s with regards to Kingolds $2.8 billion fraud! Or Signets demise and 1000s of other OTC pump and dumps that came and went all while GNGR remained consistent.
You think people would have looked at Kingold the way some question GNGRs validity, and those who can only question GNGRs validity only post a speculative negative to raise artificial concerns not on facts but assumptions to try and keep people to wonder if that speculation is in fact true.
The SEC investigation and outcome word is law and a fact that GNGR is not doing anything to cause the SEC to take action or cause them to have the DOJ investigate GNGR for any reason.
When people post what looks like negative facts has already been proven by the SEC as not a fact. Those negative posts are just banter with no legal or moral substance.
Anyways GNGR is legit, The CEO is not under any criminal action or nefarious issues. GNGR is a simple OTC company that is doing what they say and proving what they say they do.
We asked Mr. Newsteder to make the FLAFLYERSFAN silver key chain to prove a point, I think we did that. We wanted to send the FlyersFan sterling silver key chain to him but they have net responded to our request for their address but its here when and if they ever want it.
The next line completely different form the silver drop line will add even more products to the world market or jewelry buyers.
YES, GNGR will move back to OTC current with posted financials and positive news. We will than look into news and articles to be submitted to publications that feature new and exciting jewelry and unique items GNGR is offering.
We will than decided what to do about the low float, get some liquidity and increase shareholder value. We are in this for the money so we have the same motives as many here are looking to capitalize on.
Team10
Correct.
There is a huge difference->
Kingold committed fraud, and used fake gold to get $2.8 billion in cash and Signet took the wrong business path while GNGR is making all the right business and legal moves.
All proven facts.
People can say what they want about GNGR but saying GNGR is the same is grossly inaccurate. GNGR has not diluted, lost billions in capital and GNGR did not commit fraud.
Signets share price fell due to negligence on the part of the new CEO who fails to see what needs to be done to make their company succeed. Kingold share price fell because they used fake gold to obtain $2.8 billon in loans.
I can’t wait to see Kingolds share price Monday. I am sure Mr. Newsteder will once again say, “ I told you so” justifiable once again.
The only complaints people have about GNGR are the share price, which is out of GNGR’s control. The company is solid, legit, casting and shipping globally with a great expansion plan happening right before our eyes. If this is unacceptable to the 5 or so posters here, we cannot advise you what you should do.
GNGR as company is more solid and legit then NASDAQ’s Signet and kingold. I am sure Kingold will be de-listed.
GNGR is doing just fine and GNGR will not act on any investor’s advice or suggestions as to what GNGR should do or not do simply for the fact, GNGR is doing everything right.
Hope this helps.
Major update.
Mr. Newsteder was 100% correct about SIGNET (ticker SIG) dropping from $140 to $5.40 and anticipated Kingold would not be able to even have that much gold on hand based on reserves known in the world.
And we just saw this post on his twitter page and got confirmation that in fact NASDAQ listed Kingold is in deep trouble.
Some have said in past posts that it is impossible for GNGR to compete with these major operations. It will now be hard for them to keep up with GNGR from jail.
Signet is almost done, Warren Buffets Benbridge is all but close to being done and kingold is done.
That's a lot of done when GNGR is only doing.
People better open their eyes and ears and leave the true aspects of this industry and how to make it succeed to the professionals like GNGR.

Rottweiller, There is no problem. People bich about no liquidity then when there is liquidity they bich about the price.
You know how this works, same as most OTC stocks.
