Actually they ARE making the shoes and have been since I first posted it. It might time to check in with Thoro'Bred this week and find out when they will be under the New Products section of their website. Some news along this front sure would be nice from HYII.
You might want to read through some of my posts over the past couple months. They just started manufacturing the horseshoes in February if I recall and now they're available in all of Thoro'Bred's (our manufacturer) distributors. And like I've already said, I'm not a huge fan here but I do think there is some potential here if these shoes become a hit. Do you own DD and report back what you find. It's not too hard to get information.
Alleluia!
He is risen indeed!
Christ is risen!
That's why I buy only a small amount when I first jump in. That way if it turns out to be a dud, you don't lose much. If it takes off early, that's ok too. However, if as you do more and more DD and you like what you see, you can add over time. I'm still not a huge HYII fan but I do see some potential with time here. I'd like to see them listed on the Thoro'Bred website under new products and I'd like to see the company PR that they are selling at all the Thoro'Bred distributors. The silence is deafening.
Of course, I made a nice trade on this the first time I jumped in and then sold. Now I'll probably hold for a while and maybe add some more.
FUTURE BUSINESS
The Company will continue to focus on its primary business plan of identifying and purchasing or operating under-performing or non-performing terminal assets. With the success of the IFL terminal, Adino has proven its expertise and proficiency at taking terminal assets, re-permitting and re-licensing the facilities, installing technologically advanced equipment and outsourcing everyday operations. This approach allows us to concentrate on bringing on customers and revenues, producing positive cash flow and property value enhancement.
At the current facility, IFL is focusing on the wholesale diesel market and subsequently intends to expand into gasoline. As more wholesalers (jobbers) are delivering from rack to customer, the location and availability of product is very important to overall profitability. IFL negates the need for distributors in North Houston to store fuel. Consequently, they concentrate on just-in-time deliveries to their customers and therefore minimize their overall transportation costs.
IFL also intends to become a merchant fuel supplier to specifically provide fuel inventories to its existing customer base. This will complete the value-added service strategy to our customers as laid out in the Company’s mission statement. Management believes this will significantly enhance the revenues and profits of each terminal.
The Company is also poised to capture the growing alternative fuels and biodiesel market using its present distribution and blending infrastructure. Biodiesel is a domestic, renewable fuel for diesel engines derived from natural oils like soybean oil. Biodiesel can be used in any concentration with petroleum based diesel fuel in existing diesel engines with little or no modification, and is produced (refined) by a chemical process that removes glycerin from the oil.
With the “greening” of America and the world’s push for renewable and sustainable fuels, Adino will aggressively seek opportunities that involve existing or new technologies that can replace traditional carbon footprints. This will be accomplished through strategic partnerships.
The Company also intends to explore opportunities created for “green” companies under the stimulus bill recently signed into law.
To accomplish future growth, the Company is exploring listing on one or more foreign stock exchanges in order to augment our ability to raise capital.

Here's a novel idea to gain investor confidence and increase the share price.
Between our CEO, Chairman and Controller, they made 651K in salary and bonuses. Let's cut the bonuses out and cut the salary 50% for a savings to the company of 426K.
So instead of making 23K, ADNY makes almost 450K in 2009.
450K/93.76M = .004 eps x 20PE = .08 or 30PE .12 pps.
It's a win, win all-around.
10K came out Wednesday. O/S remains stagnant with only 500K shares added since August!
And here's where those 500K shares went:
On February 1, 2010, the Board of Directors awarded restricted common stock to Messrs. Turchi and Burney as a retention bonus. They were each granted 250,000 shares. The issuance resulted in an expense to the Company of $5,700, based on the market price of the stock at date of issuance.

The chart doesn't support any big selling the past month. We've had what maybe 2.5M shares exchanging hands every week. At say an average of .004 the past month, that's 40K in total buys and sells. So pretty sleepy action. Hopefully we'll hear an update soon.
Thanks for the summary BuckeyeMike! I will be very anxious to pour over the 8K next week. The sentence was a little confusing about their revenue expectations as it said over 5M which included potential other acquisitions. Do they mean over 5M with what we have in place now or will we need additional acquisitions to reach or exceed 5M in revs?
Let's say they have 5M in revs in 12 months at a 10% net profit margin. We'll use our current O/S of 131M (that's still where we're at correct?)
500K/131M = .0038 x 10PE = .038 or 20PE = .076 pps.
Or maybe we'll be rewarded more like a 30-1PE which would be .114 pps.
Let's say they can earn a 15% net profit and turn 750K in net profit.
750K/131M = .0057 x 10PE = .057 or 20PE = .114 pps or 30-1PE= .171 pps.
So there is some decent potential over the next 12 months based on what we know now but we'll need a lot more revs that 5M to push this into a huge multi-bagger imo. I'm assuming these companies are not doing nearly this kind of revenue now. That's what I really want to see. Is it only a million or two? Do they have a net profit now? I guess we'll see shortly.
And do you know BuckeyeMike if Bitemark has their adult segment in this deal? Linda told me no a while back. I won't be part of this if somehow this got back into the deal.
Have a Blessed Easter Mike!
Remember the sacrifice of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of all our sins! I would recommend watching The Passion today if you have time. It's tough to watch but well worth your time.
Have a Blessed Easter!
Thanks for all your effort cargo. Have a great Easter also!
So no way to listen the CC after the fact I guess. It figures. I've seen very little discussion on the CC. Anyone willing to post some important parts of what was discussed? All I've really seen posted is pretty generic. And can anyone confirm that BMC (Bitemark) does not have their sleezy side involved in this? Linda told me that it was not part of this deal. If no one knows for sure, I will find out early next week because I will be no part of that if that turns out to be the case, especially after I was told it was not by our CEO.
So I guess all us working stiffs are out of luck to hear a recording of the CC? I know freeconference.com has a record option for $6.50. Did RTGV use it? I haven't heard anyone talk about a way to listen after the fact. Sad if that's the case.
Linda told me that part is not part of the business. If I find out it is again, I'm out immediately.
Let's make sure our RTGV CEO records the conference call for all to listen to tonight. Stick a link on the old website or via some other medium. Thanks!
Up 60% on my KATX since I bought in March 10th! Chart looking stellar right now. Hopefully we'll consolidate with a nice handle and then bust out of our current base.
Certainly makes up for FRHV and RTGV today. RTGV is looking even fishier after today's shareholder letter. I tried to point out the shady details but everyone just turned a blind eye. We'll see what transpires in the next week. Right now it looks bad. Thankfully it's only one stock of many right now. Never invest more than you can lose on any particular stock. Some on the RTGV board seem way too heavily invested. These are lowly penny stocks after all.
So far no losers this year. Let's keep it going as long as possible.
Since most of us work for a living, maybe you can ask our CEO to record this conference call so the rest of us can actually hear it. I'll reserve my final judgment until after the conference call and seeing the 8K. As of now, it looks exactly like what I said it would be. A close of some sort but not what everyone was expecting. Plus it also looks like these companies are doing limited revs if we're only expecting 5M over the next year. I'll take that to mean that the current revs of these companies are considerably smaller. But then again, who can figure out this shareholders letter anyways. Down almost 50% nice on massive volume says it all.
Even though I remain very skeptical of what will happen both today and what we will see next week, I wish everyone GL and I hope it turns out as good as some of you think it will. We are all here to make money that I know!
FRHV had a great day on massive volume. Looks like the second highest volume day ever. Buy why? Maybe something is brewing. Either way, it was nice to see. Still stuck in the base but no longer under the 50 day moving average.

That's what the company has said. What no one knows is what these four companies are doing right now in revenues and profits. We should find out next week.
That's the only one that has bright spots and then some very weak pages. The rest are weak to say the least. Hopefully, that's not indicative of their rev/profit numbers.
I think you're more realistic like me. No one has any idea how many of these companies are even profitable...if any. I'd love to think that each of these 4 companies has significant net profit for a nice valuation but do they? The websites are certainly quite weak and far from professional. But then our website links to I-hub. lol! I'll gladly be wrong but I for one don't expect to see a lot of net profit from these 4 companies when we see the super 8K early next week.
The big time dilution is starting on EVRN. It was obvious as soon as the A/S was raised to nearly a billion. It's just unbelievable how many still think this is a good thing. Absurd. Raise the A/S, hire a promoter, start selling shares, make a ton and who cares if product ever gets to the market. EVRN will never go anywhere. It will never make enough money to be a good stock anymore. She's done!
Here's my prediction for RTGV:
I don't think I'll post in on the RTGV site because everyone has become a cheerleader with virtually no (actually I'd so zero DD) ever posted. And why is that? Because nothing is verifiable. It's all coming from the company. I've yet to see a piece of verifiable DD that anyone has come up with. I've tried but I can't even verify Digital-Clarity (no response from the company)
Here's what I think will happen. There actually will be a merger as stated but the 4 companies will only be doing marginal revs and profit will be slim or none. Everyone is expecting millions in net profit (at least they must be to support their .25 to .50 predictions in the coming weeks) and it's not going to happen. I think the CEO has done a good job of convincing everyone that big things are coming and maybe they will be in 2 or 3 years but looking at the websites of these companies I doubt they're very big and who knows if they're even profitable. But on the other hand we don't need much of a profit to at least hold our own. If we have about 250K in net profit, that would be about .002 eps x 20PE = .04. Enough to hold our price but no pop. What about if the profit is higher? Say 1.4M or about .01 eps x 20PE = .20 pps. I suppose that is possible but my gut tells me these four companies don't have much to them. Oh well, it'll be fun either razzing the longs or making a bunch of money.
That's why there is potential here. Good numbers hogmahub.
If you take the 14M in revs and say they have a 20% net profit margin, they would end up with .024 eps x say 20PE = .48 pps.
2.8M net profit/120M O/S = .024 eps x 20PE = .48 pps.
We'll see how this horseshoes sell.
I haven't been the one expecting those levels. It's been everyone else with their unrealistic expectations. Anyone who's read my posts knows that I've been fair and balanced. I don't fall in love with stocks. If they deserve kudos they get 'em, if not, they don't. Right now this company is failing on all accounts, especially in communication.
FRHV better wake up quick or my pick will become a Lamer Brainer pretty soon. That's why I always try to be more realistic at this level. How many months were we hearing this is heading to .15 or .25 or .50 or more. Not hardly! FRHV has a LONG way to go to even think about those numbers. I'm just hoping we've survive the year and pay our bills.
As McCoy would say, "He's dead, Jim!"
Once again I ask where is the information from this conference call coming from? An I-hub investor calling RTGV only? No public release? I guess if you're not on I-hub, you wouldn't even know about this supposed conference call? If there are 2000 investors (seems ridiculously high too me but whatever), how about informing all investors about such a huge conference call. But hey, I'm one of the few seeing quite a few red flags. I was kind of hoping this would make a nice run into the close so I could just get the heck out of here. Feeling less and less confident with time.
Fundamental calculations work quite well. I certainly wouldn't buy a stock if it didn't have some room to run fundamentally. Too much of a gamble then. No doubt you can overshoot those at times in pennies but they won't hold that long term. GL here though. We'll see what she looks like in a few months.
That's still my take too. It's too bad because I thought this might have a decent chance. At best, I just don't see the upside with the eventual O/S here.
I just look at the amount of net profit they would need to make to support even the current share price. I tag that at around 1M (at a 10-1 PE...500K at 20-1 PE). At a say 15% net margin, they would have to make over 6.5M (overall revs). I'm using 900M in my calculations because I'm assuming the O/S will be nearly maxed out in the coming months.
1M/900M = .0011 x 10PE = .011 or at 20PE = .022 pps.
That's why I think EVRN at best has minimal upside and at worst is another typical printing press to make money for the company. Hopefully you guys at least make money on this pump in the interim. I'll be curious to see how it turns out.
I know she gives off that confident aura. I guess we'll find out soon enough. My other concern is that everyone expects all these companies to be making money and thus when we see the 8K the share price will pop and we'll all make big money. What about if these companies aren't even profitable or only minimally so? I know, we'll get that answer shortly too. I guess I'm hanging around to find out.
I hope you're right. I've become even more suspicious lately. The website disappearance with a link to I-hub now, no volume, conference call supposedly set without official pr. Hopefully, we'll all be happy in the next week or two.
Where's the PR on this or is this another I-hub only announcement? Don't like this at all if that's the case (again).
The A/S was recently raised from 500M to 950M! I'm sure the printing presses will be firing shortly after this pump jump. I haven't heard yet if more shares have hit the O/S yet. I thought this was going to be a potentially decent play until they raised the authorized shares to the stratosphere. Even if you believe they just have to do this to grow the company, then valuations will be hard to support higher share prices in the future imo.
I'm thinking the company has been selling shares this week to raise a little money. Maybe for another order of bars, etc.
They could have sold 2-2.5M shares this week at say .022 and made 44K-55K.
Or maybe it's just all those shares out there for services that someone is getting rid of. There have certainly been a lot of shares issued each month.
Someday it would be nice to hear something.
The silence is deafening.
We've broken through support at the 50 day moving average this week. Sure would be nice to get some news and break back above that. Not really keen on testing the bottom of the base or the 200 day moving average down near .014. C'mon FRHV!
