MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexico's Supreme Court on Wednesday ruled that an absolute ban on recreational use of marijuana was unconstitutional, effectively leaving it to lawmakers to regulate consumption of the drug.
Announcing it had found in favor of two legal challenges filed against prohibition of recreational marijuana use, Mexico's top court crossed the threshold needed to create jurisprudence: five similar rulings on the matter.
In a statement, the court said the ruling did not create an absolute right to use marijuana and that consumption of certain substances could still be subject to regulation.
"But the effects caused by marijuana do not justify an absolute prohibition on its consumption," it said.
The first site is working again.

Is this the website? The other site doesn't work, nor does this one. Maybe it's my PC.
I see them on my desktop and my work computer but not on my Surface Go.
I think they need to make the photos a smaller file size for the site to work better.
Its good to hear that your friends dog is finding relief in CBD. Amazing how this has been out there all along, but how little research has been done on it. I agree, its good to see this as it unfolds.
This would be big if it pans out.

More importantly, the results get us closer to understanding how CBD interacts with neurons in entirely different ways than its well-known partner compound, THC – sidestepping drawbacks of affecting the endocannabinoid system in the process. And if these findings replicate in humans, we’re also closer to harnessing CBD’s potential to deliver non-addictive pain and anxiety relief, offering patients on highly addictive opioids and benzodiazepine anti-anxiety meds another way to go.

Thanks Golf, great article.
Information about Milagro was on the XYZ Hemp website until the site was updated last week. The site changed from an investor website to a product website.
This link below was posted on a sister board. It 'seems' to match the content that was on the XYZ Hemp website. There is no factual info out about this, but some think it might be an acquisition or partnership in the near future. Maybe not, but fingers crossed. :)

Real CBD companies VS fluff companies.
I saw another company on IHUB whose name I wont mention that makes a drink currently selling in Asia. They put out a PR stating that since Coke is considering adding CBD a drink, that company has decided to do the same.
Is seems like any company can have CBD infused into their products, but seed to shelf (guarantees control of quality), patented delivery systems,
low cost of CBD, experienced and proven management is what makes a real company.
If Milagro is what we hope it will be we should have low cost CBD.
The farm bill should pass in December or the food stamp budget and farm support goes to zero.
When the bill is passed the hemp sections should pass also. I haven't heard anyone in Washington argue against it.
Does that mean that growing hemp will be legal in all 50 states without further laws by the states? More importantly, does it mean the CBD will be legal in all states? If you grow hemp your going to have CBD on the farm.
I sent an email yesterday about the typo. Some picky investors just might take a pass of they see typos on the website.
I think he's clarifying the POTN PR. It was slightly confusing. I'm guessing they will be one of our sales streams, over and above the manufacturers-distributors we are currently in discussion with.
"On further business accomplishments, XYZ Hemp Inc. is excited to soon report the details of its acquisition shared in partnership with RushNet (OTC Pink: RSHN). This is in addition to XYZ Hemp Inc.’s partial ownership of the 15-acre grow and extraction operation recently reported by Western Sierra Resource Corporation (OTC Pink: WSRA):"

?
One ring to rule them all. :)
This was posted to a sister company board, very interesting info about Milagro.

This is why I thought it may be an inhaler, but looking closer at this, it is large device and not something you can pick up at the drug store.

I think POTN might be used to help sell GRPS medical products.
I missed that, thanks for clearing that up.
Good looking website, great PR!
That's how I read it too. Insurance for the CBD industry.
I'm guessing that the delivery system is along the lines of an inhaler. That would be considered "rapid absorption", correct?
He didn't tell you anything other than he has an iPhone.
Read the RSHN news all the way through, the acquisition of the medical device Dr. Stuart invented is an acquisition by both RSHN and XYZ hemp, were just not on the PR list since we are still GRPS I guess.
This is good news actually. I researched this device and it was or is going through FDA approval and all that. Perhaps we have a good share of this business, hopefully.
Also, we own part of the hemp farm and processing so part of that $15M forecast 'should' be partly ours, I hope. News would be nice here though.

Palisade, CO, Oct. 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Western Sierra Resource Corporation (WSRA), formerly Western Sierra Mining Corporation(WSRA), announces its 12-month revenue forecast of $15.6 million. The Company’s robust October harvest of more than 15 acres of high-quality hemp should yield $12,600,000; this forecast is based on published wholesale pricing at 2 cents per milligram of “CO2 extracted” full spectrum CBD. The additional “terpene” harvest that CO2 extraction allows will add an additional $750,000 in value-added revenue. Extraction services revenue @ $90.00 per pound will yield in cash or oil-exchange an additional $2,250,000. An extraordinary line of full spectrum CBD infused jams, tinctures, capsules, balms, salves, lotions, and beverages has been developed, and new products are being consistently introduced and readied for manufacture.
As the material from this month’s harvest is processed and inventories of high-grade CBD and broad-spectrum cannabinoids are accumulated, the custom retail products will be packaged and shipped through a series of retail distribution networks. The Company’s current and potential national distribution partners met last week concerning the logistics of retail sales at the Company’s Palisade, Colorado, facility. Manufacturing and packaging will be phased to coincide with the increase in CBD inventories.
This $15.6 million forecast does not include the retail revenues anticipated from increasing demand for existing products; or potential sales revenue from newly formulated full spectrum products soon to be unveiled.
Revenue forecasts specific to retail sales volume will be announced as fulfillment schedules are finalized.
Management needs to put out some information telling us what our business is going to be about other than co-owning with R and W. It's getting harder to understand what our direction is going to be.
I figured that W would be mostly agricultural and manufacturing, and R would be retail sales, and we would be pharmaceutical sales, but now I see that the P company is getting pharma also.

Are we going to be a holding company for the others or something?
Dr. Stuart Miller is VP of GRPS/XYZHemp.
And the remaining company will be Rush (merger company), no more Net.
It looks like a completely unrelated company IMO.
Didn't RG say RSHN will have an acquisition?
The contract vehicle for achieving a merger is a "merger sub".
http://pages.stern.nyu.edu/~igiddy/articles/mergers_and_acquisitions.html
The acquiring company in a triangular merger will form a merger subsidiary, which is a third, separate company that is wholly owned by the acquiring company (in this context, the acquiring company is called the "Parent"). The merger subsidiary will then merge with the acquired company in the merger.

Funny.

Good, hopefully this is it - knock on wood.
I wonder if the attorney is making these mistakes. If so the company should consider going elsewhere for their future legal work.
The language in the new letter more closely resembles that of sister company R, and it has Pink status.
The quarterly is the attorney letter.
New attorney letter.
Sometimes the OTC shows .00515 and sometimes it show .006, odd.

Hemphub is under construction again. Yesterday it showed product in bottles.
Nice find, hope this does it. Just in time for the harvest.
