In my opinion Roger has been building a successful business over the last year, not auditing companies. Roger's only responsibility to us is increase shareholder value. The record revs, franchise sells, distribution deals, etc tell me he is doing his job. The voluntary audit is a huge bonus, but by no means a reason to invest in a company. I will say it again. Our audit will not raise company revenues. It is an expense. It may bump pps, but only increasing revs and profits will truly raise our value. I don't see why this is so hard for some to comprehend. If I sell a car for $35,000 dollars, and I pay someone to count it for me, all I have is $35,000 minus what I paid someone to count it. The audit is a way for AMFE to widen our investment community. That is why it's exciting. Not because the business itself is being held back in anyway with the duration of the process. Try not to combine the two. (Business Performance/ Audit Uplist). We are killing it in business performance, and that's why I invested here in the first place.
The auditors engagement letter was dated August 10 2017. The PR you are referring to was from August 11 2017. So I believe you are misinformed on your last post. You can go to otc markets and type in AMFE. There is a bunch of formal information there. I use it all the time. Glty
3 months= typical 1 year audit
6 months= typical 2 year audit?
9 months= typical 3 year audit?
I'd say if it comes out this month the audit maybe ahead of what the Stanford study calls standard. But what do they know? Any who, I feel like I've done my part for the day calling out bs. Going golfing too nice out not to swing today. Gla
"They have advised the audit is, to be completed on, or prior to, the Companys extended deadline for filing its 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30th 2017."
I noticed you left the first part of that quote out. I'm sure it wasn't intentional that you left "They have advised" out of your post. Everything in context goes completely against your claim that Roger gave us false information. He was being transparent with what they advised. Too transparent... Maybe, but certainly not lying about it the way you are insinuating. Hope that clarifies for you.
The auditors engagement letter wasn't released until August 10 2017. I believe you misstated your last post. Please check the companies disclosure. It is really easy to find. If you research these post prior to spewing misinformation, you will not be considered uninformed. I hope that helps.
Actually here is an answer to your question. Note that the 3 month timeframe is for a "typical audit". Now we know this isn't a typical annual audit. We have 3 years worth of business, from multiple subs, with possibly three different accounting systems. It is super easy to Google stuff prior to throwing ones blind opinions out there. Plus you won't get called out as uninformed.
https://rmas.fad.harvard.edu/faq/how-long-will-my-audit-take
I agree. I think AMFE is going to really gain it's footing once audit is released. Can't wait. Could be as soon as tomorrow ;)
I'm 100% bullish here too. Glad to see your coming around. Did you get out of that other turd yet?
There are a bunch of cannabis stocks out there. Some very solid plays short-term. I have been Momo trading them. But long-term, good luck figuring out who has staying power. The diversity of AMFE makes it a good long play, but not for anyone that thinks 6 months is long...
Retail shares can be weak. But anyone still here knows AMFE's strength. True blessing finding this rocket. Strap your helmets and buckle your belts. Sh.ts bout to get real.
In my opinion it comes out at close today. No facts just a gut feeling. 50/50 last Friday. One week to adjust. Friday meeting with auditors. #AMFEGAPUPMONDAY
For a business like AMFE to aquire at least two separate companies mid audit certainly would create more "unexpected work" for auditors. Thus taking more time to complete as well. #auditimminentAMFE
Didn't expect that post to stay up to long fastmny... Good read. PM that to everyone. I think we are in for a good day today. I got a feeling of some green. Major catalysts IMMINENT for AMFE imo. Have a great day all and good luck.
This should be stickied. Well said man.
I can explain that to you very easy. The saying goes buy, hold, BUY the fear, hold, BUY more just cause any company expanding at this pace and that VOLUNTARILY hired an accounting firm to open the books up for the world to see deserves respect. #truthaboutAMFE
Sticky worthy huh?
The question is, am I going to buy more in AMFE tomorrow then E.ph has in total volume? I believe there is a high likelihood again lol. Should be a huge week building into upcoming quarterlies. I'm freaking excited about AMFE'S short term and long. I would suggest buying tomorrow. Buy the fear, reap massive rewards throughout upcoming catalysts. So many big things on the horizon here. It would be a shame to pay so much attention to a stock board, and miss the boat. All my opinion, but audit and uplist are not my opinion, they are facts.
Thanks for the pm, things of the past soon for sure. Can't wait for what's in store here. A couple people here are going to get caught with their pants down lol. Oh well. We've tried to inform them in so many ways. #cantreasonwith rocks
I know how expanding snakes through franchises increases revenue. I know how massive distribution deals generate revenue. I know how sales of Gro3, self published titles, food and drink, retail game sales, etc generate revenue. But I'm drawing a blank on how audits produce revs. Fill me in. I might start an audit farm if you can so me how I can sell them. Tia
How does an audit generate revenue? Fill me in please?
DID AMFE CHANGE THEIR TICKER TO AUDIT? I honestly can't see how this is being misconstrued as a negative. Audit is almost submitted. Cool right. With all the hype built around this non revenue generating catalyst, and all the attention it's getting means that real business news about AMFE is going to be rocket fuel. What will be not to like after the elephant in the room leaves? Will Roger be hailed as a great CEO when the audit is done? I will always grade him and AMFE on business performance. I am not invested in AUDIT, IM INVESTED IN AMFE.
So true Tuna. I'm actually really surprised by the sentiment on the Twitter page and this board. IMO, AMFE is headed in the right direction as a rapidly growing company. Roger knew when he went public what he was in for. And I believe he is up to the challenge. He has proven he can make money. Audits don't make money. Roger is not an auditor, so I will not grade him and his performance on the audit. Instead I will grade him on his performance of making money through AMFE. What grade would you give him based on the things he has had control over? I'm not blind, and can understand some frustration, but to throw the baby out with the bath water seems a bit naive and short sighted. Anyone that has performed any quality amount of DD here knows AMFE has begun to execute a massive expansion in business operations. Through organic growth of existing revenue generating subs, to the aquisition of revenue generating companies, Roger has produced at an extremely high level. The anchor (audit) is being pulled up as we speak. But Roger is not running the crank. I'm not trying to defend Roger, I don't think he needs to be defended. I invested here, not for an audit, but for the company to grow the top and bottom line consistently. In that regard, I'm am 100% happy with my investment. Anyone who thinks that the audit has permanent effect on pps is crazy. We may get a pop on audit and uplist, and some will trade it for a profit no doubt. But where we are going, audited fins are not anything special. They are necessary. So IMO, to base ones sentiment on this audit is a little dumb from an investing standpoint. The true value of the company will continue to grow as our rapid expansion continues. I personally can't wait for 2020 annual report lol. But to those who can't see the same future I see here, all the best to you as well. Have a great weekend Tuna, I'm excited for our investment here and the opportunity we have had to get in at this stage.
Great idea, I'll call Elon and see if we can rent his car when we are up there. I love your optimism, I too share this veiw of where we are headed. Best of luck to you, I better try accomplishing something today. See you all tonight.
I'll take Fiji, but a beach party in a one piece ;) on Jupiter sounds intriguing. There is 3 inches of new snow on the ground here in Wyoming, so I'll take anywhere lol
Haha, someone had to check and see lol. NEWS IS IMMINENT. AMFE is locked, good news sends this equity high imo
Halt me harder. Should we start carving up the crow to feed our uninvited visitors ;)
Rotflmao
I'll be there with you. Maybe enjoying a cocktail on a beautiful beach, not a care in the world other than our health and and health of those we love. Sounds great to me Tuna. Have a great day, Roger has EVERYTHING under control;)
We know that, but some here have lost entire positions due to stop losses.
Be careful with your stop losses at Bell everyone. Yesterday somebody sold way below market at open trying to trigger stop losses. It didn't work, but I wouldn't be surprised to see another attempt this morning. Notice they won't sell a significant amount. Glta
ÀMFE's video soundtrack for today
Missed your timing for a quick flip huh? That is too bad. If your out of patience, you know what to do. I would give it another couple days, but to each there own. Glty
Thanks for the DD. Keep checking and tell me when it is posted. Thanks
Wierd, I have not heard that they all wont either. They will be able to though, and that's all we can hope for. I'll let AMFE'S business performance do the hard lifted when it comes to drawing institutions. All I know is my average will be less than theirs ;)
My bad that's only the top 300. But I could probably find a list of all of them that can invest in audited public companies. I wonder how much money they control? I wonder how many are looking for a record revenue producing company that is profitable, that also has begun franchising, that also controls there own distribution? Probably a lot, huh?
Here's a small list, I'm sure I'm missing someone, it's from 2017. But these are the people that will be allowed to invest after uplist.

6x the money volume here than your bull call. Why aren't you on your board saying there is no interest? AMFE has stayed on top most posted for quite sometime. Pretty sure there is a lot of interest here. That doesn't take into consideration the investors who are waiting patiently for uplist. Let's keep the facts straight so as not to mislead.
I invested more in AMFE today then was even trading in your fav stock bud. AMFE is a great play. Ray Charles could see the incredible growth soon to come.
I think emotions are running high. In times like this it is important to smoke a shit ton of weed and chill. If you know what you own, there is no reason to get worked up. I think a lot of people worried may not have the same long term outlook I do. That all good. I just hate to see emotions getting involved, because the worst decisions one will ever make is when your in that state.
Did I miss something or did the 6th already come and go? Chill folks.
