I do believe it is the good doctor. Headquartered in Vegas as I recall.

I think it is a great idea to release on Fridays. I spend the weekends going over what has been promised and what has been delivered. I get too many pendings on a stock and I dump it. People can and will promise you the sun, moon and the stars. And starting on Thursdays they move into the next week buying themselves five more days of holding out hope. This company doesn't seem to be in the business of selling hope. That is a good sign. Product and performance.
I agree. Execution is all that matters. Everything else is only musing out load.
Agreed. Unthinkable that someone would accept the positions of CEO and Chairman of the Board without a well-thought out plan in place. A plan for success.
Agreed-when performance exceeds expectations, we have a winner.
Boards out. Get ready to ride the green wave.
They were waiting on that congressional hearing. Pays to know people in Washington.
Current news, current facts - We have the green

This chart takes into account up to two years of historical data to base its forward looking opinions on, does it not? Understandable that it would reflect a sell recommendation based on that.
We are not really interested in the tickers historical performance going forward though, are we?
New CEO, new ticker, new board, new projects, yes?
Houses that have had their foundations brought up to code are brought up to the current building code. Which is more comprehensive than the original requirements to pass inspection. Let's just see what they got. They are performing as promised.
Yes, there is. Jack the house up and fix the foundation. Done everyday of the week.
I think it will do better than that. And not because of some ill-thought out enthusiasm. This is good team that brings a lot of expectation from their peers for their success. It really has nothing to do with us and everything to do with promoting themselves in their own spheres of influence. And I am really good with that. It will make them work harder. Is it all about ego? You bet it is.
We need a new banner - please update. Thank you.
I have zero problems with you pointing out the caveats to unbridled enthusiasm. Problems cannot be corrected if they are not made known. And I don't believe in the interminable wait that some enthusiasts call "patience". The good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful should all be able to stand up to scrutiny.
And last week it was the same old CEO and it was.
And before that it was there was no ticker change, and that has been covered.
Hefty sized share structure - agreed to be addressed
Same old delinquent filings - those should be filed in the very near future.
Same old yield sign - at the present moment
Same old BNGI (Seeing as the ticker is fairly new, I would have to disagree on this one.) BNGI has no real history to report other than the corporate actions which were promised and executed. The facts are very important and shouldn't be ignored, agreed. But the facts do change as actions by the company unfold. And I agree, they should be done in a timely fashion.
or make additional announcements about the acquisition of real estate holdings and lease agreements?
Why yes. Yes I do. Not the same old thing at all. Is it? We have taken the guy who should be parking cars off the ticker and put the guy who owns the stadium on it. Box seats from here on out.
Who is updating the banner? We want to get Richard's name off ASAP.
Replying to @BangiInc
Good morning, Congratulations on your choice for our new CEO. Good job. I am assuming the share structure has been discussed at great length by the board. I am looking forward to reading your thoughts on how you think the current structure will support your plans for growth.
I am sure the share structure as been discussed in great detail by the board. I am going to wait and see how they propose to address it.
I refer to our new CEO as, the man who can squeeze a dollar out of a rock.
Let's just see what happens.
And his being named CEO is an unfortunate turn of events, how?
The man knows how to squeeze a dollar out of a rock.
That's a good thing.
Because, unlike us, they didn't wake up looking for it. It will come across their feed and as more p/r's are dropped it will become a priority news post.
They will be following through. Reputation is the life blood of our new CEO.
...and the ball goes over the fence!
Lists are the best. No hype. The only kind of DD worth doing.
It will be a big boost when we see who the new CEO is, we already know we have a top-notch board. All we need is the same in a CEO and I think this time, we are going to get it.
Another week won't make any difference to you, overall, right?
There is a reason, yes, I am just not sure which way that it is going to fall.
If it falls on the sunny side of the street, blue skies, at least for the short to mid-term. Could be longer. I don't know. Everything has a cycle, I believe this is moving to the upside.
You have no way of knowing if the new BNGI is the same old Cobi dressed up as a new ticker. Let's see what they got.
A new entity, a new beginning, fun times? Well, where the possibility of that didn't exist under Cobi, I think we have at the very least a 50/50 chance here. Better when you factor in the change of leadership.
I would agree that past actions under the "old" management team, meaning Richard here, would have certainly qualified as a scam.
This is no longer Cobi.
Why don't we see what can be done with the new board and discover who the new CEO is and what his vision is for the future. It is going to take a short bit to scrape what is left of Richard off the sole of Bangi's foundation. I believe it will happen. Not without some stops and starts but it will happen.
It is exactly the right move to make. Why get lost in the noise when you can stand out?
We'll see. I don't want to draw conclusions on actions that haven't been announced. Why not wait a few days and see what the p/r's hold? I understand your being critical, but the wait isn't going to be long, and they have been consistent in their performance.
Doesn't negate the fact that promises are being met with actions. I am content to watch it unfold. Great concept for the new company. Out of the ashes, predecessor Richard, rise the phoenix, Bngi.
I am happy with the change. As promised. Not a whole lot of that going around in PinkyLand in my neighborhood these days.
Why don't you wait for something that has a, take it to the bank value, to celebrate? All I see is a lot of prognostication and backtracking to cover why what was future prognostication two weeks ago hasn't materialized. I am all for making money but don't you think some of this is over the line?
Filings? That is all I really care about.
I apologize if it something I should already know, buy if I may ask, what is the significance of the Monday meeting?
I don't disagree with that. He needs to go.
That guy is a nonissue. I agree that he is a bum. And not the charming kind, either.
and if he is here thirty days from now, I would agree with you. I don't see it. Too many strong hands in the mix now. He will have to leave or they will. And that would be the end of Bangi.
I agree and primarily because the members of the board have to make a show of authority and move this forward. As it is now, it appears a very disjointed entity with little trusted direction, and the very broadest of goals. A money pit. They will make a move or there will be a unilateral resignation from the board and the the stock will cease to trade.
