They need a PR that confirms the move and recognizes IDWD as IDWS. It will take awhile for all the trades from last night to catch up since most of them probably cancelled due to an incorrect ticker. Don't give any shares up too cheap boys.
Repost in case the first was lost amongst all the garbage on this board now.
Here is my unsolicited opinion of the intrinsic value of IDWS based on estimates:
HLS Division (special dividend) = $0.50-$1.00
995ad.com (possible spin-off) $0.10-$0.20 (wirth more if compared to eBay)
Biometrics Division (internal/inactive) $0.05-$0.10
Call Center/Outsourcing Division (operational) $0.10-$0.25
Ringtones Unit (operational) $0.01-$0.05
Fishing Tackle Unit (inactive????) $0.01-$0.02
Adding all that up justifies a $0.77-$1.62 range. Until we trade within that range this one is still undervalued. Also, I may have missed a segement because the website is packed with information. Probably wondering where I got my ranges for each segment. Well I was thinking about all the pinkies and OTCBB stocks that I have researched over the past 5 years and I feel that these figures could be easily represented if each individual division was spun off. You can nit pick all you want about my estimates but for each one I can show you a pinkie or a OTCBB with less revenues, no profits, and a worse business plan that is valued higher then my estimates for each division.

Before you jump to conclusion you might want to consider how many hundred of people there are in the U.S. with that name. Wish they at least spelled out the middle name.
Thank you all for the quick responses. So glad this board got cleaned up lately. Also and additional thanks to those that brought me over here from HISC.
In my opinion we are just sitting below the resistance point of $0.50 as profit takers exit and arbitrage and additional longs enter. MM know that this will occur for a few days as investors with large positions begin to take some profits. The longer they can hold it here the better hands the shares will be in for the longer term.
Any takes on why we haven't reached the arbitrage price of $0.87 yet? Are we still stuck on a trust issue? Will it take the ex-dividend date announcement to make things official? Any concerns about how the buying company is coming up with $41.5 million in cash?
Sorry for all the questions just trying to clear up the situation. Personally I am not selling any of the my free shares below the dividend price. Just can't understand why we haven't gotten there yet. Since the market previously priced the shares fairly at $0.20 wouldn't a realistic price right now be $0.87 + $0.20 = $1.07?????
to each his own. i sold a little piece at $0.50 to get my initial investment out and i think many others did the same today. but now w are sitting on free shares and riding out the "rest of the story" as Paul Harvey would say. when it hits $1 i'll consider giving some more away, unless fundamentals change. good luck to you all.
Well hold on tight for Monday's open. Don't give up your shares cheap. Do your own math and figure out what the share price should be before selling a single share. Make the shorts earn it back. Still alot of dibelievers out there about the sale of the division. If you ask me I would rather be safe then poor. Short squeeze approaching quickly now. Website continues to improve and gain popularity. Low share count and float makes this one a real winner.
As I recall a majority of the shorts probably entered around the $0.01 and above region. So the likelihood that they didn't cash out today is slim. Considering that they were sitting on a 100% loss a few days ago, I'd say they are pretty lucky. Sorry, but I bailed today as well. I just don't think the RSS was a good idea and the "decreasing" of the A/S is crap because they are actually expanding it based on post split numbers. I'm not saying the company is crap, but I think that this will continue to drop.
For the new viewers Shaddowwatch2003 and kentc are consistant bashers. I would recommend reviewing several weeks of their posts before judging anything they post. You might get bored though since it is the same posts over and over again.
I will try to post this on a daily basis. If anyone wants me to change it slightly please let me know. I know bashers get paid by posts with their handle on it but I would prefer new comers to know the situation here up front.
Daytraders jumping off now. More longs accumulating. This one will pay off when the deal goes through. Monday should be amazing for us. Anyone with experience know how long division sales typically take? Have we seen a date range for the 995 spin off? Basically I just want to know how long w ehave to accumulate. I see a close for the week above $0.20. Short squeeze is approaching and shorts are doing all they can to keep it down. The lid if ready to pop.
Sure hope you decided not to short this one. Bad idea. Could be a nice gapper tomorrow morning. We should see over $0.20 tomorrow. I'm glad I stuck around despite the trash that came to this board. Very good triple threat here. Short squeeze, Homeland Security business puchase offer, and 995 spin off. Talk about a home run. Hang on boys the climb is begining.
"This stock is being distributed. No doubt about it. The only upside in the stock at all results from a few newbies taking initial positions and bagholders averaging down, but every time, someone sells into the buying and the stock ends up trending lower."
Shadow, is this your OPINION or do you have solid evidence. I believe it is illegal to post false information on message boards.
I'm guilt of this as well but we really need to do something about shadow and his little sidekick kent. Can I make two recommendations?
1. We put their names on the company info screen above under a recommended IGNORE list.
2. If they post two of the exact same comment two times in one week the moderator should be allowed to remove their second post. And of course the same goes for the third, forth, fifth and so on.
I've been waiting for an ounce of logic from these two but haven't found any yet. It baffles me that people like this exist. If they are paid for it then I guess I can see why they hang around. And if there are any job openings with you guys I have a few friends that would fit in great, you know the kind that love to state the obvious all the time and repeat themselves. There is just no reason why the two of you would hang around here other then an attempt to drive the price down until you feel comfortable with buying in. I'm just a few posts away from IGNORE for these two, but I will appologize in advance to the other readers of this board. Cause the day I put them on ignore will start the day that I continually post recommendations to all readers to place them on IGNORE as well. Please join me to help make iHub what it used to be (or at least this board). :)
OT: Bashing by committee, how cute.
Again you are concealing facts. if you are going to make a statement then put all the facts in there. How many ads are up today? I never said it was 550,000 yet, but they are getting there. I haven't checked in awhile because I do not worry about the site from day to day, but I believe the last total was somewhere over 260,000 ads which is beyond the half way point. Refresh my memory, how many cars does eBay have for sale? Oh that's right like 30,000ish. Hmmmmm!
They posted 550,000 cars on the website so that they don't have to constantly waste time going back in to update how many cars are there. They knew that they had agreements to post 550,000 cars and that is what they built the site to say. Since the did not expect as many viewers as they currently have they did not intend to decieve investors by posting that on their website. The less they have to go back and change after adding all the ads the faster the site can get up and running. I don't see this as an issue and I'm sorry you make such a big deal out of it.
I'd like nothing more then a critical look at this company. None of this "bunch of liars" crap. Everything that the company has said is coming to fruitation. 550,000 cars will be up there eventually and if you don't think so then maybe you should look at whose head is where.
Doubting that the company will succeed is even ok, but continuous posting of the obvious material is worthless. We all know the site is not up and running 100% yet. Will it be 10 to 15 days to fix it? Who knows. If it takes three weeks it takes three weeks. Give them time to work their magic.
These guys have really screwed up this board. I'd like to start my own message board company called Basher Beware and the right to free speach would be taken away. I'd recommend that the board moderator delete any post that is nothing more then the same bashing crap over and over again. Unsupported claims of fraud. Stupid pointing out of the obvious. Can we please find an educated basher to at least bring some meaningful information to the table.
And can we please allow the company enough time to develop its business plan. Next you will complain if they sell a few shares to fund the company's expansion into China, just because the stock price doesn't run up ten fold. The sky is definitely not falling here, just establishing a solid base and posed to jump upon completion of the website and national advertising campaign.
I never thought I would have the opportunity to get back in at this level. Thanks. Great things on the horizon for IGTN. Looks like years of growth to me. One product after another will come to market and add to the revenue stream. Bottomline advances are sure to follow. All of these revenue streams will help to make Pure Produce come to life a year or two from now. This is setting up like an opera. Let's just hope it has a happy ending for all of us. GLTA.
Ladies and gentlemen, Chisox Pat...I told you.
I first ran into Chisox Pat over on the HISC board. As I recall he was the first one there to ruin the board with the same crap over and over again. Everything was setting up nicely for HISC with order contracts in hand and upcoming white papers, conferences and trips overseas. All I can remember is crap about the company selling shares, arguments over the float/outstanding, complaints about the products, questions about why HISC hasn't completed any of these orders yet. Typical inpatient investor stuff. So Pat if you are going to join this crew of "bashers" I expect the same.
Let me save you a little time. The website is not functioning 100% because the data centers are not online to fully support the growth in traffic/content. We do not know the full extent of the advertising agreements because they are legal confidential documents. No one has paid for any advertisement yet because the site is not functioning properly. The website says over 500,000 cars but we are not there yet. The company said that once they spin off NNFA, then NNFA will be a wholly owned trading subsidairy, which we read to mean majority owned once trading opens.
Lately the new issue has been where the new bass lures are manufactured. This will be such a small segment of IDWS' business that I practically ignored that whole conversation. Although we did confirm that IDWS makes at least part of the package, either the tackle box or instructional tapes.
There are several issues about this company, but when I weighed the good with the bad I came out with more good. So bash away. I just hope that any potential investors that come along are smart enough to do their own DD and weigh it against other PK stocks. Similar to HISC and IGTN they will find outstanding potential in this one as well.
Instead of asking about how they advertise wouldn't it just make more sense to confirm that they have that particular vehicle for sale? I don't see what the big deal is right now. These dealerships are able to list for free right now until the high speed portion comes on line in a couple of weeks. At that point in time we will have to see how many actually pony up the cash to keep the ads on the sites. From there we can start talking revenues. I am not worried right now what the legal agreement is between these dealers and the site. A month from now I WIL be interested and at that point I might start to judge management's ability to get and keep customers. This is another example of people jumping the gun and not giving the company a chance to develop its business plan.
If anyone comes across any other noteworthy auto dealer sites then please let me know so I can do some digging. The days of going down the street to the local dealer to buy a used car may be long gone. Now individuals can search extensively online for vehicles within their 3 or 4 state area. I know personally I would travel 3 or 4 hours to buy a car that can save me $1000 or more. Even Bob's Family Used Car Lot that is in his driveway can post their cars for $9.95 a month and compete with the big boys. How many of you have actually bought your car based on a multimillion dollar TV advertisement? I read somewhere that 72% of people looking to purchase a vehicle start their research on the internet. Anyone stil not convinced in this business plan? Oh and they still have subsidiaries in the hot Homeland Security sector and Offshore IT Outsourcing business. What a great find!
Short Competition Comparison
Autotrader.com
Did you know that this is the same as eBay Motors? On March 7, 2000 the two companies signed an agreement to list autotrader.com vehicles on eBay. I'm not sure how successful this agreement has been since eBay only appears to list 34,237 passenger vehicles while autotrader listed far more then that. Autotrader began operations in May 1995 (online website that is). Keep in mind that they benefited from immediate name recognition because of the Autotrader paper version available at many gas stations. Autotrader has a link to over 60,000 vehicles in the UK and a link to locators in Australia will soon be up and running. I believe that IDWS/NNFA can learn alot from studying how autotrader got to where they are and they stand to benefit by avoiding many of the growing pains.
Beepbeep.com
This one was brought to my attention by "he who will remain nameless". At least I think that is who it was. Possibly his only piece of real contribution to this board. Anyways, this site was started in April 1996, but has clearly not had that much success. BY my count they have deals with dealers in 10 cities. I didn't have the time to go through each of them but I did a few and came up with about an average of 25 dealers per city. Each dealer appeared to have an average of 200 vehicles listed in inventory. That comes to about 50,000 vehicles total on the site. This is even more then eBay.
995ad.com
Working on agreements with 12,900 dealers and plan to have over 500,000 vehicles listed on their site shortly. The site began in February 2005 but I can't really find much activity there until the August time frame. So I assumed that they didn't strike the deals with the dealers until August. So thus far they have added over 200,000 cars in a month. I beleive that when the faster speed comes online that they will easily complete the remaining 300,000 to 350,000 listings. Compare that to autotrader which boasts of having 1.5 million vehicles on their site within 2 years of creation. Even at the current rate of 200,000 per month 995ad.com will have 4.8 million vehicles listed within 2 years. Hmmm, sounds like success to me.
Can anyone comment of how the effect of a CUSIP change would or would not effect any shorts? I used www.buyins.net to confirm the short positions of IGTN, but I do not see IDWS on there. I'm sure it is not an all inclusive list.
If you own the stock and you are a basher then you need to have your head looked at. If you don't own the stock and you are a basher then you need a life. Bashing on a single site like iHub or RB will not influence enough people to drop the price to where you want to buy in. Most educated investors know far to much to get flustered by your weak bashes. So if you are in fact sick of this stock then PLEASE sell it. I need another dip to buy some more. My initial buy was at $0.23 because I got a little over excited about what I found in my DD. A little patience could have saved me almost 50%. But then I bought more and more around the $0.14 to $0.15 level. I'd be more then happy to see if dip there again this week or next. There is a run coming and if you don't know why then again, see the shrink that was previously recommended.
IDS has retained counsel to file a registration statement for its wholly owned subsidiary, 995ad.com. Upon effective registration statement, 995ad.com will trade on the OTCBB as a wholly owned, publicly traded subsidiary of IDS Worldwide Solutions, Inc. (Pink Sheets:IDWS) (http://www.ids-worldwide.com). Common stockholders of IDS Worldwide Solutions, Inc. will receive a pro-rata number of shares of 995ad.com pursuant to each individual investor's holdings as of the effective date of the registration statement of 995ad.com.
Ok, from this my guess is that IDWS will retain 51% of the outstanding shares of NNFA upon completion of the issue. The remaining shares will be issued to holders of IDWS shares. The may sell a few shares as well if they need additional resources to keep the site improving. If this is the case then NNFA will in fact remain a wholly owned, publically trading subsidairy of IDWS. Ok, maybe wholly owned is the wrong term, perhaps majority owned is better. But if you think about it upon completion of the registration NNFA is stil wholly owned by IDWS. Tricky language perhaps but not incorrect. This may be aluding to perhaps the NNFA shares issued to IDWS will be restricted for a period of time in which the company needs to appropraitely stand up the website. This may drive away the weak investors that complain constantly about the performance of the site in its infancy.
Shadow, I'm doing my best to refrain from acting like the people on RB, but your posts are just dumb. Nothing personal, but you are stating the obvious 90% of the time and you continue to say the same thing. I don't understand why you just don't cut your losses and run. With this much negative fear I can't understand why you would risk losing any more money (if that really is the reason you are posting). Frankly I don't buy and of you comments. If you really are a long term investor (which is what it will take to see this one to fruitation) then get over the current conditions and look towards the future. Set some milestones to judge the company on and when they are not met then post that, but please spare us the dumb repeat posts. If eBay is the only competitor that you are comparing NNFA to then please take into account the product life cycle and where these two firms currently reside. If you are comparing it to other competitors that we are not aware of then by all means post some better start up websites (begun within the past 6 months). I have a feeling all you will find is Grandma's Dinner and Tony's Bait & Tackle with far less hits and members then NNFA.
Never mind. Go figure, as soon as I post that it pops up. Just have a slow computer I guess. Sorry.
Can someone give me a good zip code that has some cars for sale? I have search several zip codes and come up with nothing. I still have not been able to confirm the number of total vehicles because I cannot get the list to come up. When I search without entering in a zip code it goes to a blank screen and says Done at the bottom. I let it sit for a long time and stil nothing. Is anyone else having problems like this? Any recommendations?
Welcome crossbow. I recognize you and Laptop from over on the HISC and IGTN boards. Trying to make it 3 for 3 here. This company is still very unheard of. I'm still in the accumulation phase before we really start to pump this one. I guess I am greedy and want to get as much as I can before I spread the word. NNFA is worth $0.10 alone today of you ask me. IDWS is a hidden gem with its developing homeland security potential and outsourcing possbilities. I'm feel we are almost getting this one at half price right now. Once they have time to put all the adds onto the webstie then we will be seriously undervalued. I'm looking forward to buying something on the site, but I don't need a car right now. Oh, and don't forget to sign up as a member of 995ad.com, since it is free. Welcome!!!! Good luck.
Ok I finally got filled. Thanks. Looking for good things to come. My next buy will be if we hit $0.10. Hopefully we won't get there before the big run but if we do I'll be ready.
Good work on the board heading Lap. It's a pitty that the quality of our conversations have gone from bad to worse. I don't mind doubt in the company, but the name calling is childish. It's a pinkie for gosh sakes, quit thinking that everything is crystal clear and give the company a chance to run with 995ad.com. I am guilty of that same thing at times, but I get a chuckly everytime I read a comparison to eBay. Just remember that if 995 can get even 10% of eBay's business then we are looking at a justifiable share price around $5. Hmmmm, $0.14 to $5, sounds like a 35 bagger to me. I'll take that chance. Good luck all.
Still sitting on my order at $0.14. Can someone throw me a couple of shares please so I can get back to work.
Waiting on the fill at $0.14. Only 5000 shares though. One step at a time. I love this buying opportunity.
Sorry about that. A bunch of work stuff jumped out. Here is the full version of the email. Enjoy.
Dear IDS,
My name is Chad and I manage a small investment
club that recently purchased a small position in your
company. I am collecting information for my next
newsletter and was wondering if you could provide a
few answers to my questions.
1. How many states does 995ad.com have vehicle
listings for? The database covers all states.
2. How many zip codes does 995ad.com have vehicle
listings for? We do not currently have this diagnostic feature but it
is
being added to the site at this time.
3. Have you gotten any feedback from sellers as far as
sales? Our only feedback at this time is the continous addition of more
cars from current dealers to the system
4. Do you have a message on the site that informs the
users to mention 995ad.com to the dealer? Not at this time.
5. What kind of agreements have you signed with
dealers for both listing and advertising? Contracts are on monthly
basis
and if car sells in that time the dealer may place another car in that
slot for the remaining days of the month.
6. Any plans to expand into Canada or Mexico? Not at this time.
7. Concerning 995ad.com what is the order of focus
for growth? Automobiles, Boats, Motorcycles, RV's,
Vacations, Businesses, Merchandise? Now that we have made significant
advances in the auto section IDS is going forward in this manner. IDS
1st
goal is to assimilate the two new data centers in the by October 1,
2005.
This is a very extensive task given the size of the databases, servers
and load balancing that must be engineered and programed. However, upon
completion 995ad.com will have the highest internet backbone available
OC-192 the same as most major online portals.
IDS simultaneously will begin the public access to the 78,000 hotels
and
resorts in our database in real time. IDS must wait until the LEVEL III
datacenter is online in order to operate at efficient speeds to run
more
than one section of the portal simultaneously.
Fortunately or Unfortunately depending on how you look at it IDS did
not
expect this explosive growth to come so quickly with no advertising
other
than a small Google campaign. Finally IDS will go after the boat,
truck ,
RV and Real Estate sections with the same pricing structure as the auto
section with one exception, the apartment industry.
IDS will go after the 12 Million listing on Rent.com apartments that
are
currently charged $375 per lease. IDS will offer the same ad for only
$9.95 plus an additional $9.95 the apartment complex will be able to
utilize IDS RTA (Real Time Assistant) which will be imbedded in their
ad
on 995ad.com Apartment Section (this will replace the Personal section
on
the site which was just a beta test to even out to 10 sections). So
each
apartment complex when somebody is viewing their ad on 995ad.com a door
chime will ring on their computer in the apartment leasing office
alerting them that a potential tenant is viewing their ad. Then the
leasing department can immediately in real time, just like MSN or AOL
"Instant Messenger" be able to communicate with the prospective tenant
in
real time. Neither the prospective tenant or the leasing company will
have to have any software to utilize this functionality, it will be
imbedded in the 995ad.com source code for their ads. Secondly, the
leasing office will be able to "Push Pages" such as floor plans and/or
online applications that can be both printed out or filled online
electronically instantly. Finally, if IDS is only able to capture .005%
of these 12 Million apartment complexes (60,000 out of 12 Million) in
the
first year it would produce $.228 EPS prior to the 10 Million Share
Reduction.
Thank you for your questions and any constructive or site enhancement
suggestions you care to offer. 995ad.com is a monsterous undertaking to
say the least and IDS is very aware constant improvements and
adjustments
are needed on an ongoing basis. This is the reason IDS is bringing
online
more datacenters and has doubled the number of employees in our quality
control department that now has the incredible task of reviewing
thousands
of new ads per day.
Thank you very much for any response you can provide.
Also, would it be possible to add management bios to
the compny's website? If it is ok with you I will
post any informaiton that you provide to the IDS
message board on the InvestorsHub (iHub) website.
Thanks,
Chad
Ok, I got a response today to my email of questions from Friday. The response is from patrick@ids-worldwide.com. Would you prefer I posted the email as is or clean it up a bit because whoever answered it put the answers right in between the questions and it is kind of difficult to decipher? All in all it is a good solid response that satisfies many of my concerns. If we are swapping I want a few more grand at about $0.15, but I'm just a little fish.
Yeh, I got the same email. What a pathetic attempt. Almost feel like paying any price to buy more because we know we have them on the run.
shadow, what solid evidence do you have that suggests we should sell? as far as what i can find the pros out weigh the cons at least 3 to 1. i'm all for constructive criticism, but your called the company a big lie because of 7 of the 10 being restricted is crazy. basher or not present your side of the story and then wait for other intelligent responses. let's leave behind the name calling and manhood measuring. my recommendation is that if you have accumulated a nice position then hold, but the rest of us little fish still need to accumulate. you only stand to gain by us buying and you holding. good luck.
All in all not a bad week. We have completed out correction and the next stop will be north of $0.06. What a great ride. Looking forward to next week. Good luck all.
