The problem is that they only license the patents...so if I were a large paint company, I would buy out the company that actually owns the patents. Since they share management with HCTI, it wouldn't take anything at all to get a majority vote to agree to nullify the license agreements. Since they own next to no shares, the only ones who get screwed are the shareholders.
It's perfect for them. Sucks for us. I just wish I'd have realized it before dumping thousands into this company.
That's how otc traders think it works...lol
And to top it off, they put their own deadlines of stuff like CE removal and then get pissed when they aren't met.
Paid? lol
I lost a sh!t ton here from the deceiving information this company gave us shareholders...and he lost a heck of a lot more than me.
I'm still holding my initial investment here since I would have to pay my broker to sell it. Today it's worth 35 CENTS.
So that display isn't correct? lol
Genius! LOL
Totally agree!
It's true.
I think Paul is getting excited for things to come...I just received the same email as others about the financials coming soon and I haven't emailed him lately.
I guess my phone displays it enough to show you what I mean...
This is what I see when you link a chart in your posts. I see the normal chart and indicators on the left and then a small, slightly different indicator in a column on the right.

On some charts, if I view them on my phone it says the chart is truncated fir free users but if I open it on my PC, I no longer get that warning. Kind of odd...but I'm going to subscribe either way to ensure I'm seeing it all.
I'll get you a screenshot tonight (if I make it to a computer) or tomorrow...lol
Sam,
I've been reading posts and studying things and just had an AH-HA moment myself...I think I'm beginning to understand your charts. LOL
Question though...on the charts you post, what are the indicators on the right column? I'm assuming same as the left, but different time frame...or?
Probably going to get a paid stockcharts.com account here tonight so I can really dive in. Then just need to get some money built up to give it a whirl since all my plays are down currently and I'd rather not sell for a loss.
Look through 06goat's posts...he had the email.
I don't see why he couldn't buy/sell but he may have to file a Form 4 as an insider and/or have his shares restricted. Not really sure how the laws are. I'm sure he can't simply buy and sell with his information though.
That is a valid point...if you see Paul leave his position, it may be a good idea to do the same. lol
Why waste the news if you pair if with an RS? You could tell everyone the company has 100 million in assets and no more dilution left...but if you pair it with an RS, 99% of the shareholders are going to jump ship. lol
Agreed
Nothing from company...but the last time the company just smacked us all in the face with it. OS is insanely high though...their only chance for eventual success is likely to involve an RS, IF they can get it approved.
If there was a gap, it should be filled now...send her back north!
Odd... I'm sitting here watching them increase.
Flip your chart over...it's upside down.
Sorry dude, you missed the bottom...should have been here yesterday.
Will do, just to clarify that's still an extreme lotto...no chart supporting a huge move, just potential with fundamentals IF they play out.
If you can find a decent chart on it, I would love your analysis on it from a technical perspective.
Appreciate your attitude on this board...doing everything you can to ensure everybody who puts in effort wins and doesn't lose. I stay pretty quiet but read often. Working on learning what you're posting. Thanks
Check out IHSI... it's my lotto. Volume spiked hard yesterday. Their new IR guy is the same guy behind TTCM's huge run a while back so hoping for a repeat performance.
It was filed in a Form D with the SEC, not OTC Markets. That's pretty verifiable, unless someone wants to go to prison.
Would you like some cheese?
Jesus God, you folks really should take a reading comprehension class...I'm not bashing but there is a simple explanation for it.
That is NOT a list of all CE stocks. It's a list of all stocks that have had the CE symbol added or removed in the past x amount of time.
PGPM's CE symbol was added outside that time frame so it's not showing on the list. It has NOT been removed yet. When it's removed, it will appear on that list.
To summarize:
Not appearing on that list of results is bad. Appearing on that list is good.
Got a source?
Yeah, new money is just waiting on CE removal IMO
I've almost tripled my position while averaging down...lol
I sold 15 million of my 25 million shares...gonna hang on to the remaining 10 in case Paul drops some kickass news one day and send it flying, but when news never dropped after signing Paul's firm on, I lost a lot of confidence in this company and had to reduce my overall risk.
Still hoping they will produce here in the near future though.
I just doubled down at $.0068...still a small fish, but growing!
I manage an industrial park...90% of the occupants lease their space from me and the majority of them are nationwide/worldwide companies.
Some like being able to upgrade/downgrade without much of a hassle.
I do occasionally lose tenants who decide that financially they're better off owning their property and feel they're stable enough to do so.
A/S has nothing to do with a stock's potential to run.
From what I saw posted, if over 90% of the OS is restricted, it seems we only have to worry about <10% setting it up to run.
Many stop sign companies run massively though...best time to profit is when they're in this situation. It's a risky gamble but if it flies, you make huge returns.
Nice!
I'm jumping in once I get some funds available
Is the dilution over for now? If so, this may be a huge runner
Hopefully they're good for a while now
I'd call bs.........but I do the same...lol
I think the money settles overnight...not a huge difference, but can run you into unsettled fund territory if you're a broke ass like me and try to buy/sell a couple times in a day.
