yea, it kinda is a waste of breath...though there are still people who recently stumbled upon this gem. They read 30 posts a page about how Roger failed with the audit. I feel like the truth needs to be brought up to the surface every so often.

AGAIN, for the 189th time,the audit was started by Roger voluntarily so that the company could uplist to a higher exchange instead of staying in a stinky pinky limbo forever. This was done for the sake of shareholders. The dude is neither diluting nor taking on toxic loans. He has hired outside help to help with the audit. Blaming him for the fact that it is taking longer than anyone anticipated is utterly ridiculous.

you might as well mention short-squeeze. Which is what these folks are in for when the audit hits. Gonna love to watch their desperate stampede with popcorn in hand.

the longer we go without audit the more elaborate these stories are going to get.....yes, it sucks waiting...yes, the last two years tested my patience like nothing else in life...ever....yes, I have friends that are waaaay underwater bc of my AMFE pitch...and yes, I do believe an ocean of DD and my gut will eventually prove me right and make me a ton of $$
