Im holding for awhile but thi this is fun to watch. So much coming down pike in the coming months.
The chart is looking Good!I don't know, but I'd say the chart has reversed. So many milestones just up ahead. NB Plant merger or the CBD machine is up and running or Earnings report, licenses, etc . Congratulations to those who weathered the storm.
What makes you think that the "Lawsuit is worthless." From my perspective TRTC has a decent case. Terra Tech is preparing a lawsuit against Anson Funds in Toronto for allegedly making libelous statements about the company to members of the Clark County Commission. One member is willing to testify.
"They were repeatedly emailing commissioners, giving them false information about our company," said Terra Tech CEO Derek Peterson. "They claimed the FBI had raided our offices, which isn't true."-Peterson
As far as this Gates guy, "TRTC is not going to waste their time going after someone that lives in some basement that barely owns a TV and leases a couch." - Peterson
Actually trtc is going after a Canadian firm called the anson fund. An entity with deep pockets. Come on do some due diligence.
Yet another example of why you don't piss off the internet. The days of anonymity are over.
"TRTC is not going to waste their time going after someone that lives in some basement that barely owns a TV and leases a couch." - Peterson
Feeling much more confident as a shareholder/investor. Patience is important. 2015 looks very promising.
TRTC could get 8 Nevada licenses soon :) CBD machine up and running and under trials. NB Plant merger coming soon making EG cash flow positive, net income positive.
I was in a Wal-Mart today and saw the usual display. I'd say there was around 20 plants. They all looked good. They have that display case that we've all seen plus any extras sitting on top of the fridges all around the produce section. I rarely go to Wal-Mart but they seem to do well. The price wasn't displayed today but sometimes is.
Unless there is something else that we are missing TRTC has a huge financial battle ahead. Most of the S1 is about risk factors. This is a very high risk stock. I put way more than I should into this, but I'm not going anywhere. I don't invest money that I can't live without. After realizing the seriousness in TRTC financials from your conversion I realized this stock could very well go much lower I hate to admit it. Monest was right all along. TRTC has big plans and they're going to need a lot of money. Maybe we're missing something that they could do to generate funds. Hopefully this NB plant merger finalizes very soon and helps EG become net income positive. Also the cbd machine turns on and starts pumping out revenue.
Someone call the Red Cross. People are going to need counseling for this horrific blood bath. In all seriousness some of you should not forget your talking to real people who have lost real money. A lot of it. Have some empathy.
I for one am not selling. Whats the point? I'll just go down with the ship. Next resistance level is .15 from last Jan.
What would make me angrier then being down over 50%? Missing out on some explosion like the one from last January, February, March.
NB plant merger as told by Derek in last interview should be finalized by year end maybe sooner. NB plants is cash flow and net income positive. This is just one reason why TRTC needed funds. Stock volatility swings in both directions. High risk can equal high reward.
Did I someone buy 72,000 shares today? Was it one of you guys? Im guessing it's haze...
According to interview,
Derek expects NB plant deal to be finalized by end of year or a lot sooner. "Much cleaner deal then before." This integration will bring TRTC cash flow positive, net income positive.
Currently training on using CBD machine and beginning trials and testing. This machine will generate huge margins through vapor cartridges. Derek working on sound branding strategies that will be announced in coming months.
Blum will be integrated into TRTC as soon as it is federally acceptable or it meets our risk tolerance appetite.
November ballots in Alaska, Oregon, and D.C.
I must be crazy because I just bought some more shares.
To buy or not to buy. I still believe in trtc. Nothing changed in my opinion. .26 support hopefully holds. Great time to average down. Im having a hard time adding to my position. Its embarrasing how much im down already. Won't be easy living with myself if I lose anymore on this thing.
I will be shocked if TRTC drops below it's past resistance levels Of Jan22 .30 or Jan17 .28 or jan 9 .26 with so many potentially positive prospects comings soon. I'm also not willing to throw anymore money at this until further progress is shown. Holding till at least August regardless. Probably much longer. If .26 cents doesn't hold then we're really screwed. I'd like to think if it gets that bad TRTC would make some crazy move. Like, "touch the plant"
I expect positive news from Nevada Aug 1
According to Derek's interview we should expect Public complaint filed regarding the tortuous interference within a month and half. I think TRTC has a great case.

That CBD machine has got to do something sooner or later. Currently training on using machine and beginning trials and testing.
Whats the chance that if MJ became legal federally that TRTC would be bought up by some larger entity? Alcohol, Tobacco, Monsanto, etc. What would that mean for us? If they wait long enough maybe they'll get it for a steal.

In one of Peterson's last interviews he mentioned they were close on making a decision on the CBD extractor. I say kick the tires and light the fires already! Whats the purpose of having all these subsidiaries? Lets see some substantial news already.
I'm not happy with the current price but hey that's penny stocks. I have a couple thousand more than I want in this but I won't freak out until we start falling below our past resistance prices of Jan22 .30 and then Jan17 .28, or even Jan9 .26
I think TRTC has done amazing things in just one year and I'm optimistic this is the bottom. But this company is just a baby and apparently TRTC seems to have enemies and have angered some competitors. They are taking on multiple industries at once. Two things Derek said that I keep thinking about. I'm Paraphrasing,"TRTC is risky and don't put your retirement savings in this." and secondly don't judge him as a ceo now but from a year or two." I'm glad he thinks he'll be around in a year. Makes me hopeful. Either way I'll take his advice and not watch this as much as I have been.
The only two things that I agree with the douche bags that spam this thread relentlessly all day and night like it's their jobs with the same shit over and over again is
1) The recent in my opinion excessive distribution of shares to themselves. I'm only angry if any of them sell significant amounts.
2) Also The monthly rent of $13,000 for that green house on 5 acres of their relatives land has always bothered me. I figured Trtc also gets the Verde family name behind them for that kind of rent.
I also am wondering why nothing seems to be happening with our farms in Indiana and Florida.
Not that I'm complaining but why wouldn't Verizon pay off some debt instead of increasing the dividend? According to my broker VZ's debt to total capital ratio is at 87.29%.
Although I hate seeing the price this low. I'm not too worried. The whole sector looks similar. HEMP, CBIS, MDBX,etc.... I'm also not buying any more until TRTC shows us something meaningful.
This stock has been so much fun. There's more drama here then on T.V. Thanks to those conveying the info. Sucks how its not just open to the public, but this is capitalism. I've always known that TRTC is a risky investment, but I'm also optimistic that they are fully capable of becoming successful.
Eager to hear aboutthe share distribution and S3,
"The company is looking to close the deal no later than December 31, 2014."
What do we know about nb plants other than it makes 8million. I couldn't find out anything on them using a Google search.
R/S and a/s ?
I came across our competition in a Stop and Shop Grocery store today. Took a picture. Looks the same as EG. DP should try to make a deal with them somehow. They sell to three big store chains. They are a private company/farm that has been around 20 yrs selling in basically the same areas. Website below. They are why we aren't in Whole foods, stop and shops, and big y. Here is their display in S&S and also EGs in a local Walmart. They all do the same thing. The day they're shipped they are placed all over the produce area but as time goes on they are limited to these standing cases. From my experiences they are selling reasonably well.

This is huge. Indiana farm coming online. Krogers is one of the biggest supermarkets in the USA. Wish I bought yesterday.
It looks like mcig are only sold online at this time. Am I wrong.
Can someone tell me where MCIGs are sold. Are they mostly sold online? Which stores carry MCIGS? percentages? Just started researching company. Looks good so far.
I don't think trtc is positioned to take advantage at all of Florida's medical marijuana industry. According to this article. We wouldn't meet requirements to grow with either of our partnered farms SunShine Growers or Palm creek produce. Only five farms being chosen. SunShine only been in business 28yrs.
"Of the 7,040 nurseries in Florida, de Vallois' nursery is one of just 46 that have met the initial requirements to be one of the five grower/dispensers. The law mandates potential growers must have been in business for at least 30 years and be capable of handling more than 400,000 plants."

I think I see some large buying beginning to take place. Getting tired of checking the price so intensely waiting to buy myself. Think I'll put in half soon and the other half as it goes up.
I'm waiting with bated breath to buy more. Just being super cautious. My wish list would be that they have pr on all these shares their acquiring and something about the s3. Or how about some #s when they announce working with Walmart. I'm excited to see the revs since Walmart wasn't part of those estimates I believe. IM optimistic, but also surprised with current low price. It needs to get back above 200ma quickly imo. Also looking at diversifying into other my companies. I'm looking at the pharmaceutical end of the sector.
According to claytrader .39 is the current support. You can watch his videos on YouTube.
By them giving them selfies stock seem to me to be a great thing if they hold them. I could see this as a huge positive. They want to own as much of their own company as possible. Wish they would have a pr about it though. Seems like a reversal may be taking place.
I respectfully disagree. I have to go and enjoy life now. See you guys Monday.

Story on Palm Creek Farm

TRTC Store/Farm locator
http://www.ediblegarden.com/find-a-store/
TRTC has partnered with two farms in Florida:
Sunshine Growers
3516 Hamilton Road
Lakeland, FL 33811
and
Palm Creek Produce Farm
18671 Palm Creek Drive
North Fort Myers, FL 33917
I'm sure very good muffler shops make that much in a year. TRTC made that in the First quarter. They are expected to be growing exponentially. I'm excited to see this quarters revs. I also love how they have an solid infrastructure in states of Indiana, Florida, NJ, etc. Able to switch to pot in 24hrs. Palm Creek one of our Farmers in FLorida has Publicly stated intentions on growing Weed.
Can someone explain that if TRTC have a farm in Westfield, IN and two farms in Florida how come there are no stores shown in those areas. In Indiana they sold at "Marsh" stores. In Florida Publixs and Walmart. I know Sunshine Growers, one of the farms, now distributes plants to approximately 250 of its garden centers and SuperCenters in Florida and Georgia as well as to 250 Publix stores on a weekly basis.Wonder what percentage TRTC gets from each plant sold from those farms? Well I know they get 15% from every plant sold by PALM CREEK PRODUCE Ft. Myers, Florida and trtc has zero risk or cost associated.

TRTC has NY, CT, NJ, PA, MD covered nicely and they're creeping into Delaware even. Looks like the beginning of a national brand. Sold in Walmart, Stew Leonards, Shoprite. Down in Florida in Publixs, etc.
Anyone ever check out ediblegardens.com You can look on a map what stores they are in. Not sure how accurate it is. http://www.ediblegarden.com/find-a-store/
Peterson should explain the S3 and shares distribution. I don't think it's too much to ask for? I am however still bullish on trtc. Looks like .40 could be the bottom. When should I buy more?
Why would anyone be selling at .40? My question is when do I buy? Doesn't seem tone going any lower today.
Man I'm watching this thing intensely. Very tempted to add shares soon. I should just buy now. Would live to get in at .38 or .40. Love claytrader's videos by the way.
I don't know. There is one is Danbury. 45 min drive for me. When I'm over there I'll check.
Never would have guessed it would get this low, but my feeling on company hasn't changed at all. Going to transfer some funds today and hope I have enough time to buy around here.
