Huh??? what is this you are talking about?
Today....it happened today.
If ever there was a good time to get people to know the FuzzNBuzz brand and model.....now is the time....
FROM CNN: New York legalizes medical marijuana
New York became the latest state to permit the use of medical marijuana on Monday.
At a news conference in New York City, Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed the Compassionate Care Act, which allows doctors to prescribe marijuana in a nonsmokable form to patients with serious ailments that are recognized by the state on a predefined but flexible list of conditions.
The bill was passed by the State Assembly and Senate in June, said Jason Elan, a spokesman for Sen. Diane Savino, a sponsor of the bill.
Cuomo said Monday that it was difficult to develop and pass the bill because it needed to embrace increased medical acceptance of marijuana while rejecting situations and conditions that state legislators said could have "good intent and bad results."
"There is no doubt that medical marijuana can help people," Cuomo said Monday. "We are here to help people. And if there is a medical advancement, then we want to make sure that we're bringing it to New Yorkers."
Senate Co-Leader Jeffrey D. Klein said the "patient-centric program" will provide relief to thousands of people and will be "one of the safest, most tightly regulated medical marijuana programs in the country."
The legalization of medical marijuana has had "overwhelming support" in state polls, State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver has said in a statement.
Cuomo has said the act included criminal penalties in case a person tries to defraud the system, as well as a "fail safe" mechanism allowing the governor to "suspend the program at any time on recommendation of either the State Police Superintendent or the Commissioner of Health if there is a risk to the public health or public safety."
New York will be the 23rd state, along with the District of Columbia, to allow medical marijuana in some form, according to information compiled by the National Conference of State Legislatures.
Among the states that allow medical marijuana are Connecticut, Vermont and New Jersey, each of which borders New York.
The momentum has picked up recently, with most of these efforts taking effect over the past decade.
A proponent of the measure, Missy Miller of Long Island, said she considered moving to California to gain access to a special strain of marijuana called Charlotte's Web oil, a derivative that may help cease her son Oliver's seizures.
Oliver, 14, suffered a stroke in utero that resulted in a brain stem injury. Among several other life-threatening consequences are seizures, sometimes more than a dozen a day.
"I am extremely relieved and proud to have been a part of helping bring necessary change that so many of us need," Miller said.
But "I am quite concerned about the 18-month implementation, though, because Oliver does not have that time to wait. I am hopeful that some kind of expedited access plan can be worked out to help those with urgent need like Oliver."
Opponents of the measure have said it was driven by politics.
"I think serious questions can be raised about using a political vehicle to achieve the use of a prescribable medication in America," William Foster, president of the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependency, told CNN when the plan was unveiled in January.
Well, to their defense, the company has made claims before....hard to know if it is true this time....
Stop calling NVOB's clients!
1) You will only antagonize the company's clients and risk their relationships
2) NVOB's clients are large organizations. It is not an option to simply call and get information.
3) The company is trying to establish itself.....be patient.
4) They are going to withhold information from us until absolutely necessary as long as their "shareholders" are going to be undercutting their ability to succeed....
Has anyone found anything on the other two new VPs listed on drem.us/afiliates along with Daryl Young?
Robert Morrison
Michael Pasanello
All - I am simply basing my comment about Darryl based on what he said.....
Please consider this, the man did not know Mike or Randy, did his homework and liked what he heard and joined on the team....I would suggest with a nice deal....
Now, do you really think he is going to run out to his friends and contacts and promote to buy stock when he has only been on the job for 2 weeks? Even with good DD, those relationships are sacred and the trust is quickly lost. I would say that yes he will tell his friends and contacts, but only AFTER Mike and Randy have proven that they can deliver and the name/symbol change is only a small part of the puzzle.
A man like Darryl likely negotiated a percentage of the Mobile app business, not just salary plus commissions.
The float comment was a question, but the float on OTC markets looked different than before,,,,,
All, DY is in charge of marketing not public relations. Any discussion with friends could constitute I sexier trading and would not be in his job description based on the radio call.
I agree that the timing of him joining is interesting h as they only need a director of marketing if they have a product or service to offer to the public. I see his role as a good sign that they have something to offer/sell.
A question, anyone notice that the float is larger than before? I think it grew by.
40%, am I wrong?
Also anyone notice the two other names Mike listed on drem.us/affiliates earlier this week along with Daryl's? One was not impressive based on my research. Anyone else do any dd on the two guys?
Where is the link?
Not true.
Bcnd claimed that they should, but Dominion disagreed.
Ranger Rick locked the gates and Dominion would break the locks and go to their meter to check the status.
Nothing there. Sorry.
All
The info on the Colorado website is nothing new.
OPERATIONALLY this is Fuzz N Buzz brands and has been for a while.
Our concern is purely a FINRA issue, a shares trading issue under the symbol.
Please don't confuse the two.
1) Legit large companies do not buy every other company out there. there are small companies that do grow.
2) We have no idea if they have been offered buyouts before or are waiting to build to sell.
3) If they are building an alliance.
Operationally it appears that they are doing the right things....
It all depends if Mike is more interested in being a CEO or life coach....
Well isn't NY already going green in 16-18 months?
That is a fine sentiment, and not illogical, however, I would point out that the company is the one that made it important. They are the ones that provided it, dangled it in front of us, saying that the name change was critical (AND IMMINENT) if they were going to PR anything, to explain their business plan. They were the ones that made this into the frenzy that it currently is, with the help of a few shareholders....
Just saying that management can't constantly be allowed to wash their hands of any responsibility....
MR GRANDE:
I get a kick that you essentially were replying to my post that either you read or someone told you about.
1) I still don't need you as my life coach. If your employees are seeking a life coach and you play that role for them, well good for all of you that you have that type of a relationship.
2) You ARE the CEO and, as a shareholder, you are MY CEO. If you did not want to be MY CEO, then you should have done everything you have done as a private company. Please don't complain about shareholders demanding communication when you chose to make your company a publicly traded company. Be it a Fortune 500 or a pinksheet, shareholders demand things, and CEOs are responsible to respond to those demands, at least the ones that are the prevailing opinions of the shareholders.
I think that your expectation that you can blurt random thoughts on twitter and that they should just be wholeheartedly loved and praised is ridiculous and unrealistic, especially since the only thing that we are, as a collective group, asking is the status of the stock symbol. Many of us have accepted and agreed that releasing the business plan may be strategically bad, but the stock symbol change delay lays on your feet. You committed several times to dates via your own communications or via other shareholders and you have NEVER taken responsibility for the inaccuracies of those statements, simply blaming FINRA.
I also reject the binary choice that you presented, there are more than those two choices, to walk away or enjoy the ride. I prefer being on for the ride, but with some idea of what to expect, at least some clue. And deliverables.
I am here because I think that this has great opportunity and my comments don't change that fact. I would suggest that You need to recognize that you decided to SHARE the RIDE with all of us, so perhaps it is you that needs to stop complaining that we are not all happy with your performance and communication and perhaps be a bit more, dare I say, PROFESSIONAL in what and how you communicate?
Sure. Just would like it to be sustaining.
Tweets ain't cutting it.
Well. Hope you don't get rained on. Looks like east coast is about to be dumped on.
Can we please move this board to the correct ihub section? The company is No longer classified as a wireless company but we are still in that section in ihub.
It will happen...but not here....based on company behavior / lack of communication....
The whole twitter thing is old and is now ridiculous. Mike isn't a life coach, he is supposed to be a CEO. I don't need him to tell me to be nice to people, I need him to tell me how the company is doing and the progress that we are making...
Why can't he tweet the reason that they made those updates to OTC?
I did read many of them. And I get the sentiment, it's just that, from what I can see they weren't the worst players in the whole thing...
So your beef with them is that they did not save an already sinking ship...??
I am not judging, just saying that it seemse to me that they failed to save that which was freefalling which I get, but does not necessarily mean that they were doing something wrong, or does it?
Over here they promoted something that they failed to do.
At CWIR they have not promoted one thing. They have not PRd one thing under CWIR...most of the information that has been learned has come from DD....
So, did Randy do the RS or was that done before they owned the company? Trying to understand what happened and what their role was in its demise....
DD is such an interesting thing. It is so easily turned on its head.
The truth is that the CEO, as is the case in pinkyland and Fortune 500 companies, dictates the truth.
We only have his word that this has been on their radar for a decade.
We only have their word that they are doing something real.
What I know is that I have watched the stock and have not seen enough volume, assuming that they (management) did all the selling, for them to have made money. The fact is that we know nothing concrete....we only have hope that they are people of their words...
Mike and Randolph appear to have a checkered history of results so I am not 100% sold on their words and ability, but I have made the personal decision that they are going to make a real try at this. even a semi-successful company could make millions....IMO.
that is why i always do AON.
Cnn.com has a whole series on mmj....some interesting stuff...
Anyone who thinks this company is not worth it... Please give me a few weeks and then sell. I am looking to double my position in the next two months.
Wow. Nice volume. Not PPS. But good volume. 10% of float.
that happened when the other guy was the President...the guy did NOtHING...nothing...
why, what do you think??
I thought the host was so-so, a little soft and all.
Mike explained his thoughts and was expectedly cautious as befits a person that knows everything.
Daryl who is still getting plugged in, was energetic and knowledgeable with clearly his OWN vision of where the money is.
With Daryl focused on mobile apps and relationships, Mike and company can focus on delivery of products, from design to development to deployment.
With a slew of pharmacists, etc., behind them, which Mike talked about....wow....the day it launches....wow...
I just want to see Q2 results....
Just for fun....how did you get in touch with the man????? LMAO
Actually I agree that the established companies will likely not jump into weed immediately, especially publicly traded companies. Too much risk for shareholders to swallow as there are too many unknowns legal, regulations, operations, etc.
When many enter, they are going to do so via acquisition. In 3-5 years, if they can get there ducks in an order, I believe a buyer is going to come in and take over CWIR/FUZZ.
Well, after all the pumping and excitement, the radio show was a non-event from a pps perspective.....was to be expected, I suppose.
Good morning.
I love that who are not happy about the program are trying to find ways to throw water on the fire that got lit yesterday.
Yes there was background noise, much of it because they were broadcasting FROM WEEDSTOCK.
Production quality is not CWIR/FUZZ's responsibility, that is PS Radio's job.
As to how all of this gets paid. That was answered, in general terms. To date Randolph and Michael have infused their OWN money into the company. In addition, they stated clearly that there are deep pockets that they can turn to IF need be, but that will be a ways away when they are looking for EXPANSION.
Share Structure - the 8 billion number has been repeatedly put forth with ZERO support, evidence, nothing.....BUT, they stated clearly that they only own PREFERRED shares and that those shares are not to be used for a long time.....and when used, the 5 billion shares will have no impact to the stock price at the time....again somewhere around 5+ years....
So, how many people did they convert? A lot? A few? No one? Seemed like the host was impressed and positive about the answers he got and from what I have heard, if he wasn't he would have said so.
Let's see if PS radio has any impact....
I say in July we will fully be Fuzz N Buzz. And we will be reporting by end of August. (IMO)
Not us....no way, no how.
Also, Anvil...pray tell, how did you get to speak to AL? I believe you when you say he is not paying attention to BCND...that is plain to see. Don't see that changing any time soon..
I have been told via PM that Randolph is in deed an SEC lawyer. All I can say is that he should make sure his linkedin account reflects his experience/degrees.....
