Today was a bad day but anyone could see what would happen once that announcement came out this morning. The fact that it has held here is big news. As I think I said earlier today, I'm just unhappy that I wasn't sitting on the sidelines with a big pile of cash because it would have been great to be buying up those 5s. As it stands, I have to wait for the inevitable bounce to get back to my average.
No way I'm ever selling into panic, that's a fools game. There will be plenty of opportunities to leave if we don't want to hold here for the long game and today was the worst time to do that.
Someone is sure playing games here because announcing like that before the bell mid-week was always going to cause maximum results.
That's all my opinion but I'm hanging in here to see what happens next. As are many others and a number of heavy buyers that stepped in today.
No. It was a speculative post based on previous filings without knowledge of who has already converted. One thing for sure is that the AS needs to be increased but everyone accepts and understands that. The RS is not required in my mind and this game is far from over.
We need updates on the noteholders left after these recent conversions before we can speculate like that. Clearly large conversions have happened which must have reduced some of these debts.
Message to anyone still in a panic - Please go see the bull with 1.3m shares to buy at 0.063 and handover your holding to him so that we can get on with the bounce. :)
No one wants to see news like todays unless they are sitting on the sidelines with a bundle of cash. Regardless of what happens with the company moving forward, it was obvious it would tank first thing. Too irresistible to shorts and too much of a panic going on not to have a dip.
My opinion on why it has not been as bad as people thought? It's not an RS for one thing, it's a meeting to vote on an RS. This is not a stinky pinky where you do some research and find the company has filed an RS behind your back and all of a sudden it happens.
The company is still what it was before and the big money investors know that. That's why you're seeing the sarcasm because it's not the first time that many have played stocks doing exactly the same. They picked the bottom and started buying up stock, anything under 6 was a great buy imo.
Panic is a terrible emotion for anyone playing the markets, loses people money every time. This stock has too much momentum for it to last long though and now that this news is out of the way, I'd expect better runs coming.
That was my point. There's some crazy logic going on around here. Even if those rules didn't exist, who would convert a bunch of shares, take control and then tank the price? Doesn't seem logical to me. Noteholders are only interested in short term hard cash and will not want to hold shares.
Theoretically yes, but not in practice unless they convert. They don't get votes utilizing their notes.
Clearly they are shorting to assist in taking down the price alongside the panic selling.
I know, it's all so predictable. I wish I was on the sidelines because then I would be buying heavy on the dip today instead of waiting for the inevitable bounce afterwards to bring me back to here and then above.
First there will be panic selling maybe assisted by some shorting and then more will sell until it gets to a level where the bulls are happy to buy back in and the shorts cover and off we go with this same old game.
What people forget is that nothing has changed. There is a vote next month on a potential RS and potential AS increase. The AS increase is inevitable and has been for a while, there is always the chance to vote no to the RS. This is still the same company it was before this news this morning and the same conversion rules still apply.
I'm not getting people's logic here. If noteholders are converting to then hold the shares and somehow take control (which they don't do), then the price would actually maintain and not tank because nothing was sold out to the market. The same rules will still apply here that have applied since the dilution began which is that they won't convert under 0.07. It would make no sense at all to convert to grab control and then vote on an RS that would then potentially harm the pps of the stock you just accumulated??
My best guess for todays action is a panic sell followed by a buy back because there is still a lot of play left in this one.
Always be ready to admit when you've sold at 8s and are looking for a really low reentry point. :)
Selling doesn't give you an unbiased opinion, it gives you an opposing opinion
So we just gave shares to the exec team to buy a company that they formed?? Even more mysterious and I need more information on why that is a good thing for us as shareholders of VPOR.
Can anyone explain why VPOR just acquired an advertising firm when they sell Vapes? Doing this during a period of toxic debt and dilution that just killed the share price seems even more mysterious. Seems like a weird choice to make unless someone can join the dots here?
So today was a short attack and panic sell, tomorrow should be a nice bounce back then!
Who said they were dumping at 5s?? 7s and 8s maybe
Something weird just happened. Their website changed today. Could be just that someone was updating and re-uploaded the pages but worth keeping an eye on it.
You here on your own these days? :)
Mysterious. I had a tracker watching for changes to the Board of Directors and exec leadership pages for ITEN. I just got a notification that the BoD page changed but I don't see the change?
I'll be watching more closely for next couple of weeks, something may be imminent ( bad or good )
Please, please, what can we do to encourage you to add $10 to your $50!! We need more whales like you here and willing to do as much dd as you require to make your decision.
I've been out for a while watching from the sidelines. I'll buy back in if it breaks and dips rapidly or if it finally starts to go above 0.004. Upside isn't worth the risk for me right now
Correct. Even the scummiest, scammiest OTC companies (which ECIG is not) declare AS increases
I agree that there is a whole load of shorting going on. There's also a whole load of flipping going on. I'm ignoring it because the underlying trend is heading north.
Shorting and flipping slow down the progress but you can't control either so best thing to do is either hold and wait or join the flipping if you can take the stress.
One thing that is inevitable imo is that this is going up
There's lines that shouldn't be crossed whichever side you sit on this one. I hope that was just a sick joke because nicotine addiction is a serious issue, especially with kids.
Thank god for vapes and smoking cessation products for eliminating tabacco finally. I personally hope they are very successful for a generation to clear out smoking and then maybe we all see sense and get rid of nicotine for good.
Not sure what you are trying to say but the volume is obviously a combination of shorting, flipping and accumulation. There are no new shares other than the one's stated.
No. Only when the T/A is gagged which in this case they are not. Even when that is the case, I've seen some very reliable guesses on many stock based on volume
It's in the 10Q that the AS is 300 mill and there has not been an amendment since then
I'm there and have some stock already!
Cutting through the bs and timing though, it does make a lot of sense that this will get more bullish in the New Year once bigger investors are back in play. There's a difference between what is logical and making claims definitively though so I take your point.
This is a very bullish stock imo but is subject to a lot of manipulation within the channel that it has formed.
It won't break 8s
This crashed down even faster than previous RS's. What a mess, can't believe it's still trading.
Nothing apparently. This was diluted down from dollars and they have been completely transparent about dilution all along. Why would they gag the T/A now?
Agree 100%! Shorts took advantage to push it down but it won't stay down
The big test will be 0.12, there was a large ask sitting up there all day Friday
Asher converted and left
Why not? Ther have been 50% swings allowing for a lot of profit already. Why would you hold up and down?
It wasn't the first time it did exactly the same thing and not the last imo. Lots of people will sell if they see it dip and then the cycle will start over
So who is still selling? This would have broken out by now if they had fully stopped.
Bulls and bears working together on this one imo. Or they are one and the same. Solid stock to manipulate up and down in this channel without any risk. When it's gone high ( like it is now ), push it back down to 8s to reload and start over.
It always worries me when people say big money is coming because big money manipulates stock down to get a good price. They also have much more capability to short this than retail. Short or sell it down, cover or reload, it's all the same.
I expect to see this back at 8s by 11am on Monday. I've stopped caring about the dips though because it is inevitably going up eventually.
He deserves something very bad for what he has done. He clearly must know how bad this has been for shareholders and to say he's happy about it is like spitting in their face.
No, but that is odd. They obviously didn't buy back over 3 bill shares in the last month so it must have been a mistake
