Couple guys just tossing $100 bucks back an forth but hey, you might get lucky. Hell, you're pretty close and, who knows, I might even get a couple hundred million shares too and all your hard work here might pay off in spades.
Look, you have no right to crow just because somebody throws a million shares your way for a hundred bucks: hell, that's barely enough for beer money. On the other hand, I'd say you can crow a little if you get 100 million shares at 1. It's not going to happen but you'll be sure to let me know if it does.
Nice action and volume today! $GCGX!
Well then, you do the math. If you bought all your shares at .012 and sold them at .022; how many shares would you have owned in order to make $50,000? $GCGX...
Look, I may be one of those four or five believers that you were talking about but that's okay because I've made over $50,000 in the last two weeks. And it's only just beginning, when we get thr CO and we start producing THC oil @ $8,000 per liter we will soon be looking at 52-week new highs, and you will still be talking about what a scam this is. $GCGX
Precisely. The fact is, the plan is the same as it always has been for the Cannabis Mall... With licensing for cultivation, manufacturing, and distribution Global can and is moving forward with their Cannabis THC plans to build a mezzanine for cultivation, building their extraction lab for manufacturing THC oil, a lab for testing, and finally the facilities for distribution.
So, our partners hold the licenses, are also the building blocks of the Chinese wall, and the agreement with the partners insures proper distribution of the earnings. Rest assured, with this plan we are going to see incredible earnings in the Cannabis Industry... Look out NASDAQ, here we come! Go $GCGX!
I agree, besides, Indulge and infused is where it's at. If we focus now on these two companies plus, testing, and distribution and scale to meet the huge demand then there is no doubt we will be in a perfect position to capitalize in the rapidly growing cannabis space. We are definitely witnessing a Cannabis Megatrend, it's just begging, and there is no stopping it now. Go $GCGX!
Certainly was, that Global got scammed by the farmer who planted the hemp crop too late in the season to ever produce enough CBD. Then to make matters worse, he was over billing. Big setback, Global took a half million dollar write off and may not ever farm hemp again.
That said, that was then and this is now and now we are moving forward, we are focused, and we are manufacturing cannabis oil; full speed ahead! We're in good shape now and when we get the CO we are probably way better off than before. Anyway, there is certainly no reason for looking back except to learn for our mistakes, we are a little wiser, more vigilant, and on the lookout for scammers because there are a lot of them out there; don't be like one of them...
Go $GCGX...
This bullshit, no way! Go Matt, go $GCGX!
Yes, progress, and when we receive the CO it's time to launch this ship.
Again, not lies, in fact, transparency. When you spend half a million dollars on a Hemp farm the public has a right to know what the company thinks the prospects are. Now, these are forward looking statements and at times plans just don't work out. After all, this was just a 15 acre test planting to determine viability. Just be glad they didn't plant all 1,400 acres; the prospects would have looked fantastic though the failure would have been a disaster. Likewise, regarding the VIP lounge, the prospects looked good but in the end the city only gave out just a few licenses. However, this was not even considered a setback as margins would not have been as good as in manufacturing considering the overhead and labor costs.
All things considered, the company has decided to shift and focus on manufacturing, testing, and distribution of cannabis products in our Cannabis Mall and I absolutely consider all this a positive and progress! Go $GCGX...
Not lies, not at all. This was all predicated on the plans they were working at the time and perfectly normal thing for a company to do. For instance, if the Hemp farm had been successful we would have reached over $100 million this year. Right now we are waiting for a revised forecast and with the prospects for manufacturing Cannabis oil as good as they are I'm looking for very good numbers in 2020. Go $GCGX...
Now I think you're starting to get it. Out of 3 billion shares, Buzzy own 1.5 billion. And at these prices that's not enough shares to go around. For instance, if several try to buy a couple hundred million shares each or if the Wales return it will run again, perhaps even harder than it did last time... $LOFB...
Yes, that estimate was for 1 extractor, we have 3 extractors already... Add to this, I think they will buy the large 25 liter extractor next quarter bringing our capacity to 40 liters per day at $8,000 per liter. For all who care and are paying attention, we will be in business next quarter with practically no debt manufacturing cannabis oils and this is a big deal! $GCGX.
Global is about to get their certificate of occupancy after the inspection of their build-out and certainly by the end of the month. Now, this is just one of many steps in starting a cannabis manufacturing business but in our case it's practically the last step and we are so close right now to turning on the oil spigot that it's palpable. Can't hardly Wait!
"Starting an extraction business comes with the same hurdles as any weed company. This means creating a supply chain management system, grappling with banking difficulties and navigating strict real estate regulations. Plus, extraction comes with the added price tag of buying the right equipment. A CO2 extraction machine typically costs a minimum of $150,000. Combined with rent and other equipment requirements, starting an extraction business has more than half a million dollars in startup costs.
But due to intense demand for extracted cannabis oil, shatter, wax, and other concentrates, extraction companies can turn a profit within the first months of starting out."

Well, I certainly thought the next or the second spin-off was going to take less time too, but, here we are, so what... $LOFB...
So, he helped Medi Mike set up his company. Just like Buzzy will help you establish your company if you win the contest spinoff. Just what is your point exactly?
Hell, if you think you're going to get vgid at 1 well you're not and neither am I.
Mike didn't can Buzzy Mike went to Buzzy. Together the two of them stood up this company, Buzzy has his strengths and Mike has his strengths and together LOFB will succeed...
LOFB is done, Buzzy's posting again and even putting out PR's. I'm betting that our spin-off of LOFB is in the hands of the TA right now as we speak. Shares are coming as early as this week; let's see who's right here.
Not yet, like I said it's a process and the law is on my side. No worries here, within a couple weeks though I believe I will receive my shares. Besides, what's the hurry, there's still a 6-month restriction.
Look, I sold my vgid shares over a year ago and bought another cannabis stock which I think is just about to break out. That's how you play VGID and you don't end up a bag holder. $LOFB...
Patience, it's a process. Were you here during the last spin off? I would say it's now in the hands of the TA and sometime next week the first shares will drop! $LOFB...
Think about what you just said, Buzzy refused his lofb spinoff which, by the way, improves the share structure significantly here for $LOFB. Buzzy gave up his 1 for 12 spin-off and that is, for your information, 67,970,833 shares based on the number of shares that he held on the date of record. So, how's your ship going to come in if you've missed the boat?
Not Regis: Hollywood Star Cuts. Linda Chadwick, Buzzy's sister, will own this one, look her up; very impressive person to have on your team. She is an experienced franchise executive who was even vice president of Burger King's franchise operations, Southeast Division, and that's just for starters. She was president and CEO of Fantastic Sams, the world's largest Hair Care franchise with over 1,300 stores throughout the US and Canada, with an excellent reputation for providing quality hair cutting service for the entire family!
Well, here's the way I see Hollywood Star Cuts: Earnings
10 stores @ $100,000 = $1,000,000.
OS = 100,000,000
Earnings = $1,000,000
EPS = $0.01
Multiple = 25
PPS = $0.25
100 stores = $2.50
1,000 stores = $25
Buy 200,000,000 vgid @ .0003 = $60,000
1 for 10 spin-off = 20 mil of Hollywood
$0.25 * 20,000,000 = $5,000,000
$2.50 * 20,000,000 = $50,000,000
$25 * 20,000,000 = $500,000,000
Go Buzzy, go Linda!
You could be right. For me it's kind of a love-hate relationship. I love what Buzzy's doing here but I hate the fact that people have made so many complaints against him because those complaints likely did delay the distribution of $LOFB.
That said, I believe we will get our shares within the next couple weeks now. Besides, this country and Mike's plan are in a much better place now than would have been 2 years ago. So, I guess there is a silver lining in this delay and I know Mike has been working his ass off. All things considered, I think we have a winner here with Medi Mike at the helm of his new business, $LOFB. And, this would have never happened without Buzzy.
Furthermore, I think Mike teaming up with Martin Archer is fantastic. You know, my kids grew up with the Rugrats and they loved it. I figure Archer knows how to connect with the people and this nation. Heck, I even know people who like The Simpsons and King of Kings. I'm not sure about Rick and Morty yet, way out there, too far out for me at least, but hey, they have a fan base too, have survived for years, and my workmate even watches them!
Finally, as excited as I am about Leaf of Faith I am just as excited about the next spin-off, Hollywood Star Cuts, because Buzzy is teaming up with his sister, Linda Chadwick, look her up. She successfully franchised and managed thousands of stores throughout the United States and Canada. This is her business and right up her alley! Now, I figure if I play Buzzy's next spin-off half as well as I played his last spin-off then I will have another winner in my account, woohoo! Go Mike, go Linda, go Buzzy!
Still hoping, yes, but I like my chances here. Mike has a plan and it seems he is working his plan and I've got time. In fact, I'm willing to give it a couple years and hoping $LOFB gets to a dollar PPS.
Look, I for one have to disagree, there is definitely money in Buzzy's spin-offs. For instance, I bought 156.5 million shares of vgid @.0008 and then sold them for about the same, but, in the process I will pick up 13.042 million shares of lofb for free. And the thing about Leaf of Faith is, Medi Mike...
Mike has been dreaming about this business and his plan for years, maybe a lifetime, and I think he has a real niche here. Then there is the fact that he is teaming up with Martin Archer to maximize and carve out his niche by creating a cartoon and characters for his Patience CBD drink. Eventually he plans to market to the whole nation. It's brilliant and very exciting. If you Google Patience CBD it's already starting to show up everywhere.
Bottom line, do the math, for every million dollars Mike makes for his company, it puts another million dollars in my account after taxes. So, I have to wholeheartedly disagree with that assessment, from my perspective there is certainly money to be made in Buzzy's spin-offs! $LOFB...
Well, I hear you and I'm with you all the way but there's just one thing, for right now at least, this is the OTC and the wild wild West and anything is possible!
What are you talkin about, it's been over two years now. So what; how long do you think it takes to make a million bucks?
Absolutely agree, anyone who has ever tackled a rehab project or built a house or anything for that matter, knows this is not out of the ordinary. In fact, this is normal and expected when it come to permitting and inspections and is certainly not a lie or a failure, this is progress... Go $GCGX
13 million plus shares, and I like my chances here too! I think next week our spin-off shares will start dropping and Mike has a plan that could put us at $2,000,000 dollars in earnings or at least revenue by 2020. Now, if that was earnings, with a multiple of 25, that's over $2,000,000 dollars in my account after taxes and a million dollars more for every million Mike earns for the company. Now, I like the fact that Mike is working his ass off, hell, it kind of seems like he is working to make me a millionaire despite myself! Go Medi Mike, go $LOFB...
Larry, earlier, I responded to you from my mailbox and didn't notice that had put me on the other board. My last couple of posts may have seemed a little odd on this board but anyway I've regained my senses now and I'm back stronger than ever.
Thanks for keeping it real. I expect as things come together we will get a run, likely going into the elections next year, especial with our up-listing plans. That's if we don't get legalization this year yet in 2019; legislation is coming fast and furious. Anyway, I expect we may even see crazy multiples at some point in the near future.
Now, I'm not saying we will get a run like Canada saw last year but we sure could considering our market is way bigger than Canada's is. In fact, California alone has a bigger cannabis market than all of Canada! Keep in mind also, though Canada may be way ahead of us when it comes to marijuana, we are way ahead of them when it comes to CBD as Canada hasn't even legalize CBD yet, not till October of this year!!! Go $GCGX...

For the cannabis industry, I think not. 25 is within the averages for regular stock even.
Then try Tilray at a multiple of 250 when their PPS went all the way to $300 dollars last year! $GCGX...
Good one, we are definitely in a battle for the ages.
There are many different forms of ownership including ownership, a rental, a lease to own, so on and so forth, and the City planning commission has jurisdiction over all of that. The certificate of occupancy comes from the city planning department. I have developed a 7 unit attached townhome complex and worked with the City throughout the project. The CO is issued by the city after the inspection, providing the build-out meets all the requirements of the city.
