WDCO went rogue and was present mainly on the sell side, not so much the bid side. Plus there was a new MM WARB or something, he had 150K bids once in awhile, might be the new sheriff in town.

You're one of the lucky ones. A lot of people I knew couldn't get filled on E-Trade. E-Trade was bombarded with complaints today because of this.

I heard TD Ameritrade was the way to go. My friend who I was skyping with got filled for 80,000 shares at .25 and he put in his well order after me. The thing with TD is I don't like non DTC chill lockouts that can potentially screw you over royally if you're stuck holding.

Yeah I still walked with some profits when the fills got easier but nowhere near what I expected. Oh well. Profit is Profit.

Yeah seriously. If Etrade prevents me from playing VLNX the way I want to for the whole duration of the play, I'm going to switch to SpeedTrader for the next play.

As I've stated multiple times today, ETrade fills were god awful. I put limit .20 when it was .16 no fill. Limit .25 when it was .20 no fill. Last attempt limit .30 when it was .25, yup you guessed it, no fill. Turns out that they have trouble handling the volume so they had to process orders manually...screwed me out of a possible 40,000$ in profits.

I just played it safe and sat it out. If the emails hit I'll chase it. Rather attempt to chase a real bus than a mirage of one.

Could have catalyzed the sell off at the EOD. People were scared of another RARS because of the absence of APS emails.

Tried VLNX one more time added .33s and .30s out around .32s. Would have been a profitable trade but I had to change my order to get out and lost 4 bucks LOL. I'm done for the day. Didn't make as much as I wanted because of the stupid Etrade filling issues but still green. GL guys.

Still some support left .34 is a must hold.

I wouldn't state it like its a fact that it will be restricted, I'm just warning peeps to "tread softly". Such problems were encountered in the past few APS plays.

The best idea is to switch to a broker that doesn't have these issues (i.e. ETrade)

They will drop it. All that matters is how much your account value is at the end of the day. If you got 25K, you're good.

So let's just say you started with 25K and made some bad trades and dropped to 24K you can still daytrade for the day unlimited and if you can make up that 1K difference by EOD, including AH, you won't be restricted.

Do know that the restrictions are pretty tough after you hit 25K and drop below it. The restrictions are you are pretty much limited to one daytrade only ever until you make the money back or deposit more money. If you violate that rule, you will will be limited to a cash only account because your margin will be taken away. This means you will only be able to trade with unsettled cash only. (3 days settlement for stocks, 1 day for options)

If its a non DTC ticker its going to be restricted by TD. For APS usually it doesn't get on the non DTC list until later. So on the first day its usually cool, but down the line you're probably gonna get locked out.

It will take into effect the next day. It goes by balance at the end of the day, where the definition of EOD includes after hours as well.

Well 2 reasons why I bought it. 1) I want to know first hand if this is legit or not. 2) I'm putting a large sum of money on this play and if it does turn out to be legit those few precious seconds to get in means a lot and if it turns out to be a scam then losing 150 bucks is not that bad in comparison to the money I'm putting in.

Because we know theres going to be people that are going to try to buy it and lose their shirt and then blame it on us for a shitty alert LOL
