Call Vert Cap ask to speak to Michael Pope he was appointed CEO in July 2012.
He's screwing with the board. No substance behind statements
Viximo was a part Vert Capital Corps portfolio list.

Wiki has some information Viximo

Michael Pope is said to be Managing Director at Vert Capital and president of Viximo. He along side Adam Levy (Also at Vert Capitol)
made investment into Viximo in 2012.
I would think Viximo is still an revenue producing company. Not certain though since anything regarding it's user database or current operations can be found.
How about a clean financial report when it hits the wire?
Can anyone explain why the bid/ask spread is so wide?
Yes
I'm certain its UMS that must provide 2 years audited financials.
The exchange or merger closed Jan 29. A super 8k is suppose to follow within 4 days of closing to which they did. Unfortunately, It appears an extension in the form of an amendment will be added to the current 8k to disclose financials.
The amendment is expected no later than 71 days after the Jan 29 close. I am not adding in the 4 day grace period.
Did the 8k dash anyone's hope of becoming multimillionaires?
.0015 to .0030
It goes from 1 then 2 and back to 1. Thin all the way back to 1.
Wire Money same day usually.
Only if you can sell those 1's.
This shot up like a bat out of hell. I missed this. Oh well.
Got a starter position here.
New to the board. What's the 340B contract all about if I may ask?
What do you think Talk (UMS) will do with the hundreds of thousands of common shares owned by ordinary investors? Will you get 1 for 1 in the new company? It's hard to believe UMS will want the common shareholder to have so much equity.
Well said.
Beta! What's the company waiting for? Market and launch the website. Or let someone else finish the development.
This moves so slow
Website doesn't work. Company is not marketing it.
Do you know what this company markets?
What do you think he'll say tomorrow?
More sales than buys. Wish it wasn't so.
I'd wait for a lower price. Those financials could be a month away. Fact is, this will go down from here.
This puppy is being walked down on low volume. Flippers will be returning. Rinse repeat.
Pivotal group has sales of 100 mil. Wouldn't that be a kicker if pivotal reversed merged with capital growth.
So as I understand, all bets are on pivitol group or global capacity going public through a reverse merger. As it stands, global capacity owns nothing but shares. Current and future shareholders are hoping for a merger. This is a bet. Place you wager. Any thoughts?
Is capital growth systems a shell as of today?
Are there two companies? Capital growth the public company and global capacity the private company.
I don't understand the reasoning for a .50 to 1.00 share price in the near term.
Please explain?
TIA
How can that happen? The float is almost just about locked by a great group of longs. Buy back and all we should be good.
Safe to say, I invested modestly this time. We just don't know enough about UMS financials to go all in.
I don't have that many Shares. I'd rather not say because if this all goes south then your shares are less than imagined or worse, worthless. I was in a ticker a few years ago that merged. It's currently at no bid. Actually I still own the worthless pos.
I have 100 mil shares at .0002. WEEEE
10k is really really late. I'm beginning to have my doubts. It's 45 days past due.
2's in the house. Anyone?
How much Debt does UMS carry? Is italk keeping UMS Management on board?
Thanks
Although the merger sounds like a fantastic opportunity, we really don't know much about UMS finances. I hope we're not merging with a company that has a substantial amount of debt.
Why has this jumped up today?
