Hostile takeover is a concern. Company is far too undervalued which makes it a a takeover target. Retail like us needs increase our positions and set GTC sell overs at $1.00 or higher. We need to defend against hostile takeovers the best we can!

CEO doesn't sound or act like the typical penny stock company CEO. I like the straight talk.

When an investor asked why the PPS was not in the pennies, he said straight up because of dilution. Shady CEOs would try to blame NSS or such nonsense. Nice to hear straight talk.

Luckily we know that dilution is done until at least August, and probably for good. We also know there is an eye to buy-back to bring the OS back down to earth.

This could chart be the next HJ*E!

Look at that chart and then our chart. It was trading in the 0.0001/0.0002 range, then had 2 days of massive volume before it finally broke out above 0.001 on the 3rd day. In less than a month is was nearly a 100x bagger from bottom to top, 0.0001 bottom to 0.0093 top.

What's better? That stock looks like a pure pump play with a Yield sign. This looks more legit and is current on filings. I'm just showing an example of where the chart should go in the coming days/weeks!
