Oh I'm sure they control this...no doubt there. And although it's annoying to see an immediate correction, I hope we're all going to experience that breath freely moment that Ashaman speaks of when, in a few days/weeks, we've uplisted and gain exposure to bigger investors making bigger investments.
I think IFSL has roughly 4.4 billion O/S. If they hit 1.5 cents PPS, that translates to them having a $66M market cap....is that realistic? It's not completely outlandish if you ask me. I am not sure what that translates to regarding P/E since I don't know what their earnings are. Does anyone know? ....let's do some napkin math here.
Ya, it REALLY SUPER DUPER doesn't matter what the stock price is .....I mean, it could be sitting at $50 right now and it wouldn't matter if we're trading this thin. The first guy to sell, would drop the price back to where we are today. Don't get me wrong, I know my point isn't precise....it's a hyperbole. :) Basically, I slapped the ask all morning...dropped about $2k on this and where are now? Unless you're trading between spread, you cna't make money on this. You NEED only to wait for the uplisting, great earnings (I hope) and volume....everything else is pie in the sky...today is case and point.
maybe we're getting placed on an exchange? ;)
Enjoy my money all.....have a night on the town or buy a nice watch! :)
ya, it ended at 12:17 or so Central time....
Sorry...no report.....they ended up mostly covering the IG program and even though they had a bunch of people on the call, no one ended up asking any financial or company specific questions...including me. I thought one or two might fly out there, but after about 3 seconds of dead air, the meeting director cut things off and signed out.
For future reference, do folks have specific questions they'd like asked that they can actually address without breaking all the rules? :)
I'm listening in with IFSL's conference call today. He mentioned that because of the recent changes with the company (ie. uplisting approval last week), that they'll be talking more about company info than the Ideal Goodness program. If you'd like to listen in to the call, it's going on now....started at 12 central time....only a few minutes into now.
Time 10:00 AM Pacific Time Monday -- Friday
Conference Number: 712) 432-6148
Access Code: 100033
haha....Thx Ashaman....Hero I can take, martyr I cannot. :)
This thing is soooo thin that I can't believe how easy it moves. I wonder what this means in the big picture? Why are MM playing around with these tiny packet share amounts if this is going to DA MOON soon? Why not buy a nice bundle and wait just a few days for uplist?
ya, me again....136k shares at 23.
Yep...think those are my 200k shares at 22.....the spread was bigger when I placing the order....18bid and 22ask.....so I smacked the ask and it didn't run to 24, but rather 23 BCUZ like u said about folks selling at the bid. Doesn't make me expect much today.
Just wanted to place one more order at these levels, in case it moves. At the risk of looking like a total fool if prices don't move nicely, "I'm slappin' the ask" again. :) 1 million at 22.
what's an Alpha trade and OTCEQ?
last 5 are mine! :)...wait (<-- that's ) supposed to be this face.. :( hehehe
Means I'm worried the PPS is gonna drop now that I bought shares and I need help from someone to stop my fall. Just bitterness speakin...pay no attention.
Ya, it's super thin....filled the 290k shares and moved the ask to 0.002. Kept my order open at 2 and it continued to fill another 500k worth but without an effect on the ask. So our support does seem to be really around 0.0018 to 0.0020 if I'm not mistaken. Wonder what will happen tomorrow? Because I bought shares today, I already know what will happen. Could someone knit me a net? :)
290k just filled....did I just move the PPS? nice... :) Now slam me down MM's...slAMO!!
out of 2.8million share, only 50k filled at 0.0018....so I moved to 2.3million at 0.002...I believe that I am now "slappin' the ask"? :)
Just placed an order for 2.8million shares at 0.0018. HOpe it bites. I was one of the dingdongs that bought 1.4million at 0.0032 ....so I'm averaging down here. Looking back 2 years on the charts, we had similar consolidation just before the big pop. Think it lasted a few weeks (maybe 4?) but well worth it to those who stuck around. We breached a penny back then, don't see why we can't again with ACTUAL good news, good potential quarterlies and new business coming into IFSL all the time.
Thanks Babeemer! Much Appreciated. To clarify, the $800k accrued liability you're referring to is the CC lawsuit for charges owed?
I would love to hear comments on this as well!...Anyone have anything to say about the SEC report statements Sliderulex is concerned about?
just make sure you're trying the conf call at the right time. I'm central and I've attended many calls (way way back when it first started) at Noon time (10 am west coast and 1pm east coast). Around the last earnings report I chymed in to one of their calls just to see if I could get some shareholder info and I ended up being the only one on the call. I got Michael and was actually able to speak candidly with him for a bit while we waited for other potential callers (who never showed) . His daily call is mainly for Ideal Goodness program. So maybe the initial marketing hype has died down and he's not performing the call as much. Unsure. Anyways, just my thoughts/opinions/updates.
I do hear that IMS program is kickin' a little buttox! People are realizing they know a few business folks/owners and offer them the free quote and boom!, have some extra cash every month. That's the hype I'm getting there...don't want to over-emphasize the good stuff. I'm in the ship with the bitter folks too...guess my side of the ship has water, that's all. :)
They say Hope is the last thing to go. :)
Agreed! I keep an eye on that board too and there's no information, just bogus rumor and conjecture. I replied with "what about the recent refiling and the automatic timeline that implies?"....no answer.
Ya, saw that and got REAL excited....checked out the yahoo site, then hit up scottrade and nottin'!! Realized after looking at the posted dates that I was lookin' Back to the Future! :) Maybe one day it will be real.
Ya, actually looking to open a gelato cafe/bakery concept. I'm still making business plans, but I have also been tempted to try and go wholesale instead. Collecting quotes and getting advice and so on right now.....do you have any advice or thoughts on this? Thanks!
...just trying to inform you about what I know.....take it or leave it...no employee here.....in fact, I'm unemployed and looking to start my own business.
Well, I wasn't one of those folks back then, but I have spoken to IFSL folks recently.
THe IMS program (Ideal Merchant Services) is interesting. It stands to provide folks with even more ways of making side money (or better!) that can then be used to continue paying the Ideal Goodness program. The IG program has been totally overhauled with newer, better, more competent customer service IMO. Also, the IMS program not only helps folks but there are proceeds that kick from it and feed IFSL and IG. In addition, the slightly longer vision is that once new businesses are signed up with IMS, IFSL will approach those merchants for access to their employees to offer them any and all of their programs. THe merchant wins by having happier and potentially more financially stable employees thus having less distracted workers and obviously the employees win too....oh, and IFSL wins, oh, and IG members win etc... This is not including the major HR company they are close to completing negotiations with to have access to all those thousands of employees and companies to which they will offer IFSL programs as well. This is a much deeper and longer term strategy than just contracting with Marketing companies that may or may not provide bogus/good leads. IFSL's main problems are IMO 2 fold; A) they need to always acquire new customers thus adding cost and B) they need to retain them. The IMS and HR programs move toward creating win:win scenarios that provide both access to new customers and many many more ways of retaining for longer if not forever, provided they make the individual successful; which is their core business. All this while helping solve the worlds starvation issue....just a little something on the side they do. :)
ok, I'm new to the boards here. Hello all. I've been reading this a bunch and wanted to post an update based on my dealings with IFSL.
IFSL recognizes that the customer service aspect of their Ideal Goodness (IG) program has been lacking. It's getting an overhaul now as we speak. They appear to have hired some new people that are TONS more customer service oriented. After speaking with one the other day, they ARE pushing a lot of the core business onto the IG members they already have in addition to house and car insurance options.
IFSL also recognizes that when times are tough and folks lose their jobs or don't see the immediate success of the IG investment that they want to leave the network. As a remedy, IFSL instituted an IMS (Ideal Merchant Services) program. This is pretty smart I think. In a nutshell, people can partake in this program (which is free) will go out and solicit merchants to provide them with a free quote on their merchant services. If IMS can't offer them a better quote, they'll pay them $500. Apparently they have something like 95% or better success rate at providing a better quote than what they are getting now. You just need to ask them to provide a free quote and the IMS rep takes care of the rest. But if that merchant signs up, you get residual income of 0.15% of ALL revenue going through that merchant's CC machine. Something like $100k in revenue = $150 of regular monthly residual income in your pocket.
But why is that good for IFSL? Well, that money they collect will go 100% towards Ideal Goodness. So! If say a network member is running into hard times and can't afford to pay their monthly fees/donation, this IMS money that is collected may help go to pay that person's fees until they can get to cashflow positive. At this point, the member owes that money back with interest but they're paying it with extra money from the network anyways. It's a double bonus though because folks in that predicament can partake in the IMS option themselves and make side residual money to help get them back on track sooner with the IG fees. Also, because IG makes interest on that money they lend you, they'll be earning more money for IFSL and/or the IG program.
THis is all in addition to their recent post on the HR program they have starting up hopefully very soon.
This was interesting and thought it might help bring back some of the dreamy-er? times. :)
