For Pre-BK holders no this would not be fair and reasonable http://problembanklist.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/06/WashingtonMutual.jpg
Read Carefully:
https://www.fdic.gov/bank/individual/failed/wamu.html#introduction
"There was no publicly-owned stock in Washington Mutual Bank. If you are an equity shareholder, your shares are in Washington Mutual, Inc., the holding company for Washington Mutual Bank, and not the Bank. Washington Mutual, Inc., and the interests of equity, debt holders or other creditors of Washington Mutual, Inc., are not included in the closure or receivership of the Bank. Washington Mutual, Inc. filed for bankruptcy protection on Friday, September 26th. Please contact Washington Mutual, Inc. directly for information about this bankruptcy proceeding."
Because the monkeys are shaking the tree
Agreed lol
I don't know about you guys but the water has gotten so muddy I can't see the bottom!
Ambulance chasing...
Ok here which section are you referring to?
https://lawblogs.uc.edu/sld/the-deskbook-table-of-contents/the-securities-acts-statutory-law/the-securities-act-of-1933/
Now which peace of case law applies to us? My point is there is much more than just picking out a statute and say look...
https://www.leagle.com/leaglesearch?exact=Securities+Act+of+1933
lol drink the kool-aid...
Good, I'm not here to teach anyone anything but 100% of nothing is nothing...
LMFAO... E-trade looks ok to me...

Exactly...
He doesn't want you to see what he is not seeing, you see...
If there is a statute that exist provide the case law as well
You need to post more give us youngsters some education.
So according to your brokers all is done and no distribution?
Every time you say Oh Jerryy I think of Foreigner's Oh Sherrie and the summer of 1985 with Sherrie gooooood times, Memmoriesssssss lol...
I don't care and the only thing that is consistent is inconsistency in the narrative. I have no clue when or if we will make a dime but I remain hopeful we make a few pennies...
Its psychic philosophy; give vague details that can apply to multiple conclusions that way you never seem wrong...
I just had a thought, why would NSM want to merge with us, a shell really, NOL's? I don't think so, I think its for the wmi assets and what better way to liquidate those asset and end it all than to sell them to WMIH/NSM at merger by way of stocks swap. You may be own to something BBob...
lol got it
LMAO one can only hope...
Sept 35 2018?
Any guesstimation of when escrow might get paid...
Well I hope you're right
So my take from the last post is that Escrow is not getting a damn thing? Awwsome...
Interesting...
What stood out to me was that WMI Investment Corp was dissolved in Jan 2018
Only thing I could find with Wells and WMI in the same ruling. Nothing new ust thought I would share. https://www.leagle.com/decision/infdco20121205d42
I think if anything is going to happen it will happen when the merger finalizes...
What you think this means for escrow?
A corporation is considered by the courts as an artificial person. A stand alone, separate from its shareholders and its officers so again NSM is merging into and becoming wmih.
When did Piers get 300%?
I think you have that backwards NSM is almost WMIH...
The only thing that makes me pause is in red, isn't that exactly how many shares released?

IMO what ever happens, will happen all at the same time of the merger...
That is what I am thinking to.
Ever thought that WMIH has its own software? Making the suit a nonissue.
Well they bought scotttrade so I guess we'll see in time but so far so good
Any statement like that would not be admissible unless it was a statement against interest lol bunny bread...
