Not all partnerships work out that well.
Remember when that guy with the mustache, I've forgotten his name, became partners with Tony Soprano? Or that guy with the Sporting Goods store?
I love the photo of the lion, Barber. It looks just like my kitty-cat.
Are you saying that DBMM having laid off 40-50 employees (80-90% of its workforce) would be good sign? Business as usual?
When was that posted?
If you read about marijuana stocks, everyone of them talks about marijuana being a $500 gazillion market, even companies with a billion shares outstanding and that are selling for 5 one hundredths of a cent.
Everyone knows that digital marketing is a big thing, that's no automatic proof of a small digital marketing company that hasn't filed for over a year and last posted a loss of 500k is worth more than it's selling for.
I'm not a basher, stockpro. I've been asking legitimate questions, and I've been trying to keep other posters honest. Misleading posts diminish the company's credibility.
That has fewer implications than it sounds.
It doesn't say "premier" partner, just partner. I wonder how much DC pays Google to be a partner.
This says NOTHING about Digital Clarity being a partner with Google:
How big of a stake does DBMM have in Digital Clarity?
Is Digital Clarity taking credit for all the rewards those other companies received?
That all reads kind of second-hand to me. Is DBMM taking credit for these companies awards, or what?
Yes! Level 2 is thin and clean all the way to .15. LOLOLOLOL
Oh they went to Haaaarvard!
You prove the point that without links, claims of buy signals are meaningless. We all can type anything, whereas a link would be effectively convincing. Without them, nada.
Please provide links. It's much more credible.
Whether I'm a "newbie" or not is irrelevant (though I'm not). You're publicly making big claims, and it's reasonable that you should be asked to substantiate them. My questions are "dd."
I beg to disagree.
Nite may be showing the bid (arbitrary number) of 5 reflecting one seller they're representing, but they--and other mms--may have dozens of more orders at 5, so we don't know how many shares are truly for sale at 5.
Furthermore, nite is showing their lowest ask, they aren't showing what their second lowest ask is. It might be gigantic, or it might not, we never really know.
Furthermore, and as I already stated, level 2 can change dramtically oin a New York second. It's impossible to tell what other investor/traders might be intending if they haven't placed an order. They can do so, however, like that.
When I read someone on Ihub saying "level 2 is thin," what I think I'm reading is "this baby's about to blow, better get in while you can," a sentiment I often respond to skeptically.
I never understand the claim that "level 2 is thin." (I see this on many boards.)
It's impossible to tell how many shares are underneath the ask, and level 2 can change in a New York second.
What does that mean that the float is locked? How is it locked? Does that mean insiders are forbidden to buy or sell shares? How many shares do insiders own?
Is that the reason for ALL the enthusiasm and thousands of posts by about 4 or 5 people the last week or so?
At quick perusal of the link you provided, I don't find any explanation as to WHY they are reporting (and amending their report) that they will be filing late, only that they WILL be filing late. They filed the same thing for the previous 4 quarters but never filed them.
Are you personally in touch with the IR rep?
With all due respect, on what have you based your conclusion that they seem to be getting their ducks in a row.
Do you mean their last pres release of April 1, nine months ago?
Could you please explain why they consistently fail to report the financials in any kind of timely manner.
Re all those links: It's nice that DBMM will be attending a trade show next week, and it's nice that they received a couple of obscure awards in 2014, but most of those links were just to lists of service providers.
Would someone please post a clearly written summation of what is supposed to propel the share price to multiples in the coming days? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
It would be encouraging if insiders were doing some buying.
Sorry, there are no insider transactions for this symbol.
I find it disturbing that at the end of all four quarters in 2016 they announced that the their 10q would be file late but then was never filed.
I'm hardly a novice penny stock (sub-penny in this case) investor, and I don't see anything "juicy" about 750 million shares outstanding.
What's the float?
That's a good looking website!, but I don't see anything about any awards. Under which heading are those awards mentioned?
