They have five days to cover the short. That doesn't mean they can't start new shorts before covering the old ones.
Companies with strong earnings deal well with short issues. Punch those horizontal holes and pump SIOR!
Short volume for today, May 22nd. Wow.

60% of today's shares were shorted.

Look up the times when shares were selling at .0046 and see if the T-trade is listed in sequence. It isn't. The last trades that went of at .0046 were at 12.18 early this afternoon. Those shares were trades hours ago.
When the last trade before closing is at the ask of .0051 and the bid is above .0046 and you have a service that doesn't give you a time stamp, it'll show up as a sell every time, even if its inaccurate. Believe what you want but the facts don't show it as a sell.
It is listed as a sell at .0046 simply because it is sequenced behind a .0051 buy, making it look like a sell, and it is listed as a sell. Odds are, it was really a buy.
The shares were purchased or sold in all probability over a longer period time and much earlier in the day. We last traded at .0046 at 12:18 PM Eastern so they were probably morning transactions.
LOL, you should be in the KMAG Management's inner circle.
Agreed. Mostly trying to point out that the agency to complain to isn't the SEC, its FINRA, the MM's best friend.
SRA, self regulatory agency definition: A transparent attempt by disingenuous crooks to make it appear that they care about the investing public they purportedly serve.
Is there something wrong with doing DD on KMAG, something most here have done? Is there something specifically wrong with KMAG that you would like to point out? Is being debt free an issue? Is it the exponential growth you don't like? Is a transparent CEO a bad thing? Is the RFID market a segment in which you see no growth? What does KMAG have to do to "gets its act together"?
If you were to take several screenshots showing KMAG with VFIN's 5000 share ask that has absorbed several hundred thousand shares without moving, you could report it to FINRA. They would really take VFIN to the woodshed, cough cough.
After multitudes of complaints of Market Maker misbehaviors, FINRA is the "self regulatory organization" that has mandated the rule of showing what you're buying or selling. FINRA is owned and operated by, drum roll please, the Market Makers. It is the quintessential "fox guarding the hen-house".

Nice post. "you are buyings shares at the same price of the ceo/kmag" This huge pullback on price is a gift for many of us that missed the first big run.
I still feel that we're being held in this trading range by some entity. When we get big buying days, the short sales for the day go way up. When we make a run at .02 or above, the short volume and percentage is pretty high. I know they have 5 days to close the short position but on high volume days, the MM's really up their game. Here's the last five trading days.

Hey Jackg, interesting that they would break up sales that way, twice. A 65K order with a 243 share partial and a 178K order with a 243 share partial. Good to know it was legit. Best of luck in building your position!

Looks like our last move up will end up being the move, before the big move, IMO.
With regard to the T-trades the last three days, they take shares out during the day. They just report what they took after trading hours are over.
I agree with virtually everything that duelittle2 posts here but disagree very much with him on what's causing the share price to be held back. I don't think its shares from lower prices being sold "up here" as much as the MM's are holding us in range while someone collects shares at whatever price they agreed to with their client. Hence the sneaky T-trades. We aren't the only ones who know KMAG has good earnings that are coming up. Once the big buyer has their shares, we will be allowed to move up.
If you watch the morning sales recently for the first 15 mins or so, you'll see the share price jump up well above the previous close. IMO that's the MM's selling some inventory they picked up during the prior day, making themselves some profits and then earning more shorting shares down below the previous close and then re-accumulating for themselves and looking to control the day. Once they have control, they silently buy shares for their client and we see the results in a T-trade at the end of the day.
One guys opinion.
Nice post greentim leave the CEO alone, he's busy making us money! Many firms and CEO's are beginning to converse with shareholders via Twitter. I hope some here suggest Mr. Reid do the same. It would lower stress and let him focus on KMAG's growth, not shareholders security.
Instead of answering the same question(s) multiple times with many shareholders, get a two way dialog via a social media forum and answer it once. It would provide the same information as PR's with less capital outlay. Just an opinion.

The company performing is obviously what will create value. If the value shows, it will get recognized. Meanwhile, we'll endure the 243 share sales at the bid from some half-wits swapping shares between marketmakers.

Mr. Reid has already announced that Q1 revenue will exceed the totals from last year and it has been repeated ad nauseum on the board.
He's got to be extremely confident making a declaration on revenues and an early 10Q release allowing himself only 20 days to make good on said statements.
He's been spot on with everything he's communicated to shareholders so far.
He stated they were debt free and the SEC filings say they are.
He said they'd be cash flow positive last quarter, they were.
He said they thought of reducing the A/S and they did.
He mentioned buying back shares from the O/S, we'll know totals soon.
KMAG isn't remotely typical for a Pinkie.
What is the most amazing thing about KMAG? IMO it is having no debt at this point in their life cycle. It's a virtual miracle. To get to where KMAG currently is the following has taken place:
-Jeff Reid conceived the RFID ideas
-He designed them and created plans
-Hired attorneys to patent these ideas
-Built a business team
-Created the product and beta tested it
-Took bids for fabrication
-Awarded contracts for fab work
-Enrolled and brought on clients
-Fabricated product and then sold product
-Delivered product and collected monies
All this while competing in a new industry with huge multinational players who were well funded and staffed beyond what KMAG may ever be.
Mr. Reid did all while avoiding debt. At this juncture in a companies life, they are usually destitute, debt ridden and highly dependent on loans and needing cash from sales to simply exist. KMAG is debt free. This is astonishing.
KMAG's early release of quarterly revenues, which are projected to beat last YEAR's revenues are 9 days or less away. I think we run into them.
KMAG's float is very average. IF the float was growing I could see reason for concern. The BIG difference is the recently reduced Authorized Shares with very little headroom to issue more shares and the buyback. As increased funds flow in, who knows how low the float could go.
The numbers are there for you to read from the high to the low. Look em' up and figure it out.
KMAG does not such a large float when you consider many stocks have billions of shares issued, KMAG's debt free, your afore mentioned revenue achievements and a shrinking float. A person could denigrate the "Pink Sheet" status all they want but the SEC filings are all current and portrait a very healthy young company. We also get another peak at another 10Q and look KMAG's growth by the end of May. Well before the financials are due. Ahhh transparency.
KMAG's Fib retrace was 85%, far more than the 62% which is normal. This has been yanked back much further than the financials will warrant IMO.
Off topic: RIP Robbins CTU*
Nice for WGAS xzx, just in time for them to be pumping 500 BOEPD from Mustang and over $1 per share, eh. Not so good for the world though.
IMO, since you have the most knowledge on the board, you ought to type out a brief post that can be stickied that gives a nice synopsis of WGAS's history and potential. It would allow new readers a quick read on the cash gusher that could be blowing here.
Thank you.
I don't agree with what you're saying.
If you were to poll KMAG shareholders as to why they are here, I doubt it's for KMAG/CEO's share buyback. It isn't for me and I doubt it is for most others. Perhaps the Mods can do a Poll as to the number one reason investors own KMAG.
The number one reason for owning shares is I see a Pinky that is NET cash flow positive and experiencing exponential growth and is grossly undervalued.
Perhaps the number 2 reason is extreme transparency, a communicative, proactive and innovative CEO in Mr. Reid. We all know the old adage about solid Management and stocks.
I love the market segment as RFID is a virtually new market and growing very rapidly. New technologies earn higher margins than older commodity based businesses with endless competitors. Also, KMAG has a niche within the RFID market with their own patents and this again enables yet higher margins.
The share buyback is a bonus. It isn't a high priority if they by back an extra 10 million shares this quarter. IF they announce they bought back that 10 mil and are leaving the buyback open during the next quarter when they have far more discretionary funds, that would mean something.
During the violent selloff, shareholders from the .000's sold to save profits. We now have a new basis from .0035 and much of the .000 shares have been turned over at this new level. New profits and performance will drive the price and KMAGS buyback of any amount will create a tightened inventory and drive the price.
Just one guys opinion.
Several posters holding at least several millions of shares declared they had purchased or repurchased shares. The sentiment toward KMAG changed dramatically today. Apollopenny bought millions all morning, Hoofman declared three million purchased and Pimping Wallstreet said he was reloaded. There may have been others but those come to mind. You're right, no tallies of shares, just declarations of posters getting in or back in.
KMAG traded very differently today than the past several weeks. Even when buys have far exceeded sells during this period, we have generally gone down. Today, almost even steven on buys vs sales and we rise a bit. End of day, no consistent big blocks hit the bid, sellers were content to leave shares on the ask. We've turned the corner and are heading back up.
KMAG bookmarks are up.
Declarations of large holdings from shareholders are up.
Positive posts are up.
For whatever its worth, we're #21 on Ihub's breakout boards. It may get a few more investors to take a look at WGAS's explosive potential.
Very nice. Airdale flipped positive today and bought some of the .0175's. Griiin
.0175's are gone. WGAS is coming off historical lows and should start to get some attention.
Ref: "It is my understanding that a road show to publicize this opportunity is imminent."
Can you share how you "understand" this?
I agree, with almost half a mil on the bid, this is looking sturdy.
The longest window of time the price sat at .0043 during the day was from around 11:45 to 12:00. That would probably make it a buy.
It's unusual IMO to see a round number on that many shares. It'll typically show something like .004325 per share and then the block size.
Wouldn't be surprised if this was part of KMAG's buy back.
There aren't too many CEO's that will hold your hand 24/7, they've got a business to run. If a CEO is using all his energy conversing with twitchy shareholders, they probably don't have anything to do or are ignoring something more important.
Mr. Reid was in China, meeting with the manufacturers that will be producing our entire product line. I would much rather him work with his production partners after an expensive trip both monitarily and time wise than sit with his Blackberry soothing hurt feelings.
Market Makers swapping trades back and forth at the bid trying to give shareholders the impression there's a lot of selling going on IMO when there's actually no selling. Lame a%% attempts at manipulation to get shares sold to them at bid.
The earnings and information for the upcoming quarter is already "booked", just not reported. It can't be changed since its past history. Mr. Reid has already stated there would be much higher revenue and positive earnings. Juxtapose that with Plague's statement that earnings would be negative for this quarter and next. Both statement can't be right and I'm banking on the transparent entity, Mr. Reid.
I've marked this post of yours. KMAG releases earnings before the end of this month, in two weeks. We'll see how accurate you are when its re-posted.
