Great Post!
-Matt
Certainly dead money when some can't even sell it if they wanted to!
-Matt
Gotcha... no L2 here but thats what I see, but as one sell.
-Matt
? Wasn't 100920 traded or just 920 @ .0028
What does that mean?
Sounds good..now only if there were 31 days in November.
-Matt
I will personally pay every Inca shareholder $1 million dollars each if Bdarmy WINS! LOL. Of course it needs to be the exact day to get paid out! HAHA
-Matt
I am not going to argue any of these points with you... however, no filings, no NVSOS update WILL equal SEC attention and if not rectified a GUARANTEED HAULT followed by a delisting. I have seen this happen to 100's of penny stocks over the past 6 mths. Yah we have a product, but thats about it.
THEY NEED TO GET THEIR ACTS TOGETHER AND YOU KNOW IT. AS does everyone else on this board and the smart ones one were gone weeks after SI flopped.
-Matt
Being a statistician, you would rightfully way all of the available data to come up with a correlation... the LONG LIST of negative data from the company in regards to being a publicly traded company... would surely NEGATE the negativity (Awareness, I call it) on this board.
Maybe I am doing the math wrong here, but Inca is the direct cause of the current situation and posting on a public message board has 0 to do with our situation.
IMO
-Matt
I believe the next deadline would be the one to "GET THEIR ACTS TOGETHER", before the SEC delists them.
-Matt
Corrected.
18% on an ask slap EOD... artificial inflation of the PPS, which has happened for years. One day the SEC will come down on those people "propping" the ask up to keep the PPS looking good. Just as wrong as hitting the bid to make it look bad! Not that I want to see anyone get in trouble, but people openly admit to doing it for years... if this ticker ever gets investigated, not good.
-Ma
What is concerning now is that WHY WOULD ANYONE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND buy IDGI??? Big red stop sign, no communication in forever, failed to update their business Reg, down 60% for the year, freeze listed for Penson, no financials in over a year... and all the company has to show for it is a few pretty pictures in a handful of magazines.
If this ticker doesn't have AVOID ME written all over it.... I am not sure what else a new investor would need to tell them to STAY THE F AWAY until they get their act together!
Heck you can't even sell this thing if you wanted to if using Penson. Stuck beyond stuck with wayyyyy to much money riding on a company that continuely disappoints investors and fails to meet EVERY SINGLE deadline. PISSED, FRUSTRATED, and VERY CONCERNED in CT.
-Matt
VOLUME!! Another sucker is born.
-Matt
Thats a big 'ol NEGATIVE sir!
This is a JOKE!
I think us investors should do an OCCUPY INCA LAND until they get their act together! I for one wouldn't mind some florida weather!
-Matt
Also, the low of the day changed... from .0011 to .002. Very odd.
Really? Last sale still shows .0033 with 439k total volume.
Hmm
-Matt
IF the Florida Reg isn't updated on Monday, I totally agree. This bid whack however was out of pure spite. Doesn't make sense to sell 200k shares at .0011 when you could easily sell them at .0025 or higher.
This is sickening to look at on paper.
-Matt
Regarding the PM
Other than Zecco telling me and the inability to sell shares from one of my investors accounts... no I have nothing.
-Matt
Haha looks like a middle finger sorta. Either way, the trade doesn't make sense if the seller is paying commission.
-Matt
Actually management can be blamed... if the seller is using Penson, they cannot sell more than 50% of the average trading volume over the past month or something like that. Considering that number is next to 0... the seller may be only able to trade very small blocks. Now how is it worth the commission? You got me...
But if we weren't on the freeze list, I bet the seller would be dumping 100,000's of shares instead of a very small amount, so its a good thing sorta.
-Matt
When you spoke with Evan, did he say anything about the Flordia Reg being updated soon? It expires Oct 31, 2011!!!
-Matt
450K
-Matt
Considering last years revenues amounted to a few thousand suits sold... getting into that range would be a substantial increase in awareness and drive by the company.
I am guessing total years Revenues will be around 450K.
IMO
-Matt
Considering the "Good" Financials released didn't to SQUAT for us... I don't think any financials will help our PPS situation unless they contain millions of dollars in new revenue.
IMO
-Matt
I want more than anything for Inca to prove me wrong... trust me, it would make a bunch of angry people up here very happy. I think its important that the board knows the good and the bad, unfortunately right now Inca has only given us enough information to speculate and more and more people seem to be taking the negative side as time goes by.
INCA/EVAN/STACY.... PROVE ME WRONG! Please!
-Mat
POST OF THE YEAR!
IMO
-Matt
"making shareholders happy "
I honestly don't care what they do or how they do it! I am here to make money not marry a stock like it seems some people here have done. You honestly would rather have NOTHING with NO guidance and a PPS down 60% over the year vs. a PR campaign and making shareholders happy?
I don't get that mentality. $$$ is what ALL of us should care about and not really care how we get it!! PERFORMANCE... and right now they are performing beyond PATHETICALLY.
-Matt
The INCA loonies always brought out the "best" (laugh) in Evan... I welcome his posting on this board, since its the closest thing we have to communication, if what he types is considered that...
-Matt
LOL in our dreams... min of 250/1 RS and thats if we can actually sell before every dumps out and runs for the hills, because we know management would NEVER do a RS properly and actually back it up with Investors NEWS!
IMO
-Matt
Let's just hope you don't get a nice little trade settlement notice in your 401k stating buying IDGI just cost you hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Sometimes it takes up to 30 days for the charges to show up. Zecco, which uses Penson, explained to me that they will not trade IDGI or any ticker for that matter which falls under the new Penson restrictions.
Possibly your broker is just going to pass on the fees vs. preventing you from doing it all together.
I would check that out before you get whacked big time. Many a horror story online now concerning these fees.
IMO
-Matt
Again... the list is not always accurate or up to date... however, using Penson, We are unable to sell this ticker.
-Matt
Here is a good board for all of us "HAPPY" IDGI investors who use Penson....

-Matt
Here comes the Kabooooom!! We have volume! LOL
-Matt
That is true. It was us fools who were buying under that stop sign and 3 years later look where we are. They had a chance to work off our mometum, SI, updated financials and they blew their chance. With all the new SEC regulations, that big red stop sign is a bigger detterance than it ever was it the past.
-Matt
Yup that interest will take one look at our Big Red Stop sign, lack of financials, lack of communication, and PPS tanking and basically say.... "I feel sorry for those bag holders" and move on.
-Matt
Remember... management is not looking for a POP. They are looking for a sustained climbing PPS over a period of time, even if it means losing all their investors who have waited for years and then doing something a year or two down the road and we miss the party!
They can care less about us and I can care less about them. All I want is to make money and so far they have done nothing but lose money for me and everyone on this board. Disappointing and frustrating when I know it can be ran better.
-Matt
You hit it right on! Not good at all.
-Matt
The saying that I learned from IDGI is... "Don't put all your eggs in one basket". Learning that the hardway.
-Matt
I agree negativity does not attract new investors... but it also WARNS news investors that this company operates the investment side backwards and does a pitiful job at communicating with investors.
So it helps, just helps new investors realize this investment may take years so avoid it if you are expecting different.
-Matt
