Balderdash.
NNVC might consider India for their international testing. They are experiencing a severe outbreak of deadly flu and might fast track NNVC testing and approval. Dr. Diwan was educated in India. That can't hurt.
They took a back seat to FLUCIDE. One FDA submission at a time.
May I ask what you would do with that information?
The board monitors probably prefer "disingenuous."
Then you agree with it?
I can relate to that. It comes under the heading of, "be careful what you wish for."
Maybe all we geezer NNVC longs, with more than seven years of service, can have a 25 yard foot race in the sand. Whoever doesn't fall down wins.
I agree wholeheartedly. Go NNVC!!!!!!!
If you quote something it's your job to explain it.
That's Theracour. Get your facts straight. Explain this six year thing you keep referring to.
Would you explain that. It's somewhat incoherent.
Dr. Seymour has stated that NNVC has enough funding for 18 months to two years at the current burn rate. Dr. Diwan has funded the cGMP lab. There should be no need to go back to Seaside, especially if the balance of 2012 goes well and the SP appreciates enough to upgrade the trading exchange. Then funding can come through a normal secondary offering.
Very quiet on the NNVC board and in the market. Is there the possibility of interim news while awaiting the FDA confab?
Atta boy, Bunny. We all have to get a Kool-Aid fix every now and then. Hang in there. It'll work out. Aloha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You should probably just get over it Bunny, or would you rather NNVC drop $3-$5 million on the cGMP and have to go back to Seaside for more money to fund Phase One?
What the heck was that? Why all the wild gyrations just before the close?
I believe Doc Feelgood once said that the FDA has thirty days to respond after the meeting, or NNVC can proceed with tox and pharma studies.
My reading of the PR is that they have injectables for both severe and outpatient cases. They are working on an oral treatment.
Bats are usually a good thing. They eat billions and billions (Carl Sagan tribute) of insects. Whole colonies are being wiped out from Tennessee to New Hampshire by a white fungus which clings to their noses. It is called "white nose" syndrome. This may cause an ecological disaster.
Weedie just go to AJC.com and scroll down to -latest news.
www.AJC.com.news.scientists-discover...
Scientists discover flu in bats.
What nonsense! NNVC is now trading in 1/100ths of a cent. We are now a sub-penny stock. When, oh when will the FDA get off its bureaucratic butt and start saving lives. Oh, I forgot. They're a government agency.
Israel is overseas.
Why can't NNVC make a secondary offering of stock. It would be cheaper, faster and less dilutive?
I believe Seaside has a set policy of selling their stock as soon as possible. They have a built in profit margin of +/- 15% regardless of the price level. That's a pretty good game plan as long as the underlying stock stays viable.
I believe the two downdrafts of 6 cents and 5 cents this week were Seaside. They were accompanied with sizable volume. I think they are finished now until the next tranche rolls out.
It looks as if Seaside struck again. 25,000 to 35,000 shares took the SP down six cents.
I would argue that Allan's 'short' and 'long' calls are recommendations.
ADIF and Neglected Tropical Diseases---these are opportunities for military funding and fast-tracking candidates.
And how much credit for Allan's upgrade and buy call?
all salaries and expenses of their laboratory plus fees to Diwan are in that number.
Only we old geezers have the time to sit around and read the IHub board. But, it keeps us busy and maybe out of trouble.
Any claim for a homeopathic cure for all the diseases of the world for only $39.95. *sarcasm*
If you believe that, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.
Peace---
Best wishes to you and your mom, Weedie. I know it's hard to let go sometimes, but we have to let the natural process of life work itself out, God bless you.
I missed that last line in the original PR. It looks like BCG will be able to help with the cGMP certification as well.
One would assume that the consultants NNVC hired are familiar with all the hoops they must jump through and have the requisite procedures and software needed to get it done expeditiously.
Tomorrow is the last day of January. Friday will be the 60 day deadline for the FDA to schedule a meeting with NNVC. Just what the hell is going on?
