Why Would WGAS merge with a bankrupt Virgin??
Because the only business conducted at WGAS is selling shares of stock and a merger, any merger, adds to the story to sell more stock and the hype over a merger, disputed properties, court cases, pie-in-the sky estimates of BOPD and fantasy brilliant CEO moves keeps the buying public buying their product. Remember, their ONLY business or asset is shares of stock.
Brilliant CEOs do not run penny scam companies. CEOs who know how to market shares of stock run penny scam companies and they surround themselves with promoters who help them every day.
Just my opinion, of course but,
Be careful.
Edit to my one post per day -
BTW, there's no such thing as a "quiet period" with OTC stocks.
More pump and dump fiction.
WGAS sells shares. It's a stock operation.
Any other misrepresentations of reality that help sell shares are important to make a stock selling operation work.
All in my opinion of course but there is no revenue, no business and no owned assets that are not in deep litigation.
Be careful.

Repeat appearance - now there are threats.

Thanks Atlanta, I don't own the stock and was really just watching. I do feel sorry for those who are misled on that board on a daily basis, that's all. For that I was called a flipper, basher, etc. It's just interesting to see how the story there changes to fit the purpose of a couple of folks who probably should be displaying triangles. No worries,
Now, here is my aggressive growth stock of the week. I am long NOK and I buy a few shares on every dip below $4. Bought a few today again. Great company and I think their windows based phone will do well in the business market. Also, they are all over the Chinese market. They will either turn it around or be bought out, either way, under $4 is a great buy in my opinion.
Because I don't agree with the party line and my posts were very aggressively reported. The board in question is very tightly controlled as you know. It was my mistake not to ask for reviews of the deletions.
Mason took the only real, revenue producing thing this company owned and left. He and the other board members who followed him made it very clear why. Read their resignation letters. Now Volk is doing what Volk has always done. The PR's are vague, there is no revenue, there is ongoing litigation that never ends, and all-the-while the OS EXPLODES into a pump and dump promo.
This is all in my opinion but the REAL information is right there in plain sight. I can't answer anyone's inquiries because I have been restricted to one post per day on this board but be careful please.
Untrue, Mr. Paulie! Sorry for the delay in answering, I have recently discovered that there are boards on Ihub that encourage us to prepare for disaster and the dismantling of life as we know it so I was distracted. Fascinating stuff.
Have you built your bunker and stocked it with meals in a pouch? Yuck! I think I will await our doom while sitting on a beach with a gin and tonic instead. Uh Oh, meteors are hitting Russia, my gin and I are off to the beach!
Maybe the Preppers would enjoy your bacon recipe.
Think Quality, not Quantity Paulie. A tiny box of 4 exquisite chocolates is a wonderful gift and no one will get fat, especially if the gift is shared!
Happy Valentine's Day All!
Nice board and info - marked!
Here are the facts as stated in the 8-k and the news release:
Tony got the only producing asset and a parting gift, compliments of the WGAS shareholders. Yeah!
And, maybe in Q2 or Possibly Q3 there will be something developed that will produce revenue again. Yea!!
And, maybe, based on CERTAIN unnamed conditions, there will be some non-equity based financing from some LLC company. I will research this LLC to find out if they are a toxic financier like Asher, et. al. It looks like there are at least 4 LLc's that share that particular name so it will take some time to find which one Worthington is dealing with. Maybe they will answer their phones now so I can ask, but I doubt it.
In my opinion they are pushing out expectations in order to dump more shares into the market. Nothing expected until the Q2 financials, at the earliest, and those will be unaudited. Nice.
Not trying to kill your mood, just advising caution and wishing you well and trying to provide some balance. Enjoy the ride and I hope it's Up, Up and away!
I read the 8-k and I'll leave the speculating and weeeeeeing to you all. Good Luck, I sincerely mean that.
Thanks Long - I will try to catch up. Good luck to you, I really mean that.
Emotion clouds vision and judgement. Revenue and audited financials are what counts. This company has neither and no revenue means no non-equity based financing as far as I'm concerned. I would advise caution but I wish you well.
He took the well that your money paid to develop and all the revenue it has produced to date with him. Yeah, no shareholder vote required for that slick move.
Not for me it isn't and I haven't been wrong yet. LOLOLOL!
So who will that be donated to when it starts to produce, maybe one of Volk's other two companies? If they could just give the first one back to Mason, what will stop them from giving the next one to Volk??
So, if Volk now the good guy who will rescue WGAS from the evil doings of Mason (wow, talk about a plot twist), anyway, if he is busy making these deals to get money together to drill some more lucrative holding, I wonder why he has just set up two additional companies? How would that enter into the story line and how would it be a plus for WGAS and it's shareholders?
I do love a good penny stock drama.
I will keep my fingers crossed for .01 just for you! Maybe there will be news finally.
Just a WAG but it seems to me that they are having a heated dispute about Tony leaving and taking his producing oil well with him. Just another indication of what may be going on there. In that situation, it would be difficult to wait for a shareholders' vote.
Anyway, Picasso appeared at just the right moment again this afternoon. It would be prudent to be at the top of the ask during the last 10 minutes of every trading session with this one.
Buy low, sell higher, make profit, it's one of those Ferengi rules of commerce.
LOL but probably very close to the truth.
Setting up for the paint now.
Sub-penny price on a stock with a producing oil well where most "investors" are down at least 90% is not positive. A silent, changing management team during the first month of revenue is not positive. Volk suddenly setting up two new companies is not positive. New attorneys, sounds like more litigation is coming, not positive. Spin, spin, spin.
Yep, but that could have just been a portion of his 250k a month salary. Did you see the price of the stock when he agreed to take the number of shares he got?
It just makes perfect sense and explains the company's silence during the period of time when they actually started generating revenue, which is cause for celebration in most companies. That's the reason they exist. Instead, their phones are dead and their IR guy is clueless and they can't seem to get that PR they've been working on for weeks out to their stock holders.
And the trading action this morning did look like a bait up to get people interested to me. It worked for awhile too.
What about the salary deferrals and the fact that the stock is in the toilet? I think it's valid to speculate that Tony took his 10% of the well and left the party. It's as valid as any other speculation here and would certainly explain the company's silence about the spectacular performance of the well, no?
Nah, Mason has sold out and moved on to greener pastures. I wonder why he would just bail on a successful well and miss out on that Jag? He will magically appear in one of the new companies that Volk just set up, in my opinion. You must remember, he's been in trouble with the regulators before so he knows to get out when the getting out is good. There are varying opinions but mine has remained unchanged. Yes, there definitely should be an 8k,
But the amazing thing is, a week ago Volk was the one who screwed everything up by selling out to the toxic guys and Tony Mason was our savior. My, my, my how the story evolves.
EGOC - CEO is mod. Seriously.

We could pool our resources and buy this sucker, X!
This stock is a gift under $4. Every time it goes there I add. Thanks Market!
Thanks for the props Wrinks - right back atcha!
I am your follower #780 - we will travel thru Hubville together always remembering that sanity is the playground of the unimaginative! This is quite an imaginative group, isn't it!
sorry no, I wasn't watching that close. Maybe someone else can answer.
LOL - sorry, couldn't resist!
Yeah but someone bought those 4.5 million shares!
Thanks for the info. GLTY
It's all good if you're holding a note to convert at 50% of market though, right?
I had considered a big buy there as well, Chris but nothing could make me buy this now and I will post on every message board I can find to make sure that everyone who might have a nickel in their pocket knows exactly what has gone on here.
