Mike, I think Doggone will agree with me on this, Neither him nor I and a few others would have ever been knocking on BLDV's door had it not been brought to our attention by one of your regular posters on that board! He is the one who came over and taunted us about BLDV buying out PRGL and how we were ALL a bunch of losers. Honestly now that I have seen what my DD has provided, and what the TV station has obtained, I am confident that this stock is just a buzzard stock, the buzzards are there collecting off of the bones. I wish you and the rest best over there, but The truth is once I was enlighten about this stock I enjoyed the DD and the challenge. BDLV seems to be peeling back the skin like an onion IMO. No recent PR’s and nothing but FLUFF old PR’s. I am glad that this stock became an interest to several others and me and we have been party to the peeling back of what this company really has to show underneath. The TV show will be very informative IMO. I have been at the TV station talking with them and they have plenty of information to bring out. It is amazing the folks here asked for proof and when it is dumped in their lap they yell foul! LMTO! I have seen emails to the TV station containing threats, as well as complaints to the NAACP from a Concerned American. All of this about a show that has yet to be broadcast. It shows weakness on the part of those that are doing this. It adds strength to the ones peeling the layers back. TavyCal, Thanks for the advice, I am attempting to cut my loss in the ones I am in. I bought heavy into PHGI now after R/S PRGL, BDLV, and have a small interest in a couple more. I am putting everything up to sell and dump them. I am headed to try my luck at the semi Big boards and flip them quickly. I have a friend that is going to show me how to spend a few hundred a day to play the semi's $2.00 thru $9.00 stocks. Any help is welcome. COMES NOW the Defendants Perihelion Global, Inc. and John Beebe, by and through their undersigned counsel, and hereby move this Honorable Court for an extension of time to file
Rule 26 disclosures in this case. As grounds therefore, the Defendants show the following:

1. Up until recently, the parties were engaged in a preliminary venue issue dispute, awaiting the court’s ruling to determine if this court or a Florida court would hear the case.

2. The undersigned has long been scheduled to be out of town from July 19 - 28, 2008, and again from August 4-8, 2008.

I await a simple answer yet still. Here is the question. Where in ANY Company PR is the word jatropha? The only reference I have been able to find is that of Posters posting it. My inquiry to Texas A&M stated that the company has not followed thru on anything the letter contained in the PR issued nor were they aware of this PR. They were also looking into having their legal department look into the matter. As we have seen just this past week, other companies have used the Name toss game of "Letters" to Universities only to have that company retract their PR under threat of Legal action. Now with this being said, Please show me where this word, jatropha is located in any company provided PR. TIA!

Short answer, Same reason certain companies have "Overseas" accounts. They are not accountable to the American laws, they trade on the American market. Makes it nice.
