Scalped the PALM out for .10
You're right Swampy. I sold 1/2 my CAGC for a .045 gain. I'm back to 1/2 position and feel much better
I'm stocked back up
I now have a full position of CAGC

1/4 position OXGN re-entry on a GTC AON order fill.
Sold IDIX
BOT 1/2 position PALM
Bot 1/10 position CTE

JJ, thanks very much for your thoughtful response on QLTY. I will DD XFN.
I Also have room for more. I sold all of my ISTA
Congrats on your UVE entry.
SOLD BRLC. I hope to re-enter.
BOT 1/6 position of your WSTL
1/5 postion HYGS
1/3 position GLUU
Thanks Swampy.
I just bought FCSE @ .65. I'm thinking it may do well going into the Consumer Electronic Show. I'm not sure whether this is a growing phenomena; but, the kids at a local high school are turning away from ipods and buying zunes. FCSE designs the chipset that allows zunes to communicate with each other.
I've also bought IDIX. It's below cash value and will presenting a hepatitis compound. I listened to a recent conference call and their going to try to create some buzz about at upcoming conferences.
I think it was actually your SEED. Ag plays have been strong the last couple days. I tried to get in CAGC, but didn't get filled.
I've sold SEED and UXG (at a loss). I just bought 1/4 postion in BRLC.
BOT 1/4 postion in PLX.
Knocked down from 40s in part because of a poorly received secondary. When shorts cover this one should move big. I would like to have a full position of this one.
BOT 1/2 postion ELGX (Recent Insider Buying)
Also Accumulated 1/2 postion UXG.
Sold LXRX @ 3.42 (ave) will look to re-enter.
Bot 1/3 position in ISTA
Bot 1/4 position in ISV
Bot 1/6 position in SEED
I also have 1/3 position on TRGD. pk @.54
I averaged down on GST on GST to 1.25. I now have 2/3 postion.
Flipped my MITI for .07. I may regret it.
Starter in OCNW @ 2.76
Simply followed Buzzonthebeach
Haven't done my own DD. I will probably add after doing my own DD
1/3 position in GST at average 1.37
Huge NG holdings in Australia.
1/4 position MITI @1.58.
cash thru mid-2009.
presenting at ASH conference in December.
Partners include AstraZeneca and Merck-Serono
BOT 1/2 position LXRX
Trading near cash.
One of the biowonks over at Silicon Investor believes this to be one of the best biotechs left trading near cash. COLY and RNVS have been recently taken out while trading near cash levels.
BOT 1/3 position in SMTX.
To me it looks like accumulation and tree-shaking down here.
bot 1/3 position in EFJI.
reasons:
adoption of emergency communication standards in 2008.
last conference call indicated news of partnerships to be announced yet in 2007
recent cost cutting and consolidation of operating units
emphasis on outsourcing

It's good to see you back posting here.
Even the lame walked yesterday. Do you still think CRXL might make it to the teens?
OMRI : Here's one to watch in light of this morning's downside gap:

I just took a starter position.
Thanks Joe,
I appreciate your following up with Brown's most recent comments. I have a small position and was doing some DD last night. The thing that concerned me the most was the blog of the CEO's son, who was talking about how unfulfilled he was doing HDY's investor relations and that he would like to go to film school.
Cheers
Dan
Joe, any thoughts in HDY here?
I just started CHNR here. I will add if it goes lower.
ACEL may get follow through. I believe it's an RNAi technology company presenting at a CE Unterberg conference later in the week and RNAi is hot right now according to this:
Roche's billion-dollar deal for gene-silencing technology (below) underscores once again what a hot commodity RNAi tech has become. And prices are rocketing up fast. Merck paid $1.1 billion to buy Sirna, leaving CytRx and Alnylam in an incredibly influential position to dictate prices. A nonexclusive deal like Roche's shows just how influential that position has become. The reason for all the positive attention, of course, is that gene silencing is shaping up as a game changer in healthcare. For an outside observer, the premiums in this field are looking stratospheric. But big bets in biotech can be rewarded with even bigger global markets. With a wide variety of diseases triggered by the activity of specific genes, a mechanism to turn them off is worth every bit of the Nobel Prize handed out for the basic research last year. Barring a significant stumble in R&D, look for new work in the field to grow aggressively. And don't expect the buy-in price to go down anytime soon. - John Carroll
I like SYNL here. When next they report, revenues could benefit from higher standards for mattress fireproofing.

I think the IBD momentum folks have about given up the ghost.
I playing the bounce here.
Does anyone have ideas about Blackstone sympathy plays?
Mars,
I don't think your getting Hussler's point.
Thanks for bringing this one to my attention. I just listened to this:

Interesting that:
* They are just beginning to export to foreign OEMs
* Much roadbuilding going on in China
I will add on any weakness

I feel confident that VSTY will be a winner. They're diversifying their revenue streams and I think it's a real turnaround story. Check out this webcast:

I sold my INVX and bought CNE.
Sold CGEN and AEHR to make room for chunk of AAV (yield > 22%)
I sold my RNVS and I'm looking to re-enter.
I took a position in VSTY
