Bluefang, I sincerely hope you do not have over 50% or your assets in the Market. Not in Wave, but in the market in general. In my opinion you do not have the heart of an investor.
You want to see something that is not possible yet. But 12 months from now you will see everything you want to see. I doubt you will wait that long however, to see revenues really start to kick in.
Intel could ship 10 million board tomorrow and you still won't see revenues for a few months. The trusted package of services will be bought over time, it will not happen the same day, week or month that the computer with the chip is sold. Nothing you can do or say is going to change that. It is a fact that revenues will not kick in for a good 3-6 months. Now if we get some revenue projections from Wave then that is a different story. If we don't, we will just have to wait for the actual numbers.
Peace
There must be a reason why Wave is in this sentence from RSA's conference web page. Why is Wave mentioned? The could have just mentioned Atmel, IBM, Intel and NSM. Why Wave????
http://www.rsaconference.com/rsa2003/europe/
Throughout the conference, 3 November - 6 November, TCG members Atmel, IBM, Intel Corporation, National Semiconductor, Wave Systems Corp. and others will demonstrate various implementations of Trusted Platform Modules, firmware and software that enable more secure data transmission and storage on computing systems.
Zoomer, you and I have known each other for a long time I hope you would know that I would never think you have an agenda. The comment was for the two posters piling on.
I know that you do not have an agenda although you did warn us to sell and take profits on the last runup at the $2.00 price point. Even with the best intentions we can still be wrong sometimes.
Blue, volume is only supply and demand. Apparently the 60 million or so shares bought have been bought. They can't be bought a second time by the same people, I would guess, unless they sold and are looking for a lower price to come back in.
But it boils down to supply and demand. If the demand is there the volume will rise if not it won't. Very simple actually.
Bluefang, yes we did have major news that is why we are at $2.70 up 300% or so from $.72. To take us higher we need more news or revenues or revenue projections. NOTHING else in my opinion will take us higher at this point in time.
The Intel board was the major news. Now we have to wait for news of how much revenues this will produce. More patience is necessary for the long investor now. This is not the time to panic. Things are good, verry good.
It is going to take 1-2 quarters to see revenues from the Intel deal. Nothing is going to change that or speed it up. It will take that long. Things are good.
Bluefang, with all due respect to you, DJ and sometimes Mig again, you all can yell and scream all you want. The stock price will only move when two things happen and these two things only.
1. Some major news
2. Earnings or projected earnings.
Until either one of those things happen you guys can ask yourselves over and over again why the stock price is not moving higher and you will get the same answers: check out reasons 1 and 2.
Read post 13607. I'm done. I will not get into a pissing contest with you. Things are to good to get involved with you.
Lucky, with all due respect I hope you aren't. But if management stays the course and the earning are there, I will still be here, God willing.
CM it is my opinion that they try to spook us because they have an agenda, but again, that's just my opinion.
Has anyone? It probably can, but will it before we deploy? We are deploying now. Who else has the capibilities of attestation NOW?
SHOW ME. LOL
You know 2004, in the past seven years since I've been here, we had had guys like you come and go saying "show me" Well, Intel, IBM, CuBic, NSM and many others have all showed up and the 'show me' guys are gone. Enough said.
Software, software, Wave Systems is not just software. Software can be hacked. Show me something that has attestation and our technology THEN you can say the 18 months have disappeared, and not before. Gezz.
Pep, got it, thanks.
Whitewash, as you and DDD are new comers to the board I just wanted to remind you that sports, politics, religion and anything else not related to Wave Systems and it's partners, should be posted elsewhere.
The only reason I mention this is if you start writing about sports, then the next person will think it's O.K. for them to do the same, and then it snowballs.
Thanks for your co-operation and again, Welcome aboard.
eamonnshute, riggghtt. CPA is smarter than SKS and he will catch him off guard, so he thinks. I would bet that he does not even show up, and if he does will not ask anything that can not be answered. I am sure he would like to catch him with his pants down but it aint going to happen.
But I bet the fact that he will just be there, if he does show up, will really scare the heck out of SKS, seeing him there, waiting to unload on him. LOL
cpa, I doubt there is anything you can ask SKS that he won't answer. You may think you are one up on him but you are not.
Why not throw your questions to the board and see if we think SKS will answer or not?
Weby, done. Thank you.
Ramsey, thanks. I will insert that.
Whitewash, a great big "welcome" to you and DDD. By the way you two post we could sure use the intelligence of the other 'eight' posting here too. LOL.
Again, welcome aboard. We have a long journey in front of us. But it should be fun.
Yes, I don't agree with you. The first line is cute and shows some humor.
Tampa, most of the credit goes to Weby and Awk. A few tidbits were thrown in by others. Great personel here.
Thanks for all your effort. You post led to the final version which will probably change as the World turns.
Thanks again,
CPA, with all due respect most of us don't appreciate it.
mundo, any chance you can name the government agency? I don't think it would be a secret, as there will be many people using it and I doubt they are all under a security blanket.
If you can great, if you can't, that's O K too.
Not me Awk, but you, Weby, Tampa, 2B and others for making the anchor possible. A great big thank you.
I am very flexible. Changes will be added and subtracted as the World turns.
UncleverName, am I duplicating what you have with the last link I put up on the anchor post?
I know this anchor post is a little bit long. However, the reason for this post is for new comers. Once they read it and join the board, they can hide the anchor post and the messages will be on top. The anchor post is not for the longs that have been here, it is for the new investors that need dd that all of you have dug up over the years.
I have revised the anchor post one more time thanks to Awk and 2B for suggestions I incorporated into the post.
Hope everyone likes it.
Bluefang you said: "But do we have to insist the conversation be positive, that all posters must present a positive face"?
Sorry, I don't see any posters saying this. Just who is insisting?
Sometimes I think you post just to stir things up for the entertainment of it all. Something like hhh would do.
Of course this is just my opinion.
Bluefang you continue to talk about 'cheerleading and I take exception to your connotation of the word. It seems that allthe DD that points Wave in the right direction is "Cheerleading" to you.
What should we call your posts? I don't see posters calling you a basher or anything else that discribes what you post all the time.
Lighten up. Of course the bias here is positive. Why else would we have a board in the first place?
Doma, thanks. It's in.
waverider, I took your suggestion on the links. If someone has the right pin point for the other links I will put those in too.
I decided to use Weby's anchor post that most people will understand. It is not to techical to turn anyone off, it is right to the point, and not to long.
Until someone comes up with something they think is better or should be added, we will go with this for now.
Weby, many thanks. I think it's great.
Da_Deven_Dolla, just getting caught up on today's board. I would sure like to know where you have been hiding.
Welcome aboard. The best 1st post I have ever read.
danheilman, thank you. Your sounds are O.K. Cute.
Thanks again
danheilman, you can not talk about a diamond company on this thread.
Only topics related to Wave Systems and it's partners are allowed.
Thanks for your co-operation.
Ramsey I know it's to long. A couple of guys are working on it and hopefully over the weekend we will come up with something.
Alright, here is the version I put up a short time ago and I added the stuff from wave's website that Awk put up. If some one want to take all of this and bring it down to something short and sweet, go for it.

Wave Systems Corporation has patented technologies for secure e-commerce. It is a programmable system-in-a-system that enables virtually any platform to serve as a "trusted client." This means that third-party applets can be licensed to run securely inside a hardened EMBASSY on the client side. This puts security, trust, and microtransactional flexibility at the point of consumption. Wave Systems, Corporation (Wave) is delivering patented technologies to the client-server user community that offers improved security from the center to the edges of the user’s network. Being one of the pioneers in the development of hardware-based security solutions, Wave has evolved from its early beginnings as a security and metering silicon chipset developer to become the leading provider of seamless, trusted-computing utilities.
These utilities enable a variety of secure client-side transactional features and functionalities, while also working to ensure the integrity, privacy, transitioning, and/or recovery of the user’s trust-keys, encrypted material, documents and digital signatures. These user secrets will be hidden from unwanted attack via a TPM (Trusted Platform Module), a separate storage area set aside inside in the client CPU, used to hide these secrets.
Over time, these, and other trust utilities and services, are expected to be upgraded and maintained via a TAN (Trust Assurance Network), a secure attestation server and key-manager designed to ensure that the user attempting to conduct a specific transaction is a trusted computer, having the appropriate keys and profile needed to complete the secure transaction.
The Embassy (EMBedded Application Security SYstem) Trust Suite of utilities and services is currently available through the Wave website (www.wave.com), and is also currently being offered as a bundled solution via the Intel D865GRM motherboard solution, and via National Semi Conductor ‘s (NSM) Safekeeper 21100.

============================================================================-
Wave is building the infrastructure and services to enable the deployment and management of trusted computing platforms. The services and infrastructure are designed to be flexible and deliver solutions within the framework of such industry initiatives as the Trusted Computing Platform Alliance, and other security initiatives recently launched by Intel and Microsoft.
.
Wave’s programmable EMBASSY® technology enables the establishment of a network of hardware trusted clients – embedded in personal computers, peripherals such as smart card readers and keyboards, and mobile devices. Additionally, EMBASSY technology is available in cryptographically-protected solutions as enabling utilities and end-to-end client server solutions for products from leading silicon suppliers National Semiconductor and Infineon Technologies. EMBASSY technology includes embedded libraries and firmware for the silicon providers to license.
Today, Wave’s EMBASSY Suite of Secure Services can add to the value of hardened security as offered by the National Semiconductor SafeKeeper™ PC21100 Module or Infineon’s Trusted Platform Module by offering a suite of enhanced applications for trusted digital signatures, secure document storage, secure document management and powerful privacy options.
A key component of Wave’s EMBASSY offer is the Trust Assurance Network (TAN). The TAN is an optional server infrastructure that can manage trust domains, platform integrity, trusted platform management infrastructure and the distribution of secure applications and services to platforms containing trusted hardware. The TAN allows for ongoing upgrading of the combined product solutions, including the services, after the products have reached the marketplace. Working with partners, Wave delivers EMBASSY services that provide a cost effective TCPA-compliant solution with services that will both generate new revenue opportunities today, while forming the basis of trust necessary for a thriving e-commerce infrastructure in the future.
What do you all think of this?

Ramsey we can Wave's address and I will. Thanks for the add on. I welcome all add ons for tampa's anchor post.
tampa, I replaced in total, the first one with this one.
