http://www.susmangodfrey.com/News/Media-Coverage-Archive/Susman-Godfrey-Partners-Recover-Hundreds-of-Millions-in-Value-for-WaMu-Shareholders/
Seems to be an old article, but what do they mean exactly with:
...a resolution that provides shareholders with 95 percent of the post-bankruptcy WaMu plus other assets in a package worth hundreds of millions of dollars
A postcard with the following words on it should be sufficient:
WHEN WILL "FAIR & REASONABLE" TAKE PLACE?!?
Sorry you misunderstood me. I mean, if a company (private or not) uses OUR NOLs, then either WMILT (the successor of WMI), or WMIH has to report, that OUR NOLs (generated by former WaMu) were used, don't you think so?
But then we must have seen some kind of report I think. I know I asked you a few months ago, and you said no, because Dell is a private company now, but I ment a report from WMIH if Dell used OUR NOLs...
And with a 87 share buy back to 1.93$
Very sad game today, if no buying pressure comes up, the spread gets bigger and bigger and the MM can do whatever they want...
Unfortunately in the wrong direction
I also hope it is the bottom (@ 1.95$). It is the 5th time in the daily chart that the price hit the 1.95$ but closed higher. I am optimistic that it also closes higher today. But who knows...
Accum/Dist went sharply down between Oct. 31 and Nov. 4 (when more than 4 million shares were traded), but the last days it went up again. I think big accumulation is happening...

Nothing has changed, same statements in 10-Q for end of June and end of March 2014 and even back to June 2013!!!
End of June 2014:
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/933136/000119312514303111/d749277d10q.htm
We believe that the total available and utilizable NOL carry forward at December 31, 2013 is approximately $5.96 billion. At June 30, 2014 there was no limitation on the use of these NOLs. These NOLs will begin to expire in 2029. The Company’s ability to utilize the NOLs or realize any benefits related to the NOLs is subject to a number of risks.

We believe that the total available and utilizable NOL carry forward at December 31, 2012 is approximately $5.97 billion. At June 30, 2013 there was no limitation on the use of these NOLs. Would it be possible to sue Sheila as a person (not the FDIC), like the WMILT sues the D&O personally?
Two other very interesting statements in this document:
As described in the “transaction recap” that the FDIC-Receiver sent to prospective bidders (including Chase) on September 23, 2008...
D. Chase Concluded The Benefits Of The Deal Outweighed The Risks.
Chase expected to profit massively from the WaMu transaction and believed that the risk of significant repurchase exposure was not material. Prior to the deal, Chase estimated that it would earn XXX over from the WaMu transaction from the end of 2008 to 2012.
Why should it be illegal to hint the media at Project West? Or ask Alayne Fleischmann what she knows about it?
Our releases go poof if fraud gets proven. And don't forget, we had no real choice, we had to accept the settlement, without exactly knowing what we get for it. It was a kind of "blank check" for us, or we would have ended up with nothing...
We should mail everything we have about Project West to them in the next days.
The 1.25M was only a typo, got cancelled, and corrected to 125.000 @16:06:13. But the 3.6M seem to be real...
Hmmm, and somebody sold them to him/her...
Who does know more?!? Good or bad? News imminent?
It seems the 1.25M got cancelled, but the 3.6M not!!!
Now reduced to 4.29M again.
Could be an error again, or Form-T trades!??!

Another 300,000 trade?
Another 35k trade went through
Watch it crash? I would call it rather a slow decline, with very very low daily volume, often below 100,000 Shares. I guess some people here have more shares than the current daily volume. Nobody wants to buy and nobody wants to sell without news. We need M&A news soon, or the decline will continue.
Although it hurts to watch, I am not worried too much because with news, the volume could easily exceed the 4M like after the KKR Comittment Letter. It could be as much as 10M or more per day for a week, and the PPS could skyrocket IMO
Ms. Weijia “Vicky” Wu, what was/is her role?
Did anybody notice that Weijia “Vicky” Wu worked for more than 8 years for WaMu (WMI and/or WMB, not totally clear) and is on the FDIC claimant list. And she also works for WMIH now. She is the last entry in the list:
http://wmiholdingscorp.com/director-and-officers/
Her role at WMIH: SVP and Assistant Secretary
On page 10 (PDF page 12) her former job at WMB/WMI is described as follows (I made some parts bold):
Weijia Wu held the title of "Portfolio Manager III" and was responsible for debt and capital management for the failed WMB and bankrupt WMI. Wu reports that she "supervised/managed capital projections and was responsible for assuring that WMI and WMB met the regulatory requirements for a well-capitalized financial institution." This description, her job title, and her position responsibilities indicate Ms. Wu held a position with managerial and fiduciary responsibilities.
Sorry, here the correct link for the D&O suit again, but it is nothing new, most of us already read it:
http://www.documentcloud.org/documents/1312819-wmit-v-casey-wa-complaint.html
D&O suit dated October 14, and FDIC letter to B. Rosen denying Golden Parachute Payments dated October 15. Only 1(!) day later...
Prompt reaction of FDIC, or pure coincidence???
D&O suit:
http://www.documentcloud.org/documents/...t-v-casey-wa-complaint.html
Trust statement containing FDIC's letter to Rosen:
https://www.kccllc.net/wamu/document/0812229141029000000000001
I hope you are right!
You are right, but what does that mean?
On page 1 (PDF page 3) the FDIC writes:
...as the Federal Reserve Board ("FRB") was the primary federal regulator of WMI and remains the primary federal regulator in this matter.
No BILLIONS for Escrows from FDIC? On page 15 (PDF page 17) the FDIC confirms again, that WMB AND WMI were both in a precarious financial condition and
The FDIC is unlikely to approve golden parachute payments in such instances "unless the institution can demonstrate near-term benefits that outweigh the cost of the payments and the payment is otherwise not contrary to the intent of the golden parachute restrictions"
Boris please answer this question. Has your 4.20$ trade been revoked? Or did you get the 42,000$ (you said 10,000 shares @ 4.20$)???
Yes, but the 1.29 and 12.00 are real in contrast to the 0.55 which was some kind of error. Both 1.29 BID and 12.00 ASK are from MM VNDM...
Has the money been booked into your account now? Or was the trade revoked???
I really don't know if the Escrows expire, only because the WMILT expires. I just said the WMILT can stay alive up to 3 additional years.
Perhaps the Escrows will stay in our accounts forever. But if the WMILT is gone, nobody can enforce any flow of money to our accounts...
I thought the WMILT was set up for 3 years, and can be extended another 3 years if necessary, am I wrong?!?
When I read this, a horrible scenario comes to my mind:
What if the big boys wait until the second 3 years of the WMILT expired, the Escrow trackers got removed from our accounts (will they only because WMILT expires?) and then say "WOW LOOK WHAT WE FOUND after we exited and screwed shareholders and waited laughable six years......."
KMART comes to mind here to me,WOW LOOK WHAT WE FOUND after we exited and screwed shareholders........Only diff ,shareholders(LTI's) are still here and THE ONLY PROPER LINK IN THE CHAIN OF OWNERSHIP
I can't see any gaps here that could be filled...
Volume is too low, we need news-driven buying pressure, but unfortunately our BOD doesn't care about it...
VNDM with 5.64$ on the ask

Video for strange trading on 10/15/14 is online.
Explanation for discrepancy in volume
I watched it live on L2:
At about 09:34 there was a trade of 32.246 shares @ 2.20$. The total volume increased to around 101.xxx AFTER this trade. Then a few minutes later, exactly the same number of shares (32.246) was traded at 2.11$ and the total volume DECREASED to 69.xxx.
Another German user found out on OTCBB that the trade has been canceled afterwards. So we should have a discrepancy of two times 32.246
But it is strange because it affected the PPS. Could be manipulation IMO. We could watch the L2 video on youtube after-hours.
BINGO!
2.25$ now, today the MM let it run up on low volume. Only 53.000 traded so far...
Bid / Ask spread now: 2.20$ / 2.45$
